The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Nos gustó mucho en general, la ubicación perfecta. Cercano a restaurantes, puerto y a poca distancia del castillo.

Details wie Gratis Wasser im Zimmer zum Empfang oder schmink-Spiegel oder conditioner im Badezimmer haben wir vermisst. 25€ für Nutzung des Schwimmbades finden wir nicht passend für den Preis und Kategorie. Personal im Empfang nicht besonders freundlich. Sauberkeit und Lage sehr gut.

Wir können das Park Hotel weiter empfehlen. Unser Zimmer wurde Upgradet, herzlichen Dank! Das Pool war schön, mit tollen Cocktails an der Bar. Es gibt Shuttle Setvice (gratis) bis zum Dorf und zurück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das türkische Bad war geschlossen, im Spa-Bereich gibt es momentan nur Sauna. Es gibt kein Fitnessraum, was ich sehr schade fand. In den Zimmern gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine, nur einen Wasserkocher. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, besten Dank!

Потрясающий отель, в нем прекрасно всё! Он находится прямо в центре и рядом с метро, мы потратили максимум 20 минут, чтобы добраться с чемоданами от вокзала. Тебя встречают, как старого друга), ты как будто возвращаешься домой! В номере есть всё необходимое, всё чистое, обслуживание номеров ежедневно, завтраки прекрасные и обслуживание официантов очень быстрое. Если я вернусь когда то в Генуя, то обязательно вернусь и в этот отель!

I would like to write all good comments about B&B Hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good; it was clean, stylish and had excellent service. The hotel is in a good location, only 2 minutes away from the Genova Piazza Principe train and metro station and bus stops are just in front of the hotel entrance. I spent a few days with my family and it was an excellent stay. We tried the food also, and it was so yummy and fresh-cooked. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

L'Hotel Villa Levi è una splendida struttura recentemente ristrutturata, con finiture di design che conferiscono un tocco moderno ed elegante. Le camere sono comode, pulite e offrono una vista mare spettacolare, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Il bar con terrazza e la zona colazioni con vista mare rendono ogni momento trascorso qui un'esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliato al 100%
