Very good place, I will definitely reconsider next time.
Easy check in and check out steps.
Calm and friendly staffs also helped to lock the luggage even after the checkout until we wait for the train
Rooms are very very luxurious with big tv, spacious toilets and this should be highlighted , they have got the most comfortable mattresses ever. Very good felt like I would need to get the same one. Overall it was too good.

Twas a fabulous time to spend time in eventham hotel with our wedding anniversary we had a fabulous time we've been upgraded to the main building with a deluxe room .nice ambience clean and food was amazing staff are very helpful.

Functional, clean, tidy, helpful staff. Location very close to football stadium. Close to other out of town shopping. Not pretty views, but wasn’t looking for a sea view. Room nice, only drawback is the en-suite facilities are a little open to the rest of the room so no privacy coming out of the shower.

체크인 창가에 늦게 도착했지만(2315시간) 방에 방을 준비해서 소란 없이 바로 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 훌륭한 서비스 - 감사합니다.

Lovely location. Breakfast was really yummy. They had absolutely everything, both hot and cold options.
Staff are friendly. The spa was nice but, could do with a little refresh and the jets on the hot tub need a little fix, but it was still a nice relaxing time.
We did find it a little hard to find the pool area, some better signage would be ideal.
Either way we would be back.

Stayed for a wedding. Staff let us check in early and were extremely accommodating helpful and friendly.
Didn’t use much of the hotel as wedding was elsewhere but was a quirky, city centre hotel
Bargain too would come again

New Year's Eve Party
We booked an overnight stay at the #Aviator to celebrate New Year's Eve. We were upgraded to an airside view room with breathtaking views of the runway.
The room was airy and big.
We requested a fridge in our room and a carafe of water which was supplied to us. The room had a powerful rain shower which was so needed after hours of dancing! The bed was comfy and the TV was super easy to use
We did not avail breakfast this time but did go to the excellent sky bar for some yummy cocktails!
Room came with iron, hairdryer, safe, USB sockets, tra and coffee facilities (cafetiere coffee) with option to request fresh milk.
We will certainly be back!

리리뷰어글쎄요, 호텔 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 호텔 직원은 항상 매우 친절하고 도움이되며 항상 내 질문에 대답하고 유용한 조언을 기꺼이 제공합니다. 또한 호텔에서 제공하는 아침 식사는 매우 맛있고 다양하며 매일 다른 선택이 있습니다. 레스토랑의 서비스도 매우 좋고 직원들은 항상 세심하고 열정적입니다.
유일한 단점은 호텔의 가격이 약간 높지만 호텔의 위치와 서비스 품질을 고려할 때 가격이 여전히 매우 합리적이라고 생각합니다. 요컨대, 나는이 호텔을 매우 좋아합니다. 다시이 도시에 가면 다시 머물기로 선택할 것입니다.

Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour.
The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired.
Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

리리뷰어Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests.
Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer.
I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast.
Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise!
Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village!
It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

리리뷰어The room is well equipped, the spa quite a treat after a long day of travelling. Staff is friendly and helpful in general. My room got a power outage prabably due to a tripped circuit. The hotel sent help quickly, and offered to change my room to next door, after a few failed tries of restarting the power. The stay was a bit more eventful than normal but satisfactory all in all.

리리뷰어Came to Winchester for the Christmas Market. Mercure was an excellent location right next to the cathedral and all the shops. 15-20 minute walk from the station. We didn't drive as we read parking is difficult and isn't free. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. The hotel bar was great for a nightcap before bed. Stayed for 2 nights. We didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. Ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for. I'd recommend it.

리리뷰어A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake.
The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best.
Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.
