Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

It's a business hotel, nothing out of extraordinary, everything in the room works and it's well maintained.
Price due exhibition was way too high for the hotel/room offer, but no choice of hotels for the period.

Hotel simples, mais com boa recepção. Atendimento adequado, facilidade nas confirmações da reserva. Faltou talvez uma lista de lugares próximos para uma refeição ou perdidos no quarto. Rede wi-fi muito instável.

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

체인 스토어 스타일은 다른 나라의 힐튼 가든 호텔 스타일과 동일하며 환경도 나쁘지 않습니다. 즉, 프론트 데스크의 여성은 영어를 잘하지 못하며 전반적인 느낌은 괜찮습니다. 추천하다.

O Hotel é lindo e tudo perfeito, atendimento, o quarto e o café da manhã. O local que não é o melhor para meus objetivos na cidade, mais isso é uma questão bem pessoal. Nenhuma reclamação do hotel em si. Maravilhoso.

O hotel é muito bom, localização privilegiada. Funcionários bem receptivos. As acomodações estão super novas, piscinas muito bem cuidadas, saunas e spa’s a disposição do hóspede! E também bicicletas para o hóspede poder aproveitar a cidade

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

리리뷰어Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

리리뷰어I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

O quarto perfeito limpinho, cheiro, o café como sempre muito bom.
Diferente da estadia no mês passado que tivemos alguns transtornos. Dessa vez o hotel esta melhorando muito, essa entramos no dia 16 e saímos 17 essa hospedagem estão todos de parabéns.

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTO호텔의 유일한 부정적인 점은 음향입니다. 우리는 주말을 보내고 그 옆에 파티를 가졌습니다. 문제가 없지만 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었고 문과 창문이 소리를 차단하지 않는다는 것이 방해되었습니다. 나오는 소리!
호텔은 매우 좋습니다. 우리는 그것을 아주 좋아합니다.
