Rooms were good break fast was ok and all the staff were friendly however some staff seemed untrained.

Nothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and many more, all freshly backed, cooked . Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa. Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

I had a disappointing experience at the Fairfield Marriott in Calungate. The location is on a back road and is quite far from the centre of Calungate. You may need a taxi or motorbike to make the journey to the centre. The hotel front desk will not help with either and the taxi's outside the front of the hotel were price gouging for the duration of my stay. You can rent a motorbike in the centre of Calungate. The closest beach is walkable but the good beaches will require a taxi (Calungate, Baga, and Anjuna). There are some good restaurants within a 20 minute walk of the hotel but no shops or restaurants any closer. The hotel shop (which they promote in their room brochure) was empty. The staff on the front desk were helpful, smiled, and did make an effort, however, they could benefit from additional training (forgetfulness was the main issue). The front desk forgot that I'd arranged for a late checkout and deactivated my key card early on the last day (my key card stopped working on 3 occasions). My room was not cleaned when requested. They had trouble recommending local restaurants and bars (something that a 2 star hotel can do very well). The laundry fee was extortionate (it would've been cheaper to buy new clothes) and I was not told the cost in advance. The room struggled with condensation too. I could go on, however, life is short! On a positive note, the staff were friendly, the food in the restaurant was good (as was the beer) and the facilities were as promised in the photos. The gentelman behind the bar was very helpful as was a member of the front desk staff when I checked out (and my Uber failed to appear - don't use Uber in Goa...useless!). The room was clean too - no mold, dirt, or small animals. This hotel would suit a family with young children that do not plan to leave the hotel. However, this will be the last time I stay at a Fairfield Marriott.

The most friendly staff ever...Firstly Alissa from the reception to aai from the restaurant sadashiv from the bar shiuli from the service dep...everyone was fabulous...100% recommended for families...Never a no from the team.Appreciate the good work and keep going guys...cheers

I’ve stayed at too many Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

I would like to express my experience at your hotel as the staff is very excellent especially Yash and Sudhanshu at the front desk. Mr. Siddharth Chitnis and Vishal Singh are the best managers you have. Extremely professional. The amazing hospitality has been experienced. This is our official visit to your hotel however we will definitely plan to come with family and suggest to my colleague to visit the Fairfield Goa at Calangute. The hotel itself has everything . The rooms were maintained and services very well. The food was very good. Overall a great experience .

I recently celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday at Fairfield Marriott Calangute, and the service was outstanding. The beautiful balloon decorations, delicious cake, and personalized letter gifts made the day unforgettable. The staff's warmth and professionalism ensured a flawless celebration. I came here for 3 days with my family and its a wonderful place to spend your time and money. This place is newly built, hence very clean. The staff here are very welcoming. Dawson is a really nice person (one of the staff). The food here was fabulous and we got a "SEE YOU SOON" cake which was really appreciable. The pool was clean and good. The only thing which was not very good was food was server really slow in the room.

Recently we visited this property as a couple for the weekend. It was an amazing experience and most of the credit goes to the staff. Right from the reception to hotel staff to the house keeping...everything was so welcoming. Keep up the good work guys
