I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people. The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs. The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that. The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be. I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation. When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.  Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.  Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.  Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

방은 오래됐고 가구는 낡았어요. 현관문은 나무로 되어 있어서 불안한 느낌이 들었죠. 하지만... 발코니에 나가자마자 모든 게 잊혔어요. 바다가 바로 발아래 펼쳐져 있었거든요. 정말 아름다웠어요! 해변에는 해초 하나 없었고요! 위치도 편리해서 세븐일레븐, 코코봉고, 쇼핑센터, 여러 카페, 스타벅스 등 필요한 게 다 근처에 있었어요. 네, 발코니 문을 열어 놓으면 파도 소리가 바로 귀에 들려서 시끄러울 수 있어요. 그리고 보안이 부족하고 나무 문 때문에 불안해서 잠을 잘 못 잤던 것도 사실이에요. 하지만 저는 이 호텔에 다시 오고 싶어요 🥹

가족 여행. 우리는 비행기 일정으로 인해 늦은 체크인을 요청했습니다. 24-hour 도어 직원이 있기 때문에 불편이 없었습니다. 방은 우리가 필요로 하는 것이었습니다. 냉장고, 전자레인지, 토스터기, 인덕션 쿡탑 및 식기도 포함되어 있습니다. 편의점, 약국, 슈퍼마켓이 도보 거리에 있으며 해변으로의 접근이 가능합니다. 개선해야 할 한 가지는 세면 도구 크기, 특히 비누와 샴푸입니다.

일곱 모양의 호텔 지역에서 서비스가 좋고 바다와 매우 가깝습니다. 가격이 매우 경제적입니다. 자신의 헤어 드라이어를 가져 오십시오. Wi-Fi는 로비에서 사용할 수 있어야 합니다. 좋습니다.

범죄에 대한 우려가 전혀 없는 훌륭한 지역에 있는 훌륭한 장소입니다. 아파트는 훌륭하고 식료품점, 스타벅스, 지역 음식 및 은행까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 특히 비와 홍수 때는 쉽게 접근할 수 없습니다. 며칠 동안은 좋았고, 매우 편안한 침대, 소파 두 개, 완전한 주방, 새 냉장고 -- 가족을 위해 요리하는 데 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 진정한 현지인과 훌륭한 경험을 원하시면 적극 추천합니다.

방은 사진과 똑같고, 화장실 수전이나 샤워수전은 청결도에 약간 떨어질 수도 있습니다. 예민한 분들이라면 별로라 생각할 수도 있습니다. 방은 매우 넓고, 침대도 넓습니다. 깨끗한 에어컨과 최신식 스마트 티비가 있습니다. 2박동안 샴푸 2개, 비누 2개가 제공되며, 타올과 옥상의 수영장을 위한 비치타올이 함께 제공되었습니다. 루이스는 매우 친절한 호스트였고, 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐 옮기는 것을 도와줬습니다. 호텔 위치는 큰길가에 위치했으며, 1분도 안되는 거리에 oxxo와 길거리 타코가게들이 있습니다. 그리고 맛있는 식당들과 카페가 주변에 즐비해있고, super Aki도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있습니다. 옥상에서는 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 멋진 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있고, 1층 문은 철제문으로 잠겨져있어 외부인의 출입이 통제되어 안전함을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 귀여운 멍멍이들이 항상 반겨줍니다. 다음에 툴룸에 또 온다면 또 묵고 싶은 가성비 숙소입니다.

방은 충분히 넓었고, 너무 작지는 않았습니다. 다만 위치가 해변에서 꽤 멀어서 차가 필요했습니다. 24시간 프런트 데스크가 없고, 직원들을 찾는 것도 가끔 어려웠습니다. 직원들이 스페인어만 해서 의사소통이 어려웠습니다.

방에 물이 제공되지 않으므로 직접 구매해야합니다. 스토브가 있고 주전자가 없습니다. 냉장고가 있고 전원이 들어오지 않습니다. 전자 레인지가 있거나 전원이 켜지지 않습니다. 샤워기 있고, 방향이 균일한 물 흐름이없고, 물 기둥이 여기저기 뿌려지고, 욕조가 물이없는 것과 같습니다. 샤워젤 없음, 거품 없는 샴푸 한 병 사진이 너무 좋아보이고 생활이 정말 별로입니다.
