On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

매우 깨끗한 숙소였고, 수건도 충분히 제공되었습니다. 세탁은 5층 공용시설에서 하는 시스템이라 조금 불편했고, 사그라다 전망 나오는 방이 몇개 없는지 물어보지도 않고 뒤쪽 뷰 방을 배정해준게 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 옥상에 쉬는 곳과 풀이 구비되어 있어 날씨좋을 때는 좋을 듯하네요. 위치가 주요 관광지랑 떨어져 있어 매일 지하철타고 다니는 게 좀 불편해서 다시하라면 까탈루냐광장 근처로 잡을거 같네요

저는 이 ”4성급 호텔”에 큰 기대를 했습니다. 사진과 이전 리뷰를 보면 모든 것이 너무나 좋아서 사실이 아닌 것 같았습니다... 도착은 보통이었고, 배정된 방으로 가는 길을 물어봐야 했습니다(보통은 적어도 리셉션 직원이 안내해 줍니다) 제 방(104) 1층에 도착했습니다. 문을 열었더니 밝고 통풍이 잘되는 방이었습니다.. 첫 생각은 '이게 참 좋다'였습니다. 짐을 내려놓고 샤워를 했는데, 거기서부터 상황이 나빠지기 시작했습니다... 설명드리죠... 이곳이 5성급이 아니라는 건 알지만, 솔직히 말해서 저는 깨끗한 2성급 호텔에 묵어본 적이 있습니다... 청소원의 세부 사항에 대한 관심은 4성급 시설에 비해 훨씬 낮습니다. 석회질이 묻은 샤워문(팔꿈치 기름으로 쉽게 고칠 수 있음) 샤워문 바깥쪽 가장자리 주변에 곰팡이와 더러운 것(사진 참조) 싱크대 옆 타일 전체에 얼룩 자국(예전 치약 자국처럼) 싱크대가 제대로 물이 빠지지 않음(막힌 듯) 스커팅 보드는 몇 주/몇 달 동안 닦지 않은 듯 모든 표준/기본적인 것들이 모든 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 것들이고, 특히 4성급 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 것들이었는데, 제가 너무 까다롭나요? 그런 다음 리셉션에 전화해서 우유를 달라고 해서 커피를 만들었어요(객실에 주전자가 제공됨) 리셉션 직원은 신선한 우유가 없고 제가 먹어본 것 중 가장 맛이 나쁜 우유(아기 우유/일반 우유를 끊은 것 같아요)의 '가루 봉지'만 있다고 했습니다. 분명 레스토랑이 문을 닫아서 신선한 우유를 구할 수 없었던 모양이네요? 리셉셔니스트는 슈퍼마켓에 가라고 조언했습니다..호텔에서 도보로 25분 거리에 있습니다.🤦♀️ 우연히도 리셉션 입구 밖에 커피 머신이 있어서 저는 아래층으로 내려가서 거기서 하나 샀습니다.(가장 편리하지는 않았지만 계속 진행합니다) 광고지에 옥상 레스토랑이 있다고 읽었는데, 물어보니까 더 이상 없다고 합니다. 레스토랑은 아침 시간에만 열려서 음식은 없고 간식도 없습니다. 하지만 룸 서비스라고 광고했는데 어떻게 되는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 야외 수영장은 닫혔지만 괜찮았지만 라운저에 앉을 수도 없었습니다. 그래서...호텔 밖에 앉을 곳이 없습니다. 이런 작은 것들이 쌓여서 4성급 광고 호텔이라는 명성을 잃게 된 건 정말 안타까운 일입니다. 이제 긍정적인 면을 살펴보겠습니다... 방에서 보이는 바다 전망이 아름답습니다. 말 그대로 수 마일에 달하는 모래사장 건너편에 있습니다. 근처에 브런치/저녁 식사를 위해 정오부터 문을 여는 멋진 레스토랑이 몇 개 있으며 가격도 적당합니다. 이 지역 자체는 매우 조용하고 혼자 여행하기에는 충분히 안전합니다.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy acogedora y tranquila, el apartamento está muy bien distribuido y tiene todo lo necesario, buena ubicación y buen servicio.

스탭 분 전원이 친절했습니다. 영어를 할 수 있으므로 안심. 객실은 청결, 아파트에는 발코니도 개방적이며 슈퍼마켓도 가깝고 편리합니다. 체크인 전의 시간도, 방에는 넣지 않지만, 짐을 맡기고 공유 스페이스에서 휴식, 충전, 공유 스페이스의 PC 이용, 화장실 세면대의 사용을 할 수 있어, 안심 안전했습니다.

