호텔은 실제로 퇴색된 색상과 딱딱한 재료가 벗겨진 지루한 인테리어로 오래되어 가고 있습니다. 창문에 똥을 싸는 새와 불쾌한 전망을 없애기 위해 뭔가 해야 합니다. 외관은 건물 전체에 많은 균열이 보입니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 Fayaz는 고객을 맞이할 때 미소를 짓는 방법을 모릅니다. 럭셔리 컬렉션 호텔이라고 말하지만, 노력해야 할 일입니다. 그렇지 않으면 경쟁자가 인수할 것입니다.

당직 매니저 라제쉬가 오후 2시까지 체크아웃하지 않으면 제 짐을 내던지겠다고 협박했습니다. 24시간 호텔인데 말이죠? 12월 16일 새벽 2시에 체크인했는데, 호텔 측에서는 12월 17일 오후 1시 38분에야 오후 2시까지 체크아웃하라고 알려왔습니다. 제가 호텔에 없을 때 당직 매니저 라제쉬가 전화를 걸어와서 오후 2시까지 체크아웃하지 않으면 짐을 내던지겠다고 했습니다. 정말 훌륭한 고객 서비스네요. 이 호텔에는 다시는 가지 않을 겁니다.

My initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

stay for 1 night and hotel is acceptable. Room cleanliness can be better and room to improve.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

위치가 정말 중심가에 가깝습니다. 입구, 리셉션, 게스트 서비스, 객실 청소 직원 모두 친절하게 맞아주셔서 좋았습니다. 아나미카 덕분에 깜짝 객실 업그레이드를 받았고, 침대도 편안하고 객실 시설도 깨끗해서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 조식도 푸짐하고 종류가 다양했는데, 손님 착석 동선과 계란 주문 방식에 약간의 변화를 주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 중심가에 위치한 편안한 숙소를 찾는 여행객에게 강력 추천합니다.

이 비싼 가격에는 전혀 가치가 없습니다. 제가 원래 이런 부정적인 평을 남기는 사람이 아닌데, 직원 서비스는 정말 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 미소도 없고, 손님을 귀찮아하는 태도였으며, 마치 곧 그만둘 사람들처럼 행동했습니다. 손님들을 전혀 소중히 여기지 않는 것 같았어요. 저희뿐만 아니라 체크인할 때 다른 손님들도 불만을 표출하고 있더군요. 타지 호텔의 명성과 기준에는 한참 못 미쳤습니다. 역시 문제가 생겼을 때에야 비로소 서비스의 진정한 가치를 알 수 있는 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 가격이 저렴할 때만 추천합니다.

I spent a night in this Hotel while in a business trip in Chennai. Honestly speaking, i was positively surprised. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was top notch, well maintained with plenty of options and amenities. The food choice was also great; i tried the Kebab factory restaurant and it was one of the best meal i had in my trip. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport and they provide a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Great Price / Quality ratio. Highly Recommended
