Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

Service was good at the reception. Facilities are excellent, with everything needed. Food at breakfast spread was sufficient and satisfying. The control pad in the room was functioning well. Welcome titbits was a great way to start when I arrived. Coffee maker with pods was easy to operate and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning! Room was clean and with clean linen. Bathroom was very clean. Shower pressure and heat was good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was nice. Newly renovated. Kindly maintain regularly to have the high standards, The Residency Towers! Had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep throughout the night.

A little outside the city center (but still within walking distance), I liked this place very much. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western cuisine. The only surprise was that the internet was sometimes slow or unreliable for such an establishment (though it generally worked). The airport shuttle (organized through a separate company on the premises) worked very well. I would definitely come back when I’m in Madurai again.

지난달 첸나이의 또 다른 유명 호텔에서 끔찍한 경험을 한 후, 래디슨 블루 호텔에 묵을 때면 긴장이 감돌았습니다. 제 생각이 틀렸다고 말하는 건 정말 절제된 표현일 겁니다. 객실은 최고급이고, 제공되는 편의시설도 아주 훌륭합니다. 음식 종류도 다양해서 다양한 입맛을 만족시킬 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 융통성 있게 도와주며 항상 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 투숙객의 편안함과 편의를 위해 최선을 다합니다. 정말 잘하셨습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 서비스 부탁드립니다.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

It was a great and comfortable stay. The staff was really hospitable and helpful. As far as food is concerned they have good spread of tasty south indian and north indian food. The hotel is well located on the main road and is reasonably close to meekashiamman temple.

HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too. We had a nice stay there.

리리뷰어Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

MMir69Upon my early-morning arrival on January 9, I was informed that a fire incident had occurred and that I would be transferred to Taj Club House, with assurances that it was of an equivalent standard. After checking in, it became immediately evident that Taj Club House is not comparable to Taj Coromandel. I was assigned a first-floor room, where the hallway was lined with unpleasant odors from sports shoes, and the room itself appeared dated. I promptly lodged a complaint with Trip; however, their Chennai partner was unreachable. According to the agent, the Duty Manager, Rose, declined to offer any compensation or partial refund, despite the fact that I had paid a premium rate for Taj Coromandel and was instead accommodated at a lower-grade property, Taj Club House.
