전반적으로 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 저희 쪽의 유일한 큰 단점은 방음이 부족하다는 점이에요. 우리가 머물렀던 3박 동안 호텔의 다른 사람들(관광객 및 팀 직원)이 복도에서 소리를 지르며 서로 다른 시간(오전 1시, 오전 2시 등)에 잠에서 깨어났습니다. 절대 할 게 없어! 체크아웃할 때도 직원분이 방을 확인하러 가셨어요. 직원이 반납하지 말아야 할 작은 수건 2개가 없어졌습니다. 우리는 마치 그것을 훔친 것처럼 다소 불쾌한 생각을 했습니다!

이 호텔은 꽤 전형적인 저가형 호텔입니다. 객실은 상당히 넓고, 주변은 상점들이 많은 아울렛 빌리지와 비슷합니다. 하지만 객실 내 일부 시설이 고장 나 있었습니다. 예를 들어 욕실의 수압 조절 손잡이가 고장 나서 샤워헤드에서만 물이 나오고 천장형 샤워기로는 전환할 수 없었습니다.

Great hotel with an international vibe ; doesn’t feel like Morocco/ Marrakesh once you get to the rooms though. It’s a little bit far from the Medina (about 45 min walk) so we took a taxi back and forth almost each time. - the breakfast buffet was 5/5 really awesome and lots of choices . - rooms have been renovated and changed so pictures online are wrong . We asked for a room change and got it right away. - there are 2 areas with pools , it your room is in building 3 you don’t have the right pool view unless you want peace and quite .

酒店的淋浴熱水幾乎是涼的，且不能調節。跟前台溝通提前退房一天也不答應。酒店位置在大學裏，周邊要走好久才走一間超市。去哪裡都要叫黑車。早餐還行。

시설: 호텔은 매우 새롭고 전반적인 시설은 매우 좋습니다. 샤워 문 외에도 방수가 잘 되지 않습니다. 샤워 후 물이 새어 나옵니다. 위생: 아주 좋습니다 환경: 위치는 신도시에 있으며 주변에 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 쇼핑몰에 가기에 매우 편리합니다. 구시가지에서 차로 15분, 마요르 정원에서 차로 10분 서비스: 호텔 직원은 매우 열정적이며 무료 주차를 제공하며 경비원도 매우 책임감이 있습니다.

솔직히 방은 꽤 좋았고, 꽤 넓고 조용했습니다. 하지만 도착하자마자 1.50유로를 내야 했습니다. 저는 리셉션 직원에게 5유로를 주었고 그는 마법의 문구를 말했습니다: ”알겠습니다. 잔돈은 필요 없으니 나머지는 저에게 맡기세요.” 나는 그에게 팁을 남기려고 했지만, 그가 손님에게 잔돈을 주지 않고 그것을 차지하려고 하는 것을 보고 터무니없는 짓을 저지르게 되었습니다.

EE.Lo앤 제나 호텔 아만제나 모로코 🇲🇦 저는 이곳을 왕의 호텔보다 선호합니다. 앰배서더 그룹은 항상 국제적인 고급 호텔의 지표였으며, 들어갔을 때 화려함이 느껴지는 곳은 아니었지만, 눈길을 끌기 위해 온갖 방법을 동원했지만 매우 우아한 기질을 지녔습니다.... 아름다운 호텔을 모아보고 싶습니다. 언젠가는 경험할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 점차 모아진 호텔들이 많이 생겨서 이 그룹에서 처음으로 모로코의 아만제나에 머물게 되었습니다. 아만제나는 평온한 곳입니다... 20헥타르에 달하는 면적에 불과하지만 객실은 40개에 불과해 극도의 프라이버시를 보장받으며 숙박하는 동안 다른 투숙객을 만나는 일은 거의 없습니다. 이번에는 모로코에 머무를 시간이 충분하지 않아서 로얄 만수르 마라케시에 2박, 암만에 1박을 하기로 했습니다. 머물러 본 뒤, 반대로 했어야 한다는 것을 후회했습니다. 여기서 2박을 묵으세요 . . . . . #아만제나 #모로코 가죽 #마라케시 #모로코호텔 #럭셔리호텔

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth. I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles. However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified. 1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day. The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue. All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

리리뷰어Stayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.
