Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

에어즈록 리조트에서 가장 저렴하게 가성비있게 이용할수 있습니다. 공항에서 숙소까지 무료셔틀이용 가능. 스케쥴마다 셔틀버스가 숙소앞으로 와서 편합니다. 룩아웃도 근처입니다. 공용화장실,샤워실,공용 야외키친 이용가능합니다. 세탁기도 무료로 이용가능한데 건조기는 없고 밖에 빨래대에 말립니다. 단점을 꼽자면 밤에 개춥습니다. 이불담요도 얇고요. 난방이 잘 되진 않습니다.

Very convenient location just a short walk into Alice Springs town. I walked to Anzac Hill Lookout. Olive Pink Botanic Garden is about a 5-minute walk away. It was also easy to drive to Larapinta Drive and the routes to the gorges and waterholes of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Handy to restaurants in the immediate area. I would highly recommend Tali in the Lassetters ****** complex. I stayed 4 nights before heading to Uluru area and another night on my return. Unfortunately, both rooms were not clean. In fact, the crumpled pillows suggested the pillow cases had not been changed. In the first room, there were ***** hairs in the sheets and the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were also not properly cleaned. In the second room, which smellt strongly of disinfectant, while the sheets and pillow cases appeared freshly changed, the duvet/bedspread/quilt had evidently not been washed/cleaned for a while and many hairs fell out of it onto the sheets when it was folded back. Yuck! The rooms could do with refurbishing. I found it a bot odd that despite the many signs advising guests to lock doors and hide valuables - and that the hotel could not be responsible for thefts - the outside sliding screen door of each unit could not be locked from the outside (I confirmed this with reception). If you can overlook the cleanliness issues, this hotel is a convenient base to explore Alice Springs and the West Macs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly loved every moment and had a fantastic experience. We will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

안타깝게도 직원들이 제 스와이프 카드를 잊어버려서 전화해야 했는데, 10분 안에 와서 카드를 주었습니다(제가 늦게 체크인을 했기 때문입니다). 제 짐은 안전하게 보관되어 제 방 옆에서 기다리고 있었습니다. 그날 밤 방에 다른 사람이 두 명뿐이었기 때문에 가격 대비 가치가 좋았습니다. 이번에는 주방이 조금 더 깨끗했습니다. 아웃백/앨리스 스프링스를 방문한다면 기꺼이 다시 여기 머물 것입니다. 감사합니다. 🙏

호텔은 꽤 깨끗했고, 수건은 매일 교체해 주었습니다. 에어컨은 강력했지만 밤에는 약간 쌀쌀했습니다. 슈퍼마켓까지 무료 셔틀버스가 운행되었고, 돈을 내면 다양한 액티비티를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 또한 곳곳에서 커다란 바위들을 볼 수 있었습니다.

좋은 위치와 서비스. 청결이 개선되어야 합니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 의자 아래에 큰 바퀴벌레가 있었지만 제거되지 않았습니다. 침대를 정리한 것 같고(바꾸지 않고 그냥 만들었을 뿐입니다) 수건도 갈아준 것뿐입니다. 샤워기 디자인이 좋지 않고 사용 후 어디든 젖을 가능성이 큽니다. 방 안에도 곤충이 많았고 특히 저녁에는 문을 열지 않아서 어디서 들어온 건지 잘 모르겠습니다... 하지만 사막 때문인 듯합니다. 무료 세탁 시설이 있어서 매우 도움이 됩니다. 무료 액티비티도 좋았습니다. 놀랍게도 호텔이 사막에 위치해 있는데 객실에 무료 생수가 없습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 모든 호텔과 비교하면 매우 이례적입니다. 다른 호텔의 시설을 사용할 수 있어서 좋았고 전반적으로 여행을 즐겼으며 친절한 직원에게 감사드립니다.

다윈 도심 근처의 이상적인 위치 깨끗하고 넓은 방 아파트 리셉션과 매니저는 매우 도움이 됩니다. 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

체크인 경험이 좋지 않았습니다. 방은 완전히 지불되었지만 신용 카드가 없지만 신용 카드를 제공해야했습니다. 데스크 점원은 모든 손해를 지불해야 한다고 분명히 했습니다. 왜요, 내가 원주민이기 때문입니다(그는 이것을 말하지 않았지만 그의 태도는 분명했습니다). 그는 또한 손님에 대해 언급했습니다. 원주민 공동체에서 상당한 돈을 벌는 회사의 경우 손님을 환영하는 편견을 가진 사람들이 있다는 것이 슬니다.

(5세 이상(손자는 6세)은 15달러라고 들었는데, 다른 사람들은 무료라고 들었다고 했습니다. 주차가 약간 문제가 있었습니다. 유료 투숙객은 객실당 최소 1대의 주차 공간이 할당되어야 하지만, 그렇지 않아서 길 건너편 ”오버플로” 구역에 주차하고 짐을 옮겨야 했습니다. 어디든 가려면 차나 차량이 꼭 필요합니다. 새로 생긴 수영장은 훌륭하지만, 더운 날에는 인조 잔디 위에 서 있지 마세요. 발이 데일 수 있습니다! 지역 주민이라면 ”테리토리안 요금”을 요청하는 것을 잊지 마세요. 운전면허증을 제시하면 할인을 받을 수 있습니다.
