Here’s a review you can use for the hotel: --- I recently stayed at Faraj al Madiha and while it was a bit far from Haran, it turned out to be manageable. The hotel provided transportation for every prayer time, which was a great convenience and made my experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I found the stay satisfactory, and I appreciated the effort made to accommodate guests' needs.

Bad start when they told us parking is not available(full), when it is clearly listed as an amenity provided by the hotel. It was also very annoying how they told me it's not available then waited to see how I would take that news, meaning if I made a huge deal and threw a fit they would probably have found me parking. Which means parking is full with people who maybe don't have the right to use the parking but made a big fuss and got the parking. Location amazing, too good. Bell boy was awesome and hospitable and provided amazing service. Both phones in the room were broken! Pillows were maybe the best pillows I've had in any hotel ever. Front desk told us hotel was fully booked, which was not true. I wish they put in more effort into helping with booking extra nights. Cafe/room service menu was not all available. Service overall of all workers was very courteous.

해외 아파트를 예약한 경험에 매우 만족했습니다. 아파트에는 주방과 세탁 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 라마단 기간이라 낮에는 식당이 없어서 아파트에서 직접 요리를 해 먹을 수 있었습니다. 또한 길 건너편에 대형 까르푸가 있어서 쇼핑이 매우 편리했습니다!

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

Perfect location and excellent customer service

I came alone and Masjid al-Nabawai, Masjid Quba, and the other important locations are all close and walkable. The location is nice and they have a restaurant.

Very outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.

I lived with my wife. It was so soothing and a great visit to this hotel. Hope to go back in the same hotel again.
