객실 시설이 낡았고, 샤워젤이 없고, 작은 손비누 도브는 목욕용 거품이 많이 나네요. 프론트 서비스는 괜찮고, 셔틀은 설명하기 힘들고, 공항 대기실 콜번호는 절대 연결이 안되어 휴대폰으로만 통합니다. 셔틀 운전사는 그에게 호텔 명함을 보여주며 거절하고 차를 몰고 두 번이나 전화를 했고 30분 후에 돌아왔습니다. 방의 조명은 백색광원인데, 렌터카/반납 장소와 가까워서 더 마음에 듭니다. 호텔 조금 옆에는 주유소가 있고 맞은편 잔디밭에는 묘지가 있습니다.

Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

공항 근처에는 무료 버스 교통편을 제공하는 편리한 호텔이 많이 있습니다. 이 호텔은 공항에서 차로 단 6분 거리에 있습니다. 제가 이곳을 선택한 이유는 스테이크하우스이고, 파스타가 정말 맛있고, 와인도 나쁘지 않기 때문입니다! 단점은 시설이 오래되었다는 점입니다. 별채에 사시는 분은 걸어서 많이 가야하고, 카펫이 깔려 있어서 가방을 끌고 다니기 불편해서 정말 피곤합니다! 떠나고 싶지 않으시다면 본관에 머물러 달라고 요청해 주세요.

Location is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

To be honest, the pics I saw on Trip.com led me to believe I was booking at your basic roadside hotel. And, sure I really had no problem with that since I was coming out for the WSU orientation with my son, and just needed a place to rest up and have a place for our luggage. For some reason Trip.com had it listed at a lower rating, and I figured I was getting the great rate because of it. No problem there, either. I actually booked about 2-3 months out as well, which helped with the rate. But....... after a crazy 8+ hr drive there in 88 degree weather, Cougar Town was an Oasis at the end of a Mirage! Right in the heart of Coug-ville! Couldn't have been in a better location. Everything in walking distance, the town was amazing. The Inn Keepers were nice and helpful. I felt like I was at my ”Little Home Away From Home!” The posted pics did no justice for what we found as we open the door. Hands down the BEST small hotel I have ever been. Definitely a Woman's eye for comfy-ness, with a color scheme that says Home to this Man's eye. Nice linens, something you would see in a catalog. Widescreen TV, roomy fridge and microwave. Spacious Vanity, sink space. Clean bathroom as well. IF you are planning to stay awhile, there is plenty of room to unpack your clothes and store them in the large dresser in the room. I really liked the electronic key entry. The ONLY con that I can report, is the shower head was not the best, and was skint with the water pressure. But, I get it though, I am sure the water bill can get crazy owning a hotel, so I can give a pass on that point. I am planning to come back mid-August for student drop-off and I will definitely be staying at COUGAR TOWN! Going to book my room now! Thank you for memorable stay! GH

Everything was good. The service, the breakfast, and the pool were all good. Very comfortable overall. Only except that the WIFI signal was broken inside the bedroom. The network needs a serious upgrade.

체크인이 간편하고 고객 친화적이며 친절합니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 계단으로 들고 올라가야 합니다(2베드룸 펜트하우스). 1층에는 킹사이즈 침대와 테이블, 의자, 화장실이 있고, 2층에는 퀸사이즈 침대와 화장실이 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 주방이 있으며, 전기레인지, 냄비, 그릇, 접시, 포크, 숟가락, 칼, 도마, 후추, 소금, 주방 세제, 옷걸이가 넉넉하게 갖춰져 있습니다. 다리미판과 다리미도 제공됩니다. 세탁은 30분 기준 3달러, 건조는 60분 기준 3달러입니다. 세탁한 옷을 바구니에 담아 마른 옷 위에 올려놓을 수 있는 바구니를 리셉션에 요청하시면 받으실 수 있습니다. 매일 아침 식사가 제공되었는데, 종류가 다양하고 과일 주스, 우유, 커피, 초콜릿 우유, 일반 우유, 요구르트, 테이크아웃 버거(지미 딘 버거), 팬케이크, 현미, 스크램블 에그, 완숙 계란, 고기 패티, 블랙빈, 야채(옥수수, 당근, 그린빈, 롱빈), 고명과 된장국, 다양한 맛의 퀘이커 오트밀이 제공되었습니다. 토마토 소스, 바비큐 소스, 땅콩버터, 메이플 시럽, 누텔라, 포도, 딸기 소스 등의 소스가 무료로 제공되었습니다. 주스는 사과, 크랜베리, 오렌지 주스가 있습니다. 토스터에 빵을 구울 수 있도록 플레인 빵이 무료로 제공됩니다. 주차는 무료입니다. 욕실에는 바디워시, 샴푸, 컨디셔너가 있습니다. 바닥 매트, 큰 목욕 타월, 헤어 타월, 세면 타월을 제공합니다. 헤어드라이어가 있습니다(싱가포르에 거주하는 경우 다이슨 슈퍼소닉과 같은 헤어드라이어를 가져오지 마세요. 전압이 다르기 때문에 미국에서는 사용할 수 없습니다). TV는 총 3대 있는데, 거실에 한 대, 1층 방에 한 대, 2층 방에 또 한 대가 있습니다. 주방에 냉장고와 냉동고가 있어요. 레지던스 인에서의 숙박이 정말 좋았어요!!

25불 내면 얼리 체크인 가능하고 체크인 전용 패드가 있습니다. 체크인하다 문제가 생겼는데 엄마랑 저랑 영어를 잘 못해서 소통에 문제가 있었는데도 친절하게 맞아주셨습니다. 히터가 고장나서 프론트에 문의하니 바로 고쳐주십니다! 대체적으로 청결하긴 하다만 화장실이 조금 아쉽습니다 단점은 방음이 전혀 안 되고 화장실 변기 물 내리는 소리도 다 들립니다. 언덕에 위치해 있어 다니기에 좀 많이 힘들어요 그래도 위치 정말 좋고 친절한 직원들 덕분에 싼 가격으로 잘 묵었습니다!

호텔에 직접 리뷰를 작성하여이를 더 짧게 유지합니다. 체크인 직원은 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 남편은 20분 동안 엘리베이터에 갇혔고 아기와 임신한 배를 들고 5층에서 로비까지 내려갈 때까지 아무도 도와주지 않았습니다. 프론트 데스크의 다른 사람이 꽤 무례하게 응답했습니다. 아름다운 호텔과 위치는 훌륭합니다 방은 반대편에 더 더러운 싱크대에서 날아가는 작은 과일 파리, 베개가 더러워졌고 일부 조명이 작동하지 않았습니다. 호텔에서이 엘리베이터 사건이 발생했다고 거부되었다는 말을 들 때까지 그 일에 대해 정말로 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 내가 다시 여기에 머물 것이라면 충돌했다. trip.com에 연락했고 그것이 그들의 잘못이 아니더라도 그들은 여전히 편안함과 지원을 제공했지만 호텔은 이것을 거부했습니다 ??? 그래서 내 입에 아주 나쁜 맛을 남겼습니다. 이런 멋진 호텔과는 다른 것을 기대했습니다.
