Huge square!
Nothing impressive about it, other than the size of the square. While there, visit the cathedral across the street. Good spot to watch people.

Very relaxing
I loved the Plaza Artigas. There was plenty of green and a nice fountain. I enjoyed the view of the statues, and there were a lot of benches. It seems to be a popular place to gather for the Saltenos ...
