B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.

The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland.
Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague.
Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel.
Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Bardzo fajny hotel. Dobre położenie. Duża zadbana przestrzeń dookoła. Czysty duży i wygodny pokój. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej. Śniadanie urozmaicone.

Great hotel when staying close to the airport. Greeted with a simle and check in was fast with all the information you need. Booked a family room but sofa bed wasn't made up. Called from the room and within 5mins they arrived with extra towels, waters, pillows and duvet to make it up. Perfect 👌

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

리리뷰어추천 숙박입니다. 공항 이동에 적합합니다. 여행하는 경우 중앙역에서 기차로 17 PLN입니다. 정시에 모든 호텔에서 무료 픽업 및 드롭오프 서비스가 제공됩니다. 단, 셔틀을 기다리고 싶지 않은 경우 버스의 경우 별도 픽업을 위해 10 PLN을 지불할 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어매우 깨끗하고 여러모로 더 갖추어져 있어 좋았음.
유럽 호텔 중 욕실에 다양한 물품이 갖춰져 있는 건 흔하지 않으나 여긴 다 있었음. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 좋았으나 다만 호텔 위치가 대중교통을 이용하기엔 어려움이 있음. 트램이나 버스 정류장에서 거리가 좀 있고 주변에 상권이 없음.
조식 뷔페가 매우 훌륭함. 전담 요리사가 있어 바로 요리해주기도 함.

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

The hotel location is nice, breakfast is acceptable, and the price is competitive in comparison to other hotels. The restaurant is nice in case you decide to grab something for lunch or dinner. Bed pillows are not that good. The room size is very good for a 3 star hotel.

the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink.
as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming.
and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train.
besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆
and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁
and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light.
thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

리리뷰어Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

긍정적인 점에서 객실은 꽤 좋습니다. 수영장/사우나가 좋습니다. 나는 노를 젓는 수영장과 같은 수영장이 있는 호텔에 가본 적이 있지만 실제로 수영을 할 수 있는 호텔입니다. 저녁 (5-8) 주위에 바빴지만 아침에 죽어있어 편안한 수영을 할 수있었습니다. 리셉션은 좋았고 도움이되었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았지만 내 의견으로는 조금 비쌌습니다. 크라쿠프 방문객의 큰 단점은 호텔이 아무데도없는 한가운데에 있다는 것입니다. 택시로 센터까지 약 20 분. 호텔 밖에 버스 정류장이 있지만 거기에서 정차하는 유일한 버스는 연결이 필요하다는 것을 의미하는 센터로 가지 않습니다. 7/8 분 도보 주변의 가장 작은 슈퍼마켓과 도보로 15 분 거리에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 나는 일을 위해 머물렀다. 그래서 충분히 행복했다. 도시를 처음 방문하는 사람들은 센터에 더 가까이 / 더 잘 연결되는 것을 얻는 것이 좋습니다.
