슈퍼 좋은 위치! 문과 인터넷으로 열기가 어려운 것이지만 가고 있습니다. 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

2025년 11월 13일부터 18일까지 이 호텔에 묵었습니다! 리셉션은 24시간 운영되고, 러시아어를 구사하는 직원인 Gemma는 러시아어를 완벽하게 구사하며 모든 필요를 돌봐줍니다! 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다. 사진을 첨부했고, 객실에는 샴푸와 샤워젤이 있습니다! 요리를 할 수 있는 주방이 있어서 매우 편리합니다! 호텔 근처에 Carrefour 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다! 러시아 여성인 Victoria는 아침 식사로 맛있는 커피를 만들어줍니다! 이 호텔의 독특한 특징은 고정식 장비로 작동하는 에어컨으로, 마치 스마트 홈과 같습니다! 저희는 503호실에 묵었는데, 실수로 문이 열려 밤에 매우 추웠지만, 문제는 빨리 해결되었습니다. 저희는 루카 마스터를 초대했고, 그는 옷장을 옮기고 모든 것을 단단히 봉했습니다. 그 후 밤은 편안하게 따뜻하게 지냈습니다! 바티칸이 근처에 있어서 호텔이 매우 편리합니다! 하지만 성 베드로 대성당 버스 정류장 방향에서 오셔야 한다는 점을 미리 알려드립니다. 62번과 64번 버스를 타세요! 지하철은 절대 타지 마세요!!!!! 지하철 계단이 너무 가파르고 캐리어를 들고 오르기 힘들어요! 그러니 버스 정류장을 이용하는 것이 더 좋습니다. 가는 방법은 아래에 사진으로 첨부했습니다! 모든 곳이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다!

이 호텔에서 하루 묵었습니다. 장점부터 말하자면, 매니저와 리셉션 직원들이 정말 친절했고 가장 인상 깊었습니다. 정말 예의 바르고, 친절하게 도와주려 노력하며 좋은 인상을 주려고 애썼습니다. 가구도 비교적 새것이었고, 이 정도 카테고리 호텔 치고는 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 아쉽게도 장점은 여기까지입니다. 이제 단점에 대해 솔직하게 말씀드리겠습니다. 저는 이 호텔이 제 인생 최고의 호텔이라거나 '별 10개'를 받을 만하다고 쓸 수 없습니다. 솔직한 후기를 남기는 것을 좋아하고, 특히 큰돈을 지불했을 때는 더욱 그렇습니다. 이 객실 가격은 불합리하게 비쌉니다. 지금 저는 니스 시내 한복판에서 비슷한 카테고리의 호텔에 묵고 있는데, 그 차이가 엄청납니다. 객실이 더 넓고, 깨끗하고, 조용하며, 직원들도 똑같이 친절하고, 무엇보다 끊임없는 소음 없이 편안하게 잘 수 있습니다. 호텔 자체를 찾기가 매우 어려웠고, 전자 키는 정말 불편했으며, 주변 지역은 특히 혼자 여행하는 경우 가장 불쾌하고 위험한 곳 중 하나였습니다. 만약 로마에서 저녁에 산책 후 숙소로 돌아올 예정인 여성분이라면 테르미니 역 근처는 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 현지 이탈리아인들조차 이곳이 도시에서 가장 위험한 지역 중 하나라고 경고합니다. 객실은 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않아 잠을 자는 것이 거의 불가능했습니다. 끊임없는 고함 소리와 소음 때문에 호텔이 아니라 길 한복판에 있는 것 같은 느낌이었습니다. 객실은 너무 작아서 옷을 둘 만한 제대로 된 옷장조차 없었습니다. 이 호텔을 떠날 때 진심으로 행복했습니다. 이것이 아마 제 인상을 가장 잘 보여주는 지표일 것입니다. 이상한 상황도 있었는데, 레이트 체크아웃을 요청했을 때 좋은 후기를 남기면 무료로 해줄 수 있다고 했습니다. 하지만 저는 후기는 서비스와 '교환'하는 것이 아니라 정직해야 한다고 생각합니다. 저는 숙박료로 적지 않은 돈을 지불했고, 제가 정말로 생각하는 바를 쓸 권리가 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다시 말씀드리지만, 직원들은 자체적으로 매우 친절하고 예의 바릅니다. 하지만 개인적으로 저는 이 호텔에 다시는 가지 않을 것이며, 안타깝게도 추천할 수 없습니다.

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight. While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

유럽에서는 꽤 큰 편으로 여겨지는 이그제큐티브룸을 예약했습니다. 분위기, 청결, 보안 모두 훌륭했습니다. 아침 일찍 체크인을 해야 해서 전화로 미리 온라인 체크인을 했습니다. 프런트 데스크는 오후 11시 이후에는 문을 닫으니 이 점을 꼭 기억하세요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 새벽 3시 공항행 비행기였는데 프런트 데스크에서 호텔 주소를 잘못 알려줬다는 것입니다. 영어를 전혀 못하는 기사님께 전화를 해야 했고, 온갖 번거로움 끝에 차는 30분 후에 도착했습니다. 비행기를 놓칠 뻔했습니다. 정말 끔찍했습니다.

전반적으로 좋았지 만 인상을 망치는 몇 가지 순간이 있으며 대부분이 레크리에이션 조직의 순간입니다. 그래서 정착 하루 전 정착에 대한 지침도 받지 않았고, 어떻게 행동해야 할지, 열쇠를 어디에서 가져갈지, 누군가 나를 만날지, 적어도 관리자의 전화(행사! ). 도착했을 때 나는 주소에 있는 건물, 바우처에 있는 전화로 갔다. 리셉션이 없는 입구 문만 있었습니다. 바우처에 아무도 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 그러나 문 앞 표지판에는 전화번호가 주어졌다고 그 소녀는 대답했지만 더 이상 이 아파트에서 일하지 않는다고 말했지만 현재의 전화번호를 직원이나 호스트인 미카엘에게 주었다. 빠르게 답장을 하고 모든 세부 사항을 더 보내줘서 좋았다. 짐을 맡기고 나중에 정착했습니다. 짐을 맡길 수 있는 기회 아파트의 주요 장점이었습니다! :) 사람이 있을 때 불행히도 영어를 전혀 못하는 엄마 미카엘레를 만났습니다. 이것이 아마도 그녀가 엘리베이터 사용 방법을 설명할 수 없는 이유일 것이며, 입구 문에 문제가 있는 경우 코드로 열 수 있습니다. 그래서 우리가 23시 30분에 도착했을 때 열쇠가 문을 열지 않았을 때, 나는 다시 Mikael에게 전화를 걸어 코드를 보냈습니다. 결국, 그것은 더 일찍 보낼 수 있었고, 우리는 스트레스를 받지 않을 것입니다.

쓰레기통이 없었다. 프런트에서 스탭과 만날 수 있었던 것은 체크인 때만으로, 나머지는 만날 수 없었기 때문에 요망이나 질문을 할 수 없었다. 세탁기와 건조기가 1대씩 있어 무료로 사용할 수 있는 것은 매우 고맙지만, 먼저 사용되고 있으면 꽤 기다려야 한다. 청소는 매일 있어 커피 등도 보충되기도 했다. 샤워의 배수 기능이 약한지 빨리 흘러넘치기 때문에 더러운 것이 신경이 쓰인다. 방은 전체적으로 빛이 어둡다.
