내 친구와 나는 지나가고 있었고 마지막 순간에 무언가가 필요했습니다. 우리는 이 거래를 발견하게 되어 매우 기뻤습니다. 우리는 각각 우리 자신의 공간과 침대를 가지고 있습니다. 장소는 매우 깨끗하고 조용했고 숲이 우거진 지역 근처에 있어서 깔끔했습니다.
TV나 전자레인지는 없지만 풀 사이즈 냉장고, 완비된 욕실, AC가 있습니다.

離市中心比較遠，是“山上”，打車到Dt大約需要15$.旁邊有兩所college,周圍散步很寬闊。類似學生公寓，“兩室一廳”，乾淨，寬敞。陰面房間在這個季節略涼一些。24小時的前台，服務還是很讓人放心。

전반적인 숙박은 완전히 좋았지만 이 건물에는 무료 주차장이 없습니다. 지하 주차장이나 외부 주차장에도 22달러가 청구되며 자동차 보안 장치가 없습니다. 주차는 항상 소유자의 책임이라고 말했습니다. 그게 단점이라면 방은 깨끗했고, 방해도 없었고, 아침 식사도 좋았습니다.

우선, 무료 업그레이드에 감사드립니다. 침실과 거실 모두 전망이 훌륭했고, 친구들과 함께 편안하게 쉴 수 있을 만큼 공간도 넓었습니다. 특히 포커 테이블과 탁상 축구 게임이 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 시내 중심가에 있어 아주 좋았습니다.
다만, 샤워용품, 특히 샴푸와 바디워시가 개선될 필요가 있어 보였고, 치약도 지저분해 보였습니다(다행히 제 것을 가져갔습니다). 방음도 완벽하지 않아서 옆방 커플의 대화 소리가 들렸고, 콘서트에서 늦게 돌아온 후 화장실을 사용하거나 머리를 말리는 것이 조금 불편했습니다.
체크인 시간이 오후 4시로 상당히 엄격했지만, 오후 7시 30분까지 체크인을 연기할 수 있도록 해주었습니다. 처음에는 업그레이드 전 건물에서 10분 넘게 기다리면서 접수원이 저를 데리러 올지 확실하지 않아 혼란스러웠습니다. 하지만 일단 만나고 나서는 접수원이 매우 친절했고, 편의 시설과 체크아웃 절차에 대해 명확하게 설명해주었습니다.
전반적으로 엄격한 규칙과 사소한 문제들이 있었음에도 불구하고, 저는 방이 정말 마음에 들었고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

새로 지어진 대학 기숙사입니다. 이 스위트룸에는 4개의 침실이 있습니다. 우리는 2개를 사용했고 나머지 2개는 잠겨 있습니다. 홀이 크고 시설이 실용적입니다. 조식도 맛있고 많이 드세요 😀

리리뷰어I've never stayed in a school residence before, but with my frequent travels, I eventually got tired of staying in hotels and motels and decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, my arrival was not smooth. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong building, and I had a lot of luggage with me. There weren't many students around since it was summer, and no one I asked could give me clear directions to the correct building. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me this apparently happens quite often with Uber/Lyft drivers. My first impression of the residence was that it was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the elevators had broken down about 20 minutes before my arrival, something I likely would have avoided had I not been dropped off at the wrong building.
Front desk staff member Jessica kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 4th floor. I assume this was not part of her job, and I really appreciated her help. In fact, nearly every front desk staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful, more so than staff at some upscale hotels I've stayed at.
The unit looked smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that's almost always the case, and I still had more than enough space for my needs. The bedroom had very high ceilings, which helped the room feel open and not cramped. Only two hangers were provided, but I travel with folding travel hangers so it wasn't an issue. The large desk was especially useful since I work remotely. The bed was simple but clean, and once I figured out which pillows worked best for me, I slept well.
The kitchenette was dated but clean and included a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The empty refrigerator was somewhat unstable and would shift forward slightly when opened, but otherwise I had no complaints.
The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall. Water pressure was good and drainage worked well. My main complaint was the shower curtain, which was so long that it frequently blocked the drain. The sink also drained slowly. The towel rack was loose, and the towels were thin and smelled strongly of vinegar, but they were clean and absorbent.
The residence was generally quiet. The walls seemed fairly thin, although no worse than many hotels. There was nearby construction early in the morning, one instance of drilling at 7 AM, and a child crying each morning for a couple of days. None of it significantly affected my stay.
I usually keep my home between 19-20C, yet I often found myself cold in the unit and ended up turning off the AC most of the time.
The gym on the 4th floor was clean and quiet, although I think cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer should be available. Access also required a staff member to unlock the door, which seemed unnecessary since room-key access would make more sense.
There is also a communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. A movie theatre, games room with a pool table, and meeting room are also available. The only downside is that most amenities require staff assistance for access.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The building was clean and generally quiet, the room provided everything I needed for a working stay, and the staff delivered excellent service. While there were a few minor maintenance issues and some inconveniences regarding amenity access, none were significant enough to negatively impact my stay. Most importantly, I enjoyed my stay enough that I've already decided to return.

리리뷰어I’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

리리뷰어호스트가 정규적인 오후 3시가 아닌 오후 5시에 체크인을 시작해서 1시간 일찍 체크인하게 해줘서 얼마나 기뻤는지 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 이곳은 1박에 450달러의 보증금을 내야 하는 Airbnb 유형의 숙소인데, 제 생각에는 매우 비싼 편이었습니다. 위치가 훌륭하고, CN 타워와 레스토랑까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다.
청결함을 제외하면 매우 귀여운 숙소입니다. 숙소는 더러웠습니다. 샤워실은 곰팡이와 머리카락이 가득해서 사용하지 않기로 했습니다(첨부된 사진). 머리카락이 곳곳에 있었습니다! 세탁기와 건조기가 있는 걸 보았지만 세탁기에는 아직 말려야 할 수건이 가득해서 사용하지 않기로 했습니다. 침대 시트에 얼룩이 있어서 우리 수건을 깔고 자기로 했습니다. 또한 주방은 버너가 고장 나서 화재를 일으키고 싶지 않아서 만지지 않기로 했습니다. 전체적으로 하룻밤 머물기에는 괜찮았지만, 더 나은 숙박 시설을 만들기 위해서는 쉽게 고칠 수 있는 문제이기 때문에 청소부를 해고해야 할 것 같습니다.

리리뷰어위치가 정말 최고였어요! 친구 두 명과 3박을 했는데, 호텔이 유니온 스테이션 바로 근처라서 다운타운에서 할 수 있는 일들을 많이 할 수 있었어요. 에어비앤비 스타일처럼 깨끗하고 프라이빗한 공간이었어요. 침실 하나(유리 슬라이딩 도어), 소파 침대 하나, 주방, 욕실, 그리고 원형 테이블까지 모든 게 갖춰져 있었어요. 필요한 건 다 있었죠! 아파트 건물이라 프런트 데스크가 RivetStays 소속은 아니지만, 온라인 체크인 서비스 덕분에 모든 게 순조로웠어요. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시, 수건 등 기본적인 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요.
