Wucai Bay
Wucai Bay is located in Jimsar County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. Due to the different mineral content in various geological periods, the continuous hills present a 'Danxia landform' with various colors such as red, yellow, white, black, green, etc., hence the name Wucai Bay.
Wucai Bay has now developed the second large oil field in the Junggar Basin after Karamay, with asphalt roads and gravel roads leading directly from the county town. In July 2022, the People's Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region approved the establishment of Wucai Bay Town, located in the northern part of Jimsar County, on the southeastern edge of the Junggar Basin, adjacent to Qitai County in the east, bordering Fukang City in the west, and connected to Fuyun County in the Altay Region in the north. The total area of the jurisdiction is 1821.9 square kilometers, with five communities under its jurisdiction, namely Wucai Bay, Huoshaoshan, Cai North, Jinpen Bay, and Cai South, with a permanent floating population of over 89,000.
Wucai Bay Town has significant transportation advantages, with the Urumqi-Junggar Railway running east-west, and a highway network extending in all directions. The G7 line, G216 line, G335 line, S11 line, S239 line, Z917 line backbone structure connects the capital Urumqi in the west, Hami in the east, and the Altay Region in the north. The infrastructure is well developed, with 1714 service places such as scenic spots, catering, repair services, etc., 1263 various enterprises, crisscrossing asphalt roads, complete water, electricity, and heating facilities, and 100% coverage of television and wireless communications. The livelihood services have been improved, with 1 hospital, 1 kindergarten and 1 primary school, with more than 500 students in school, 2 kindergartens under construction, and 1 junior high school; there are institutions such as police stations, judicial offices, government convenience service centers, and veteran service stations, as well as community health rooms, legal aid studios, dispute mediation rooms, etc., to meet the diverse needs of the people in the jurisdiction, continuously improve the well-being of the people, enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the people of all ethnic groups, and inspire and guide the people of all ethnic groups to listen to the party, feel the party's kindness, and follow the party.
Wucaiwan is a new city in Zhundong Development Zone. The place is still under construction. It is relatively desolate. It is close to Jimusar County, about 100 kilometers away. There are ancient sea hot springs here. Nearby friends can come and play.
