주차 시설을 갖춘 사우디아라비아 메디나 호텔

The hotel is conveniently situated near Masjid Nabawi, making it a great choice for visitors. It isn't officially rated five stars, and the standard rates are a bit higher because of its prime location. The water in the shower could be warmer, but overall, the reception staff are friendly and accommodating.

Everything is excellent and clean .. Room space is excellent .. Location is near to airport and train. There was a little smell of smoking in the room, but once opened the window it's cleared in few minutes.

الفندق ممتاز و السعر جيد و خصوصا يوجد باص للخدمه ، فقط خدمه الغرف او نظافه اغرف محددين الفتره الصباحيه وهذه الفتره الزبون يكون اما نائم او يتجهز للذهاب للحرم ، و خصوصا إذا فتره مكوثك اكثر من ٥ ليال ، صعب ان تتقبل عدم تنظيف الغرفه او عدم تغيير الفوط و تنظيف الحمام ، اتمنى مساعده الساكن في هذا الأمر

2025년 9월 23일부터 28일까지 5박 동안 여기에 머물렀습니다. 학습 장애와 도전적인 행동을 가진 성인 조카가 도망쳤습니다. 의무 관리자 Rimah는 미스 사람 보고서를 제출하는 데 도움을 주기 위해 경찰에 이야기하는 것을 포함하여 우리를 돕기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 하우스 키핑 직원 Hasan은 퇴근 중이었고 조카를 만나 택시를 타고 호텔로 데려갔습니다. 이 수영장에서 그는 8시간 이상 실종되었습니다. 컨시어지도 훌륭했습니다. 세탁 서비스가 시작되었습니다. 이 기간 동안 머물렀던 다른 손님에게 진심으로 미안하며 조카가 장애의 일부로 도전적인 행동을했기 때문에 2 층에있었습니다. Emaaar Mektan의 모든 직원에게 감사합니다. 당신은 우리를 가족처럼 대했고 우리의 어려운 상황을 진심으로 돌보고 감사했습니다. 리마 의무 매니저와 하산 가정부에게 큰 소리로 외쳤다.

이 호텔은 기대 이상이었습니다. 알룰라로 가는 길에 메디나를 경유하신다면 강력 추천합니다. 프런트 데스크는 24시간 운영됩니다. 씨트립에 나와 있는 체크인 날짜는 잘못된 정보입니다. 프런트 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다. 아들과 함께 온 것을 알고는 먼저 투룸으로 바꿔주셨습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 특히 주방은 모든 것이 완비되어 있어 가족 여행에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔 앞 도로 공사 중이라 좁은 골목길로 우회해야 한다는 점입니다. 이 점이 유일한 불편이었지만, 공사가 끝나면 해결될 것으로 예상합니다.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

Perfect location and excellent customer service

I came alone and Masjid al-Nabawai, Masjid Quba, and the other important locations are all close and walkable. The location is nice and they have a restaurant.

Very outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.

나바위에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있는 우리는 이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 13층에 비교적 새 방이 있고 우리에게는 매우 넓습니다. 다음 순례를 위해 반도로 돌아올 것입니다.
