에어컨은 훌륭하고 소유자가 현장에서 유지 관리하는 개별 핸드 헬드 컨트롤입니다. 바닥은 모두 큰 타일이고 벽은 광택 페인트로 칠해져있어 매우 깨끗합니다.

Nossa estadia foi basicamente um pernoite, chegamos fomos bem recebidos, as crianças estavam c fome e o buffet era de apenas caldos e funcionava até as 21hs... uma pena pq não tivemos tempo hábil , mas estavam c a cara de bem apetitosos. Mas não ficamos mal não... rrsds, anexo ao hotel tem uma casa de massas maravilhosa. Não percam a oportunidade de conhecer. Os quartos bem agradáveis, limpos cheirosos e bem espaços( coisa rara). Café da manhã, bem servido e agradável.

방은 넓고 현대적이었습니다. 내 아파트에는 2개의 매우 편안한 더블 침대가 있습니다. 넓은 욕실도 우수한 품질의 수건을 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 당시 만들어진 다양한 옵션이 포함된 조식 정식. 그들은 서비스와 세부 사항에 차이를 만듭니다.

나는 2022년(1월, 4월, 5월, 7월, 8월에 5번 주최했습니다). 가격도 좋고 서비스도 훌륭하고 조식도 훌륭하고 다양합니다! 방은 넓고 편안하며 인터넷은 만족스럽고 온수 샤워는 편안합니다! 호텔은 중앙에 있지만 밤에 걷는 것은 권장하지 않습니다!

이비스 테레지나에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 이비스 테레지나 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 테레시나에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.호텔은 테레시나 공항에서 약 4km 정도로, 비교적 가까운 거리에 있어 아주 편리합니다. 테레시나의 Potycabana Park, Cinépolis Rio Poty, Cinemas Teresina 등 인기 관광지들이 호텔과 가깝게 있어, 즐거운 테레시나 관광을 즐기실 수 있습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

PONTOS POSITIVOS: ar condicionado gelando bem apesar de ficar na lateral da cama (deveriam ficar na cabeceira), chuveiro quente com boa ducha, kit shampoo e sabonete, recepção o com check-in rápido. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: quartos não são espaçosos, mas não são muito pequenos, o problema são as paredes de gesso acartonado, que permitem a passagem dos barulhos. Até no banheiro, dentro do box, é gesso, e você escuta tudo nos outros quartos, no corredor ... O desastre são as camas, extremamente estreitas, fora do padrão. São horríveis é algumas já deformadas. As roupas de cama são velhas, FEDIDAS e manchadas, o frigobar fica vazio, o Wi-Fi é bem instável, a TV pega um ou outro canal e não é smart. O café da manhã é simples e algum jênio coloca música bem alto. Desnecessário! Agora o pulo do gato, depois da arrumação do quarto, eis que surge UMA CUECA em cima da mesa. Não consigo imaginar o que possa ter acontecido nesse intervalo que fiquei fora!
