Остановились в данном Риаде на 3 ночи, и ни чуть не пожалели! Очень красиво и атмосферно, будто попадаешь в сказку, и круто иметь возможность прочувствовать их историю и культуру жизни. Хозяйн, что встретил нас и дальше помогал со всеми насущными вопросами, был очень вежливым и гостеприимным. Завтраки были очень кучными и сытными, особенно хотелось бы отметить их кофе (просто отдельное произведение искусства) А еще есть бассейн в свободном доступе😍 Рядом с Риадом было маленькое кафе, по ценам очень дешево и безумно вкусно😌 Мы долго думали вначале, стоит ли бронировать данное место, но ничуть не пожалели о нашем решении💛

호텔은 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 편의시설도 좋고 수영장도 좋습니다. 그러나 직원들은 환대 교육을 잘 받지 못했습니다. 에어컨은 호텔 전체에서 작동하지 않았습니다. 어느 날은 룸서비스가 오지 않아서 방 정리를 위해 3번이나 전화해야 했습니다. 어느 날 테이크아웃 음식을 따뜻하게 해달라고 요청했는데도 거절했습니다. 호텔 정책상 객실에서도 외부 음식을 섭취하지 않는 것이 얼마나 황당한 일입니까!! 내 제안은 가능하다면 멀리 떨어져 있는 것입니다.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

Un sitio acogedor y familiar desconectado del caos de la cuidad. Perfecto para ir en familia , pasamos año nuevo ahi y organizaron una cena para todos los huéspedes con karaoke y un amplio repertorio de Tajines.

리아드 뮤제는 메디나 중심부와 가까운 이상적인 위치에 자리하고 있습니다. 주인분들은 친절하고 박식하며 세심하게 배려해 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 햇살 가득한 옥상 테라스에서 메디나 전경을 감상하며 즐기는 아침 식사는 특히 인상적이었습니다. 리아드 내부는 매우 잘 관리되어 있고 깨끗하며 편안했습니다.

Para una estancia corta está bien! Muy buen rooftop y piscina, las habitaciones están muy bien, lástima por el desayuna y la oferta de gastronomía que tienen.

Hotel bien situé, personnel agréable, mais évitez de prendre une chambre au 6 etage car très bruyant le soir, à cause de la musique du rooftop étage 7.(difficile de dormir ).Avons mangé au 7e étage, et le DJ, regardait la Tv, et laissait la musique ultra forte alors qu'il n y avait personne ..... Ce point est vraiment à revoir., surtout vu le prix des chambres

Fantastic place to spend your holiday, nice and clean suite, very good service, everything is nearby, shops,restaurants, cash machine, pharmacie...., really loved the place, specially the swimming pool. Would definitely go back there again 110%.

자마 엘프나 광장까지 도보 20약으로 길도 알기 쉽고, 최고의 위치였습니다. 체크인 시에는 민트 티와 쿠키를 받고, 그 때 주변 관광지의 설명도 받았습니다. 방안은 청결하고 보내기 쉬워, 드라이어나 발 닦아 매트까지 준비되어 있었습니다. 외출시에는 후나 광장까지의 가는 방법을 도중까지 안내받아, 시종 친절하고 정중한 스탭의 환대에 감동했습니다. 강력히 추천합니다!

The room was bit small ( even though when we check in they said they upgrade our Room) so i Don't know What was the regular booking room size thn.. Maybe much smaller, shower door was not closing properly water was going out, toilet seat was not proper clean, whenever we Keep the ac on it’s coming bad smell so we Keep the ac off for our whole stay, all trowel in washroom was looking like using the for long time Look like old, for breakfast not much option & they should keep more hot food instead of may sweets / dessert item. Overall all reception & security was very friendly & Helpful, f&B morning Staff was very unfriendly .. No hi hello/ good morning.. No check back nothing .
