Valoro de forma excelente la atención del personal, la ubicación y el desayuno. Las instalaciones son malas, imposible descansar en la cama, el bidet no funcionaba y el grifo de la ducha transmitía una leve electricidad al tocarlo.

Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

It's a business hotel, nothing out of extraordinary, everything in the room works and it's well maintained.
Price due exhibition was way too high for the hotel/room offer, but no choice of hotels for the period.

酒店位於布魯梅瑙鎮中心，出門步行5分鐘就可以到達布魯梅瑙歷史老街區，如今是一條長度約2公里的商業街，購物商場和餐館。酒店房間非常乾淨，房間不大，但是一個人出差居住夠了。酒店早餐非常豐富，肉食，雞蛋，甜點，水果都很新鮮美味。看到工作人員還用小袋子，每種食品留樣保存，巴西食品安全還是令人放心的。

O atendimento foi incrível, tanto pelo WhatsApp quanto no momento do check-in. A estrutura também nos surpreendeu positivamente — o hotel conta com estacionamento coberto para motos, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem.
O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de comidas e bebidas.
Super recomendo a hospedagem no Tri Hotel Criciúma! 🏍️✨

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

NNiefa호텔은 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 리셉션 직원은 매우 좋았고 체크인 할 때 A1이었습니다. 방은 약간 실망했고, 취해지지 않은 물 한 병이었습니다. 이전 손님이 냉장고에 물건을 두고 갔고 하우스 키핑은 제거하지 않았습니다. 그들은 물과 내가 아무것도 없다고 단호하게 말한 다른 것에 대해 나에게 청구하려고 매우 빨리 시도했습니다. 그래서 그들은 요금을 제거했습니다. 그들은 방문객에게 2000 레이의 추가 요금이 부과된다고 조언하지만 그녀가 200을 의미한다고 확신합니다. 모든 돈 잡는 호텔이 이제 방문객에게 요금을 부과합니다. *****에서 다른 레스토랑을 사용하는 더 많은 이유. 마지막 순간이 아니라면 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다. 그러나 위치는 가격에 비해 믿을 수 없습니다.

XXumidedenghouai酒店房間還算是不錯的，Itajai城市比較小，基本酒店在Navegantes港口附近的多。該城市沒有地道的中餐，可以選擇在酒店吃晚上有自助大概一個人60-70雷亞爾。早餐還算不錯

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

리리뷰어I had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

리리뷰어Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

리리뷰어I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
