수영장 시설을 갖춘 모로코 수스마사드라 호텔

Positif Personnel très agréable Belles piscines et matériel irréprochable des piscines (relax, parasols…de très bonne qualité) Hygiène irréprochable au niveau du restaurant Plats diversifiés et abondants malgré quelques remarques mineurs sur la qualité de la cuisson Négatif Bon emplacement mais moins bon par rapport aux autres hôtels de taghazoute bay (du bruit toute la journée et le soir qui émane de la place publique et du souk à côté de l’hotel, plage bondée devant l’hôtel…) Absence d’une plage privée pour les résidents de l’hôtel à l’instar des autres hotels de taghazoute bay Le point le plus dérangeant dans le séjour est l’odeur du moisis au niveau de la chambre et la salle de bain qui malgré notre signalement et l’intervention du personnel est restée pendant tout le séjour Animation en journée pas top avec peu de musique au bord de la piscine au cours de la journée (presque inaudible dans certains endroits et coupée très tot dans la journée vers 16h30) Animation le soir à améliorer (trop ennuyeuse et répétitive) Serviettes de chambres à changer (pas au niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, presque toutes abîmées)

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

바다 옆 첫 번째 노선에 있는 호텔 - 계단으로 접근 가능. 그 옆에는 미니마켓과 주류를 판매하는 상점이 있습니다. 호텔에는 레스토랑과 나이트클럽이 있습니다. 스파 공간과 일광욕용 라운저가 구비된 수영장이 있습니다. 호텔 옆에 택시 승강장이 있습니다. 방에는 책상과 가구가 있어서 매우 좋습니다. 욕조와 세면도구가 구비된 욕실은 매우 안전하며 입구에 보안 장치가 설치되어 있습니다. 호텔 인터넷이 작동됩니다.

It was an amazing experience at the hotel , location is just perfect, staff specialy,lifeguard (Abdul Allah) was very friendly and kind to the kids ,also morning breakfast staff .overall we would love to be there again next visit.

해변 바로 앞에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 호텔 내에 수영장 두 개, 탁구대, 다트, 테니스 코트가 있으며, 푸짐한 뷔페식 아침 식사가 제공됩니다. 호텔은 규모가 매우 커서 마치 리조트 같았습니다. 케이블카 정류장이 호텔 바로 건너편에 있어 꼭 한번 타볼 만합니다. 객실도 좋았고, 호텔 내에 바가 4개나 있으며, 사우나와 다양한 요가 및 액티비티 프로그램이 하루 종일 진행됩니다. 보안 요원도 상주하고 있습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 뷔페식 저녁 식사는 음료 포함 약 13.50파운드이며, 호텔 내에 테이크아웃 매장도 있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 택시 승강장이 있고, 맥도날드, KFC, 피자헛을 비롯해 다양한 현지 레스토랑이 합리적인 가격에 제공됩니다.

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 서핑 강습을 조직하거나 마라케시 여행을 하거나 요리 강습에 참여할 기회를 찾는 데 도움을 준 Azedine에게 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 호텔의 위치는 해변에 바로 있기 때문에 호텔에 머물고 싶은 사람들에게 적합합니다. 대부분의 손님은 가족이나 노인이었습니다. Taghazout까지 걸어가려면 가능하지만 약 45 분이 걸립니다. 수영장은 가열되지 않아 물이 정말 차가워지기 때문에 그다지 즐겁지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 제공할 수 있는 종류가 많지만 매우 혼잡하고 어떤 시점에서는 음식이 다시 채워지지 않습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 내가 별로 좋아하지 않은 것은 대부분 매일 밤 제공되는 라이브 음악이 스페인 음악이나 라틴 아메리카 음악을 연주한다는 것입니다. 이것을 위해 모로코에 오는 것은 정통하지 않습니다. 나는 오히려 그곳에서 모로코 음악을 듣고 싶습니다. 그러나 일반적으로 호텔은 좋은 직원들과 함께 좋습니다.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.
