호텔은 실제로 퇴색된 색상과 딱딱한 재료가 벗겨진 지루한 인테리어로 오래되어 가고 있습니다. 창문에 똥을 싸는 새와 불쾌한 전망을 없애기 위해 뭔가 해야 합니다. 외관은 건물 전체에 많은 균열이 보입니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 Fayaz는 고객을 맞이할 때 미소를 짓는 방법을 모릅니다. 럭셔리 컬렉션 호텔이라고 말하지만, 노력해야 할 일입니다. 그렇지 않으면 경쟁자가 인수할 것입니다.

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

The stay was pleasant . The receptionist Sundar , Sidharth , Ravi and Seena really made the check in and check out process easier . The breakfast was nice as well .

Amazing hospitality. The staff were friendly and polite. Ensuring our stay was safe and comfortable.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

I spent a night in this Hotel while in a business trip in Chennai. Honestly speaking, i was positively surprised. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was top notch, well maintained with plenty of options and amenities. The food choice was also great; i tried the Kebab factory restaurant and it was one of the best meal i had in my trip. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport and they provide a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Great Price / Quality ratio. Highly Recommended

이 호텔은 행사부터 개인 파티까지 예약이 꽉 차 있어서 호텔로 오는 차들이 엄청나게 붐빈다는 게 문제입니다. 그래서 호텔 밖으로 나가서 언덕을 올라 호텔까지 걸어가라고 했습니다. 저희는 7박 동안 호텔에 묵었는데, 아침 메뉴는 7일 동안 한 번도 바뀌지 않았습니다!!! 일반적인 과일, 빵, 아침 메뉴는 나오는데 치킨 카레는 7일 내내 나오지 않는 건 이해합니다. 셰프가 카레 치킨의 종류를 다른 종류로 바꿀 수 있을 거라고 생각합니다. 최고의 서비스를 기대해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 감사합니다

호텔 나이트클럽 이용에 대한 실망스러운 경험 전반적으로 호텔 숙박은 좋았지만, 호텔 내 나이트클럽 이용 경험은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 입장하려고 했을 때, '커플만 입장 가능'하다는 갑작스러운 안내를 받았습니다. 제가 예약할 당시 호텔 웹사이트 어디에도 이러한 정책은 명시되어 있지 않았습니다. 나이트클럽이 호텔 편의 시설의 일부로 광고된다면, 남성 단독 투숙객은 입장이 불가하다는 점을 명확히 고지해야 합니다. 설상가상으로, 입구 직원들은 극도로 불친절했습니다. 심지어 투숙객도 아닌 커플이 입장할 수 있도록 저에게 비켜달라고 요구했으며, 동시에 터무니없는 10,000 INR의 입장료를 저에게 요구했습니다. 저는 전 세계의 최고 클럽들을 많이 가봤지만, 그 금액의 절반도 내본 적이 없습니다. 프런트 데스크에 이러한 문제들을 제기했을 때, 돌아온 답변은 무관심하고 성의 없었습니다. 한 직원은 단순히 ”남성 단독 손님은 안 됩니다”라고 말했습니다. 저는 이러한 용어가 비전문적이고 불필요하다고 생각합니다. 이처럼 환대가 부족하고 불공정한 대우는 너무나 실망스러워서, 앞으로 예약이 되어 있던 제 친구들에게도 숙박을 취소하라고 권유했습니다. 만약 더 고급스럽고 환대받는 경험을 원하신다면, Leela Palace를 강력히 추천합니다.
