스파 시설을 갖춘 스페인 발렌시아 커뮤니티 호텔

Muy amables los chicos y chicas de la recepción, muy buen servicio el restaurante, nos encantó a mi amigo y a mi, el gym está muy bueno. La habitación tiene nevera, había poca luz en la mañana, me encantó y volvería.

마지막 날 밤에 가방을 도난당했습니다. 경찰은 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 휴대폰도, 돈도, 은행 카드도 없이 남겨졌습니다. 호텔 직원분들이 집에 있는 친척들에게 연락해서 귀국 항공편 정보를 받을 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 친척들은 호텔에 직접 숙박비를 지불했고, 호텔 측에서는 점심 식사, 공항까지 택시, 경찰 신고서 작성까지 도와주셨습니다. 정말 너무나 감사했습니다. 10박 동안의 숙박은 그 전까지 정말 좋았는데, 직원분들 덕분에 저희가 괜찮고 걱정하지 않아도 되었습니다. 위치, 청결도, 직원들의 친절한 태도를 고려했을 때 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

Everything for good. There were some issues as the water in the bath tub had no pressure and hence couldn’t use the bath tub. There were nothing kept in the room like tooth brush, comb, kettle, razor.

We had a lovely 4 night break at the hotel Neptuno. The room was comfortable and clean with complimentary tea and coffee and it had a fridge with complimentary water, fanta lemon and coke. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, hot food, cakes etc. We enjoyed the omelettes and pancakes which were made to order. We went to the spa one evening which was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good location, good spa and friendly staff! Not a lot to do in the neighbourhood but perfect if you need to go to the airport

서비스가 멀지 않은 곳에 쇼핑 센터가 있어서 위치가 좋은 것 같아요. 좋은 것 같아요. 하지만 액세서리는 2개 중 1개 캐빈에 있는데 빗과 칫솔이 없었고 TV도 있어야 할 것 같아요. YouTube와 스페인어 이외의 언어로 되어 있는 것 외에는 꽤 깨끗하고 별점 4.5개를 줄 것 같습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 수영장은 핑크 라군의 환상적인 전망을 제공합니다. 근처에 메르카도나가 있습니다. 걸을 수 있습니다.

훌륭한 호텔 깨끗하고 좋은 직원 편안한 침대. 아름다운 시장 맞은편의 좋은 중앙 위치. 길 바로 위에 있는 성. 공항 버스는 길 건너편에 정차합니다. 지하철은 길 바로 위에 정차합니다. 휴식을 위한 아름다운 도시 Alicante
