We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

One of the worst Hyatt regency I have stayed. The slow house keeping and inconsistent dining service is bad. Usually took 30-45 mins for bottled water to be delivered or after clean up, they don't put back bottled water until you asked, or the AC may not work or they will take away your bathrobes. All of that were part of the poor house keeping , certainly not up to Hyatt standard. Dining service is also not international and clean enough, I had stomachache after having their salad. Will not stay here again.

2025년 4월에 이 호텔을 방문했는데, 1년밖에 되지 않은 새 건물이라 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 장점 - 깔끔하고 깨끗하며 Rishikesh의 큰 건물 중 하나이며 많은 객실이 있습니다. 단점 - 도심에서 5km, 아침 식사 서비스가 끔찍하고 음식 맛도 전혀 좋지 않습니다. 뷔페에 보관된 뜨거운 우유가 망가졌고 우리가 지적한 게시물을 변경했습니다. 속성이 별 4개처럼 보이지 않기 때문에 가격이 높습니다.

우리는 오후 11시 이후에 늦게 체크인했습니다. 우리는 엑스트라 베드가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. 그러나 침대를 놓는 데 거의 1시간이 걸렸습니다. 우리는 긴 운전 후에 지쳤습니다. 이 사건을 제외하고는 모든 것이 괜찮 았고 우리는 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다.

The hotel is very good. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and polite. The food at the restaurant was delicious, we were provided with an extra meal for each day for free. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
