주차장 시설을 갖춘 호주 퀸즐랜드 호텔

정말 훌륭한 호텔에서 환상적인 숙박 경험을 했습니다! 특히 직원 Saly의 놀라운 서비스에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 체크인 과정에서 제가 궁금한 점이 많았는데, Saly는 매우 친절하게 답변해 주었고, 객실 업그레이드까지 친절하게 도와주셔서 더욱 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 업그레이드된 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었으며 멋진 전망까지 갖추고 있었습니다. 호텔 시설도 잘 관리되어 있었고 위치도 편리했습니다. Saly의 세심한 서비스 덕분에 이번 여행은 완벽했습니다. 이 호텔을 강력 추천하며, 다음에 또 꼭 이용하겠습니다!

이번 숙박은 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 객실은 넓고 밝아서 탁 트인 느낌이었고, 시설도 완벽하게 갖춰져 있으며 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 사용하기 편리했습니다. 호텔 위치도 핵심 지역에 있어서 완벽했고, 주변에 상점, 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑이 많았어요. 역과 관광 명소까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 교통이 매우 편리했고, 해변과도 가까웠습니다. 위생 상태도 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며, 직원들의 서비스 태도도 친절해서 전반적으로 편안하고 안심되는 경험이었습니다. 호주 여행 시 이곳에 머무는 것을 강력 추천하며, 가성비도 아주 좋습니다.

로비는 화려하지 않아 첨엔 별로인가 햇는데 들어서자마자 너무나 반갑게 캐리어 운반해 주시면서 웰컴 드링크를 주시면서 친절하게 해 주시는 컨시어지 담당님께서 다른 5성급호텔도 정말 많이가봤지만 복장도 잘 갖춰입으시고 따뜻한환대 체크아웃때 이름도 기억하시더라구요. 덕분에 좋은기분 그리고 19층 뷰 끝내주더라구요. 이름잊었는데 갈색헤어 예쁜프론트 여자님께 감사!! 방안에서 진짜 잘 쉬었어요 뷰가 다했습니다 수영장. 위치 주변에 식당 바다 너무 좋았고 청결하고 룸 베딩도 편했어요. 강추

전반적으로 휴양지 분위기의 리조트형 호텔이고, 규모도 꽤 큰 편입니다. 하지만 이불 한쪽이 깨끗하지 않았는데, 피 섞인 콧물 자국이 있었습니다. 5성급 호텔에서 이런 경험은 처음이었습니다. 수영장은 크고 보기에 좋았지만, 물 온도가 다소 차가웠습니다. 바깥 온도가 높았음에도 불구하고 수영장 물은 꽤나 싸늘했습니다. 위치는 매우 편리해서, 나가면 야시장까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 가는 길 내내 먹거리가 가득해서 매우 활기찬 분위기였습니다.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

방은 넓었지만, 유리창, 소파 등 더 세부적인 청소가 필요했습니다. 에어컨에서 물이 떨어지고, 공기 핀에 곰팡이가 생겼습니다. 식기 세척기용 식기 세척기 정제가 없었습니다. 싱글 침대는 가운데가 처져 있었습니다. 에어컨은 공간에 비해 너무 작은 것 같았습니다. 주방 찬장 문 중 일부는 열기 어려웠고, 하나는 전혀 닫히지 않았습니다. 하지만 그 외에는 위치가 좋았고, 유닛은 안전하고 보안이 잘 되어 있었고, 주방은 비교적 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 전망은 좋았습니다. 근무 시간 이후에 화재 경보기가 두 번 울려서 소방차 두 대가 출동해서 경보기를 재설정해야 했다는 점이 유감입니다. 꽤나 방해가 되었습니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 카운터 직원은 친절하고 도움이됩니다. 위치가 훌륭합니다. 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔 조식은 요금이 부과됩니다. 공항 교통편을 예약하려면 호텔에 요청할 수도 있습니다. 매우 편리합니다!

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

방은 말할 것도 없이 좋았지만, 서비스는 정말 애매했어요. 객실 전화는 안 되고, 청소도 제때 안 해주시고, 뭐 필요한 게 있으면 프론트까지 몇 번이나 직접 가야 했어요. 체크아웃할 때 보증금도 말도 안 되게 차감하더군요.
