A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

This is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it feels like a 4-star property from the 1980s that hasn’t been renovated in decades. From the outside, the hotel looks fine, but the rooms are very outdated, likely from the 80s or 90s. I checked three different rooms, and all had the same issues. In rooms with bathtubs, the glass panels were damaged and caused water to spill onto the floor during showers. Some rooms also had an unpleasant smell. The furniture is old and in poor condition. Paint is peeling off the doors, bedside lamps are loose, and some power outlets are coming out of the wall, which could be dangerous. Overall, the rooms clearly need maintenance and renovation. The swimming pool is okay, small but suitable for kids. However, the water could be warmer. One positive aspect is the breakfast, which was good and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the edge of Krakow. You need to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach a bus that goes directly to the city center (around a 15-minute ride). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, but it does not connect directly to the city, so the claim of convenient transport nearby is misleading. The reception staff were friendly, but they couldn’t really help with the room issues. Even a technician confirmed that the problems exist in all rooms and cannot be fixed. The solution offered was simply to provide extra towels to soak up the water from the shower, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 stars at best. Even at a reduced price similar to 2 and 3-star hotels in Krakow, it is not worth staying here.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

조용하고 넓고 깨끗한 객실 덕분에 더 좋은 평가를 주고 싶지만, 제 리뷰는 이론이 아닌 실제 경험을 바탕으로 작성되었습니다. 폭염이 기승을 부리던 날, 호텔에는 에어컨이 작동하지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서는 문제 원인에 대한 설명조차 없이, 기술자가 방을 확인하고 수리해야 한다고 했습니다. 만약 수리가 불가능하면 다른 방으로 옮겨주겠다고 했습니다. 하지만 중앙 냉방 시스템이었기 때문에 특정 방 하나만 문제가 있을 가능성은 매우 낮다고 생각했습니다. 몇 시간 후 다시 호텔로 돌아왔을 때, 문제가 더 심각해져서 수리 중이며 곧 괜찮아질 거라고 했습니다. 게다가 문제가 제 방만의 것이 아니기 때문에 에어컨이 작동하는 방으로 옮겨줄 수 없다고 했습니다. 결국 에어컨은 고쳐지지 않았고, 저는 사우나 같은 곳에서 자야 했습니다. 정말 끔찍한 경험이었습니다. 그래서 트립닷컴에 항의했고, 다음 날 아침 (늦은 저녁까지 호텔 측과 연락이 닿지 않았는데, 이것 또한 호텔 서비스의 문제점입니다)에 같은 주인이 운영하는 옆 건물에 있는 다른 호텔로 옮겨주었습니다. 호텔 측에서 왜 그 간단한 해결책을 생각해내지 못했는지 정말 이해가 안 갑니다. 서비스 평점을 낮게 준 또 다른 이유죠. 그리고 마지막으로, 새 호텔에서 보상으로 수영장과 사우나 무료 이용권을 주겠다고 하더군요. 고맙긴 하지만, 제 방에 이미 그런 시설이 있었거든요. 정말 안타깝습니다. 훌륭한 호텔이라고 들었는데, 에어컨만 제대로 작동했다면 정말 좋았을 텐데요.

매우 훌륭하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 타우론 아레나 옆의 훌륭한 위치. 매우 유익한 서비스입니다. 객실에는 다리미, 다리미판, 헤어드라이어, 커피, 차, 물이 제공됩니다. 편안한 침대. 아침 식사는 다양하고, 선택의 폭이 넓어서 추천합니다. 가장 어린아이들도 맛있는 와플을 먹을 수 있습니다.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

장점: 호텔은 현대적이고 중앙 광장에서 좋은 위치에 있었으며, 객실은 깨끗했습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있어 좋은 품질이었습니다. 단점: 청소 직원이 아침 일찍 노크도 없이 제 방으로 들어왔습니다. 방이 이미 비어 있는 줄 몰랐던 것 같습니다. 저는 속옷 차림으로 침대에 누워 있었고, 그 때문에 저와 그녀에게 큰 창피를 안겨주었습니다. 저는 항의를 했지만 묵살당했고, 사과는커녕 아무런 사과도 없었습니다. 리셉션 직원에게서 말입니다. 음식을 주문했는데, 외부 레스토랑에서 배달되어 호텔 리셉션에 그대로 놓여 있었습니다. 결국 휴대전화로 데스크에서 전화를 받았는데, 음식은 차갑고 상해 있었습니다. 리셉션 직원은 제 방으로 전화를 걸었다고 했지만, 실제로는 전화하지 않았습니다. 청소 직원과 또 다른 사건이 있었는데, 방을 청소하다가 제 생수병을 버렸습니다. 어디 있냐고 물었더니, 검은 봉지를 뒤지더군요. 제 소지품을 쓰레기통에 버릴 수 있다고 생각한 것에 정말 충격을 받았습니다. 직원들이 퉁명스러울 수 있고, 각 업무 분야가 서로 크게 분산되어 있어서 호텔 분위기가 다소 차갑게 느껴집니다. 직원들의 화합을 잘 이끌어낸다면 더 환영받는 느낌이 들 것입니다.
