리리뷰어It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site.
Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in.
Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in.
Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think.
I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist.
Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!)
I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house)
So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one.
Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit.
We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have.
If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

익익명 사용자비행기를 타기 위해 일찍 일어나서 더 저렴한 호텔을 예약했기 때문에 가격이 저렴합니다. 유일한 단점은 저층 장애인 방으로 변경했다는 것입니다. 다음날 일찍 일어나야 할 때 방을 바꾸지 않아도됩니다. 바닥은 ** 아래층 레스토랑의 기름진 연기 냄새를 맡습니다. 높은 층을 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

MMubamuma끝내주는 경치! 침대에 누워서 바다 일출을 봤어요 🌅 위치도 최고예요! 길 건너편이 바로 해변이라 몇 걸음이면 도착해요. 국내처럼 5분 걸어가서 차도를 가로질러야 하는 곳과는 완전히 달라요! 호텔 수영장도 정말 좋고 환경도 훌륭합니다. 호주 물가가 너무 비싼데, 호텔 아파트먼트라서 좋았어요. 근처 슈퍼에서 면이랑 채소를 사다가 맛있는 저녁 식사를 해 먹으니 훨씬 가성비가 좋았어요. 시드니에서 못 빨았던 빨래들을 세탁기와 건조기로 처리했는데, 세탁 후 향기로운 옷을 맡으니 정말 상쾌했어요! 며칠 더 머물면서 해변도 즐기고, 쇼핑도 하고, 씨월드 같은 테마파크도 가기 너무 편해요.

리리뷰어Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

리리뷰어저는 퀸사이즈 침대와 풀 사이드 뷰를 기준으로 객실을 예약했습니다. 사실 싱글 침대 두 개를 붙여서 썼는데 그렇게 편안하지 않았습니다. $174라는 가격에 기대에 부응하지 못해 실망했습니다. 욕실은 꽤 넓었지만 온수가 시스템을 통해 나오기까지 몇 분이 걸렸습니다.
쇼핑가와 개인적인 관심사에 완벽한 위치에 있었지만 객실 크기와 가구를 기준으로 보면 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 아침 식사를 중단하고 머핀과 주스 박스를 유럽식으로 제공했지만 제가 내려갔을 때는 머핀을 보지 못했습니다. 아마도 사람들에게 최소한의 것만 제공하는 것 같습니다. 그들은 여전히 객실에 카운터에서 아침 식사를 제공한다고 광고하지만 다른 이야기를 하고 있습니다. 책에 명확한 정보가 있으면 사람들이 알게 되면 선택할 수 있을 것입니다.

AAnareta아름다운 멋진 아파트. 우리는 해변가 전망을 예약했고 절대적으로 완벽했습니다. 바다 + 테니스 코트의 탁 트인 전망. 수영장은 따뜻하고 깨끗하며 상쾌했습니다. 해변 옆에서 서퍼스 파라다이스까지 아름다운 긴 산책. GC의 어느 곳으로든 가려면 1분 거리에 버스 정류장이 있습니다.
루크의 서비스, 리셉션의 젊은 금발 남자는 2/5이었습니다. 우리는 작동하는 식기 세척기와 건조기가없는 방을 받았습니다. 루크는 우리를 돕기 위해 어떤 제안도 시도하지 않았습니다. 우리는 매일 해변과 수영장에서 젖은 옷이 많았기 때문에 나이든 여성에게 다른 건조기를 사용할 수 있는지 묻기 위해 다음날 돌아와야했습니다.
첫날, 우리는 식기 세척기를 싣고 침수된 부엌으로 돌아오기 위해 마을로 떠났습니다. 우리는 소란을 피우지 않고 청소했습니다. 서비스가 더 좋아야 합니다.

리리뷰어This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us.
We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

리리뷰어6일 동안 묵었는데, 전망이 좋고 주방이 넓고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 가장 좋았던 건 건조기였는데, 제 방에 있는 건조기가 좀 낡았지만 독립형이라 옷이 빨리 말랐습니다. 세탁기는 좀 실망스러웠어요. 하이얼 세탁기였는데, 세탁할 때 비행기 이륙하는 소리처럼 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 우리 국산 브랜드들 좀 더 분발했으면 좋겠네요. 위생은 평범했어요. 6일 동안 묵었는데 방 청소를 한 번밖에 안 해줘서 더운 여름에 침구를 6일 동안 안 갈아주니 좀 힘들었습니다. 목욕 수건과 일반 수건이 그렇게 하얗지 않아서 제가 세탁기로 고온 세탁 후 건조했더니 훨씬 나아졌습니다. 장기 투숙하기에는 역시 아파트가 편리하네요.
