완벽한 숙박이었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며 새 것처럼 느껴졌고 대추 농장과 Uhud 산의 매우 아름다운 전망을 가지고있었습니다 (장관이었습니다). 모든 편의 시설을 사용할 수 있었습니다. 체크인 체크 아웃은 매끄럽고 직원들은 매우 도움이되고 정중했습니다. 그들은 로비에 아주 좋은 공기 청정기가 있습니다. 100% 추천합니다.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

1- 욕실에 수건을 두는 걸 잊어버려서 밤에 체크인했어요. 리셉셔니스트에게 전화했더니 기다리라고 하고 누군가 수건을 가져다 줄 거라고 했어요. 한 시간 기다렸어요. 그런 다음 리셉셔니스트에게 다시 전화했는데 밤에는 서비스를 제공하지 않는다고 했어요.
2- 에어컨이 작동하지 않았어요. 땀이 났어요.
3- 물이 차가워서 샤워할 만큼 따뜻해지지 않았어요.
그 외에는 다른 모든 게 꽤 좋았어요.

솔직히, 나는이 호텔에 대한 모든 것을 정말로 좋아했습니다. 내가 가장 감사하는 것은 직원들의 친절입니다. 입구에 있는 경비원들과 회색 티셔츠를 입은 사람들/형제들(이름이 무엇인지 확실하지 않음)에서 그들은 매우 훌륭하고 반응이 빠르며 도움이 되었습니다. 이름이 있었으면 좋겠지만 그 사람들은 일을 매우 진지하게 받아들이고 라마단에서도 항상 얼굴에 미소를 짓고 있습니다. 접수 원도 매우 도움이되고 전문적이며 친절했습니다.

호텔 위치는 괜찮았어요. 코끼리 바위, 아트 센터, 헤그라, 울라 모두 중간 지점에 있어서 이동하기 편리했습니다. 방은 넓었지만, 인테리어가 럭셔리하지는 않았어요. 아침 식사는 주문식인데, 종류가 많지는 않아도 충분히 배불리 먹을 수 있었고, 유럽식과 아랍식 중 선택할 수 있었습니다. 계곡 안의 작은 빌라 같은 곳이었어요. 야외 수영장도 좋았고, 헬스장도 괜찮았습니다. 다른 두 곳의 럭셔리 호텔보다 가성비가 더 좋다고 생각해요.

시설: 두 레스토랑 모두에서 식사했는데, 가격은 유럽이나 미국 수준인데도 정말 맛있었어요! 조식은 무료로 주문할 수 있고, 푸짐했어요~ 방에는 원하는 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고, 향수도 주문해 주고, 침대도 정돈해 주고, 객실에 있는 큰 욕조도 정말 편안했어요~
위생: 훌륭하고 깨끗했어요.
환경: 정말 아름다웠고, 디자이너가 정말 멋진 경험을 선사해 줘서 정말 감사했어요. 셔틀버스를 타고 넓은 공원 전체를 돌아보세요. 풀잎 하나하나, 나무 하나하나까지 잘 관리되어 있고, 맛도 온라인에서 최고였어요!
서비스: 5성급 호텔 수준의 서비스로, 별 관측 등 예약도 가능했어요. 저희는 아주 깊은 스파를 이용했는데, 어떤 부분을 강화해야 할지 말씀도 들어주셨어요.
수영장: 실내와 실외 수영장 모두 이용했어요. 320 액티비티 룸에 수영장이 있는데, 얕은 곳에서 사진을 찍을 수 있어요. 실외 수영장이 정말 아름다웠어요! 햇볕이 강한 날씨에도 불구하고 오랫동안 머물렀는데, 음료도 주문하면 배달해 주더라고요~
위치: 콘서트홀과 아주 가까워서 방에서도 잘 보여요. 나중에 저녁 먹으러 콘서트홀에 갔어요. 가도 돼요! 추천해요!

익익명 사용자My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

리리뷰어We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

익익명 사용자Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
