This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

좋은 호텔이었지만, 1박에 250유로 정도의 가격으로 구할 수 있을 때만 추천합니다. 그 이상이면 가격 대비 비싸다고 느껴질 수 있지만, 어차피 흐바르 섬이니 싼 곳은 없죠. 객실은 괜찮았고 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 조식은 아주 훌륭했고, 특히 마르코와 그의 팀은 정말 최선을 다해 손님을 응대했습니다. 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 무료로 이용할 수 있는 작은 해변 바로 앞에 있었고, 의자는 유료로 빌려야 했지만, 구시가지까지는 해변 산책로를 따라 10분 정도 걸으면 됩니다. 이제 단점입니다. 프런트 직원들은 투숙객에게 별로 신경 쓰지 않는 듯 보였고, 실제로 꽤 불친절했습니다. 둘째 날 객실 정비가 오지 않았습니다. 프런트에 문의하니, “객실 정비를 요청하셨나요?”라고 되물었습니다. 전날에는 기본적으로 제공되었는데, 이런 질문을 받으니 정말 황당했습니다. 객실 청소를 받는 데 몇 시간이 걸렸고, 수건과 비누를 받기 위해 몇 번 더 찾아가야 했습니다. 마지막 날, 가방을 맡기고 도착 후에나 알 수 있는 무료 페리 픽업 및 짐 운반 서비스를 예약했습니다. 짐이 몇 시에 출발하는지 물어보고, 그전에 옷을 갈아입으려 했습니다. 처음에는 3시 30분이라고 했습니다. 그런데 3시에 돌아오니 가방이 이미 사라지고 없었습니다. 그들은 “죄송합니다, 바빴습니다”라고 말했습니다. 결국 옷을 갈아입으려던 계획과 달리 수영복 차림으로 페리까지 걸어가야 했습니다. 사소한 문제일 수 있지만, 이는 그들이 투숙객에게 얼마나 무관심하고 자기들 마음대로 말하는지를 잘 보여줍니다.

길 건너편에 바로 해변이 있어요. 바닷물이 시원해서 아침저녁으로 수영하기 정말 편리했습니다. 방은 넓고 시원한 느낌의 연한 파란색 벽으로 되어 있었어요. 큰 통창 발코니는 폭이 2미터나 되고, 길이가 방 두 개 크기의 미닫이문 창문만큼 길게 확장되어 있었어요. 안에는 선베드 두 개와 식탁에 의자 네 개가 놓여 있었습니다. 욕실에는 샤워 부스, 욕조가 있었고 세면대는 양쪽 끝까지 길게 이어져 있었어요. 옷장은 복도와 방마다 있어서 아주 편리했습니다. 다만 현관 쪽 화장실 환풍기 소리가 너무 시끄러웠고, 불을 꺼도 3~4분 이상 작동해서 스위치가 없는 건가 하는 생각이 들 정도였습니다. 음식은 아주 좋았어요. 저희는 두 끼를 예약했는데, 저녁에는 6가지 3코스 메뉴 중 하나를 선택할 수 있었습니다. 남자 직원분들이 모두 친절하고 예의 바르셨어요. 아침 식사는 아주 푸짐하고 종류도 많아서 유럽의 일반적인 4성급 호텔 기준을 뛰어넘었습니다. 맛은 보통이었고, 즉석에서 만들어주는 계란 프라이가 있었어요. 음료는 분말형이었고, 커피와 차는 가장 작은 커피잔에 제공되어 조금 불편했습니다.

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

호텔은 매우 좋습니다. 문 앞에 부두가 있습니다. 요트가 가득합니다. 4층의 수영장은 매우 작고 1층의 바는 매우 적습니다. 편안합니다. 매일 밤 그곳에서 시가를 마시고 담배를 피웠습니다. 왼쪽에는 구시가지가 있습니다. 오른쪽에는 호텔 앞에 슈퍼마켓과 약국이 있습니다. 조금 작지만 주변 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 스플리트에서도 좋은 호텔입니다. 다른 호텔의 잡지에서도 이 호텔을 봤습니다. 아침 식사도 좋았고, 웨이터도 친절했고, 아침 식사도 풍성했습니다. 적극 권장합니다.

호텔은 교회와 베이사이드 근처에 있습니다. 가게와도 가깝지만 처음에는 찾기가 꽤 어렵고 작은 거리 안에 있기 때문에 차가 내부에 접근할 수 없기 때문에 짐이 너무 많을 때 거기에 도착하기가 상당히 어렵습니다. 방도 전망이 좋고 냄새가 너무 좋습니다(하지만 너무 강합니다). 어쩐지 깨끗하지만 작은 바퀴벌레를 보았습니다. 우리 방이 1층에만 있어도 Wi-Fi는 우리 방에도 도달할 수 없습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 침대는 너무 편안하고 베개입니다. 그러나 담요는 1 개의 큰 침대와 커플을위한 큰 것으로되어 있기 때문에 너무 이상하지만 담요는 두 개의 작은 것으로 분리되어 있습니다. 이상하지만 괜찮습니다. 그리고 거울도, 나는 거울이 침대에 반사 될 때를 좋아하지 않습니다. fengshui의 경우 건강에 좋지 않습니다. 그러나 전반적으로 호텔은 좋고 가격은 상당히 비쌉니다. 수영장은 괜찮습니다.

An outstanding adults-only retreat where the people truly make the experience unforgettable. We spent five nights on the half-board package and genuinely didn’t want to leave. A special thank you to our head waiter, Richard, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made every meal something to look forward to. His attention to detail and friendly personality elevated our entire stay. The hotel itself is superbly located, just a short walk from the crystal-clear water. The pool is fantastic, the food was consistently excellent, and the rooms were quiet, modern, and exceptionally well soundproofed. The small fridge, powerful shower, and comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a day exploring Brač. Hotel Milna Osam exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely be returning and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay in Croatia.

We recently had an incredible stay at Hvar Places Hotel by Valamar in Stari Grad, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family! My kids were absolutely delighted with everything the hotel had to offer – from the beautiful surroundings to the well-organized activities. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a family getaway. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ivan Polak, who truly went above and beyond in making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We arrived with a private boat, and his assistance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His exceptional hospitality really set the tone for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories here!

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

구시가지에서 3km 떨어져 있는데 이 거리에 바다 전망 방이 있어도 보이는 것은 상상했던 대로 분할된 중앙에서 가장 아름다운 바다 전망이 아니라 화물 터미널이다. 물에 들어가거나 슈퍼마켓에 가려면 먼 거리를 걸어야 합니다.
