깔끔하고 레스토랑 조식이 맛있습니다. 레스토랑 룸서비스가 24시 인것이 좋았고 까이랑수산시장이 가까워서 편리합니다.

조용한 곳에 있고 싶어서 껀터를 방문 하였습니다. 호텔은 쉐라톤으로 정하였고요. 아침 도착 비행기로 호텔에 도착하였는데 다행히 이른 시간에 체크인이 되었고 그렇게 껀터 방문이 시작 되었습니다. 껀터시가 작다 보니 호텔위치는 크게 의미 없다고 생각합니다. 그보다 호텔 내의 컨디션, 직원의 친절함과 아침 조식은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 낮에는 호텔에서 운동과 식사를 하고 밤에는 닌 키에우 주변을 돌아다녔습니다. 총 6일동안 머물렀는데 좋은 경험을 했습니다.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. This is a great hotel and the kids loved the pool area. Breakfas was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food (soup,eggs,bread,yogurt,etc). The room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recomend this hotel.

Lors de notre périple de 13 jours, c est le premier établissement où nous avons été déçu 😢. Si la chambre est spacieuse, elle commence réellement à manquer d entretien (murs tachés et mobilier brûlé). Mais ça ce n’est rien : un petit déjeuner chimique et un personnel nombreux…mais totalement absent.

방(화장실 포함)은 넓고 조용했습니다. 모든 짐을 바닥에서 치우기에 충분한 공간이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 괜찮았습니다. 좋은 위치. 방의 에어컨이 100% 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다(21도로 설정했는데도 25도 정도였습니다). 리셉션 직원은 의사소통이 가능한 영어를 구사하지 못했고 베트남에서 유일하게 보증금(50 USD)을 요구한 호텔이었습니다. 체크아웃 시 문제 없이 돌려받았습니다. 로비와 조찬실은 에어컨이 제대로 가동되지 않았습니다.
