방에 들어갔을 때 상당히 만족스러웠는데 나중에 보니 침대가 너무 작아요. 1.5~1.8미터 침대를 예약했는데 실제 침대는 1.3미터밖에 안 됐어요! 저희는 밤에만 그걸 깨닫고 프론트에 가서 룸체인지 해달라고 요청하진 않았습니다. 객실 시설은 아주 완벽해 보이지만 단기 투숙객에게는 그 어느 것도 쓸모가 없습니다. 주방에는 냄비, 프라이팬, 주방 도구가 가득하지만 꼭 포크를 사용해야 하는 경우에는 아무것도 없습니다.. 게다가 화장실도 너무 작고, 세면대 디자인도 불편해요. 아래층 주차장🅿️이 더 편리하고 여러 번 출입이 가능합니다. 다음날 체크아웃 후에도 주차 가능하며, 퇴근 후 프런트 데스크에 반납하시면 됩니다. 차가 완전히 주차장을 떠났습니다. 이는 1박당 $37의 주차 요금보다 더 많은 가치가 있습니다.

Amazing location! My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were able to get a lot of things in Downtown done as the hotel is super close to Union Station. Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc.

같은 여행 중에 다른 아파트에 묵었습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 아파트는 기본적으로 새 것입니다. 문제는 엘리베이터가 하나만 작동하고 때로는 매우 긴 대기 시간이 있다는 것입니다. 어떤 이유로 손님은 계단을 사용할 수 없습니다.

看到網上對惠特尼莊園的好評，在攜程提前一個多月下了訂單，就開始了持續的期盼。等傍晚時到了莊園，其建築果然卓爾不羣，按前台留下信封中的指示，進入灰石套房，套房內目光所及不斷給我們以驚喜。莊園有悠久的歷史，並得到現在主人很好的維護。主人對房間的每件物品都有獨具匠心的帖心設計，對來到的入住者也給予細心的提示和指引。在花好月圓的中秋之際，當了兩天的莊園主，度過了愜意時光，留下了美好記憶。

設施：十分齊全，所有設備都齊全 衞生：超級乾淨 環境：位置便捷，周圍很方便，開窗便可看到CN Tower，樓下有24hrs便利店。 服務：酒店人員超nice，溝通很順暢，問題都速度得到解決。

The apartment was fantastic. So convenient, clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again but the front desk were terrible, no interest in helping what so ever. They are not part of Global but it was a huge annoyance.
