We were so happy with the staff at the front desk, they are really nice, as well the staff to help in the rooms, they offer you clean the room as needed and always with a friendly face. I would come back for sure !

Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean.  Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

The hotel and staff are great,but unfortunately on this stay the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning,due to a fault..so broken sleep unfortunately

Was very happy with hotel, the room was really nice and clean and above all excellent service from excellent staff,we will definitely visit again

2일간의 무역 박람회에 참석했습니다. 호텔에서 식사는 하지 않았습니다. 하지만 직원들이 친절했고 우리가 호텔로 돌아왔을 때 응대해 주었으며 자정 이후부터 이른 아침까지 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다.

Voco에 발을 디딘 순간부터 저를 서비스한 Kelly라는 여성이 매우 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. Kelly가 늦은 체크아웃을 제안했는데, 제가 해야 할 일은 Voco와 연계된 다른 호텔에 머물거나 그곳에 머물 때 혜택을 받는 것과 같은 다른 특전에 무료로 가입하는 것뿐이었습니다. Kelly는 매우 따뜻하고 친절했고 무료로 비스킷을 제공해주었습니다. 매우 친절한 직원이었고, 제가 호텔을 운영한다면 그녀가 저를 위해 일하기를 바랄 것입니다. 호텔 자체는 매우 깨끗하고 스타일리시했습니다. 호텔 전체가 장식되어 있어 분위기가 매우 좋았습니다. 제 숙박을 좋아했고 커플이나 친구 그룹 또는 혼자 여행을 가든 이곳을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다. 위치가 이상적이고 도심에서 너무 멀지 않습니다. 사랑스러운 호텔, 친절한 직원 10/10.

Front desk service was excellent. Everything was great!

I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek

Great hotel. Close by to the motorway meant convenient but quiet. The spa facilities were excellent. The steam room was very effective, which isn't always the case in many hotels, even shortly after opening first thing in the morning it was up to temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. As for the restaurant, I'm still wondering when the potato shortage started in this country! My fish and chips could have done with some more chips. There were so few they were able to hide them all under the piece of fish! That's a shame as the food was really nice. Would definitely stay again and will look out for Leonardo again in future as a previous stay somewhere else was really nice.