Location was good, near to 2 metro lines that brings us to city center. Rooms were ok too but there was a very annoying beeping noise coming from the toilet non stop. Feedback to the whatsapp helpline, and they sent maintenance guy the next day, who came, and switched off the aircon, saying that the noise came from that. So instead of fixing the unit, they expected us to do without heater. Quite ridiculous coz the weather was still cold at night. They told us to close the toilet door, but still can hear it. We stayed for 4 nites, and it was not resolved. The free washer/dryer at block A was very dirty, so dont pin your hopes on that. There is a coin laundromat just 2 mins away. Last thing, I have informed prior to arrival that we will reach early, few hours before check in time, and asked for storage options. They told us it is available but there is a fee to it, so we didnt thought to use it. On the day we arrived, have text the whatsapp for access code, but room was not ready so we waited outside the building for more than an hour. By the time we enter the building, realised that the storage system was actually free. The staff could have told us it was free, so we can put our luggage into storage and continue with the day, but instead we were left to wait for more than an hour for the room to be ready.

지하철역과 가깝지만, 주요 관광지들은 버스를 이용해야 했습니다. 숙소는 주택가 골목 안쪽에 위치해 있었고, 주변은 관광지가 아니라 다소 한산한 분위기였습니다. 이른 아침이나 늦은 밤에 돌아다닐 때는 안전에 유의해야 할 것 같았습니다. 방음이 잘 되지 않아 다른 방에서 물 사용하는 소리가 고스란히 들렸습니다. 프런트 데스크나 직원의 서비스는 없었지만, 이메일 문의에 대한 답변은 매우 신속했습니다. 안내에 따라 체크인 절차를 무리 없이 진행할 수 있었지만, 어느 정도의 언어 소통 능력이 요구됩니다. 하지만 직원이 없었기 때문에 새벽 5시경 갑자기 귀를 찢는 듯한 경보음이 울렸는데, 화재, 도난, 지진 등 어떤 경보인지 알 수 없었고 완전히 스스로 판단해야 했으며, 아무도 밖으로 나갈 엄두를 내지 못했습니다. 누구도 조치를 취하지 않아 새벽 6시가 넘어서야 경보음이 저절로 멈췄습니다. 정말 최악의 끔찍한 경험이었지만, 다행히 별다른 일은 없었습니다. 이후 이 사건에 대한 어떠한 설명 메일도 받지 못했습니다. 짐 보관 서비스는 제공되지 않았습니다. 제휴된 유료 보관소가 있고 약간의 할인이 있다고 들었지만, 정확한 비용은 알 수 없었습니다. 짐 보관이 안 되는 점은 매우 불편했습니다. 아침 식사는 제공되지 않았고, 주변에 식당도 거의 없었습니다. 요컨대, 전반적인 숙박 경험은 좋지 않았습니다. 다음에는 이곳을 다시 이용할 생각은 없습니다. 장점은 방이 비교적 새것 같았고, 공간이 넓었으며, 공용 공간도 넉넉했다는 점입니다.

아파트는 지하철역(터미널) 옆에 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 여행을 위한 좌석이 있습니다. 그 옆에는 하얏트 호텔이 있는데, 위치가 좋습니다. 아래층에는 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 쇼핑을 매우 편리하게 할 수 있습니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고, 강력 추천합니다.

아파트호텔 람블라 108에서 5박을 묵었는데, 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. 람블라 거리 한복판에 있어서 주변 명소들을 둘러보기에 정말 편리했습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 신속하게 대응해 주었으며, 저희가 요청한 모든 사항을 신속하게 처리해 주었습니다. 저희가 묵었던 원룸 아파트는 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 주방에는 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 기차가 지나가는 희미한 소리가 들렸지만 전혀 거슬리지 않았습니다. 저희 가족은 정말 만족했고, 바르셀로나 중심가에서 편안한 숙박을 원하시는 분들께 강력 추천합니다.

아파트는 괜찮 았고 훌륭한 위치였습니다. 15-20 Pg까지 도보로 약 15-20 분. de Gràcia & Plaça de Catalunya. 아파트에는 직원이 없으며 체크인 전에 입구 코드를 받았습니다. 수하물을 가지고있는 여행자를위한 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 아파트는 깔끔했지만 일부 지역은 약간 먼지가 많았습니다. 창문을 닫아도 방음이 꽤 나빴습니다. 기름, 소금, 후추 등이 포함된 웰컴팩이 제공됩니다. 식기 세척액과 세탁 포드 1개도 제공되었습니다. 아파트에 식기 세척기가 없지만 식기 세척 태블릿도 있습니다. 그러나 주방 수건은 없습니다. 욕실 편의 시설도 4-night 숙박에 매우 적었습니다. 건조대도 고장났습니다. 또한 보증금 300유로가 있으며 메시지와 알림을 받은 후 일주일 이상 후에만 반환되었습니다. 내가 묻지 않으면 보증금을 반환할 것인지 의심스럽습니다.
