The screened in patio features plenty of seating, an electric grille and views of the pool! Guest accessWithin Island Pointe guests will have full access to two private beaches, large outdoor heated pool (open 9am - 10pm), horseshoes, volleyball court and playground. Because our home is a two family home, we decided to remodel and furnish the other side and also give this a try! After many late nights and early mornings of remodeling, here it is! We pride ourselves in being cleaner than a hotel, and providing one of Airbnb's best experiences!This two family home resides on just under three acres of beautiful lawn and garden which make for great early morning coffee and late night cocktails. We are surrounded by a small woods and fields that stretch for many miles and make for great views.This house is laid out uniquely with the kitchen, bedroom, living room and half bath on the lower floor. On the upper floor, you will find a master bedroom with a queen, a second bedroom with a queen and a very spacious full bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Nice large areas and walkways make it nice for larger groups. While we have enough beds for 8 people, arrangements can be made for more people that are willing to bring cots, sleeping bags, blow up mattresses, etc...Additional cleaning fee of $75 (PER PET) per week for pets.
