환상적인 호텔, 멋지고 넓은 객실, 아침 식사, 수영장, 체육관 등 모든 것이 매우 저렴합니다. 추천. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되었습니다

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

Great F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows.

매우 새롭고 아름답고 절묘한 호텔 🏨 객실의 디자인과 구현은 상당히 현대적입니다. 호텔 공간은 매우 개방적이고 밝으며 뷔페 아침 식사는 다양하고 품질이 좋으며 공간 디자인도 매우 좋습니다! 다음에 보哥타에 오면 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

나는 산이 보이는 방을 예약했고 신청서에서 내 예약을 보았기 때문에 나에게 주기를 거부했습니다. 나는 사우나가 포함되어 있으며 스파의 일부라고 말한 다음 청구합니다. 또한 예약은 전액 지불이었고 마침내 앱의 호텔 출판에 포함되지 않거나 최소한 경고되지 않은 세금을 수집했으며 호텔에 등록하자마자 경고 할 수 없었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 좋은 시설, 친절한 직원이지만 이 모든 경험은 오해의 소지가 있는 정보와 경고되지 않은 비용으로 손상됩니다.

방은 꽤 좋고 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 매우 만족하고 좋아합니다. 다음에 보哥타에 올 때 여기를 선택할 것입니다. 주변 환경이 매우 좋고 안전하며 먹을 곳도 있습니다.

Due to metro construction going on, we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s not hotel fault but I wish if construction would stop at night time. Too noisy and stressful - hope hotel provide ear plug or something to avoid this stress. Breakfast was nice.

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️ On the other hand the steam room is super!

位置絕佳，距離公園很近，附近飯店，酒吧等場所很多，距離大商場也很近，可以步行。酒店最討厭的點是：每天上午服務員會敲至少三次門，問你要不要洗衣服，檢查餐吧，打掃衞生。為什麼不能一次性弄完？真的讓人很討厭。
