호텔은 모텔과 같습니다. 차는 방 옆에 직접 주차할 수 있습니다. 매우 편리하지만 방은 모텔보다 더 고급스럽습니다. 혼자 운전하면 차로 멀지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 꽤 다양합니다. 주로 서양 음식, 호텔 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크이든 레스토랑 직원이든, 열정, 그러나이 가격과 여전히 호텔 사이에는 차이가 있습니다.

滿分體驗！這是我在沙漠中遇到的最貼心的“家” 因為和悦榕莊是一個集團，所以全部公共設施都和Banyan Tree AlUla共用！ 先誇爆神仙服務！剛到酒店check in時，我衹需要遞上護照，一位工作人員立刻幫我辦手續，另一位就耐心給我介紹酒店設施——等我聽明白所有注意事項，房卡已經妥妥交到手上了！這效率和貼心程度，我真是第一次遇到。 入住後全程靠高爾夫車代步，本來還擔心不方便，結果每次叫車都超及時，10分鐘內必到，完全不用等。最感動的是，雖然我一個人旅行，但工作人員都把我當朋友一樣熱情，全程沒覺得孤單，反而超有歸屬感。 再説説必體驗的亮點： • 巖石泳池：比網上照片還美！實景更震撼，隨手拍都是大片，這趟行程的“顏值擔當”非它莫屬。 • 餐飲：泰餐廳的炒飯噴香，茄子醬直接封神；全日制餐廳的海鮮意麪也超入味，連吃兩晚都不重樣。 • 篝火與銀河：晚上的篝火活動太絕了！圍着篝火抬頭就是清晰的銀河，我終於拍到了人生中最清楚的銀河照片，幸福感爆棚。 • 免費接送：酒店還提供免費車送我去鏡子音樂廳，近距離看那個絕美建築，真的被震撼到説不出話。 最後必須提一句，我英語不太好，很多時候表達不清楚，但工作人員都超級有耐心，一點點猜我的需求，全程沒讓我有任何尷尬。 總之，這是一次無可挑剔的旅行！從景色、服務到細節，都配得上“無與倫比”四個字。已經開始期待下次再來了，絕對會推薦給身邊所有朋友！

아주 좋았어요. 제가 묵었던 호텔 중 최고였어요. 특히 전망과 아침 식사가 최고였어요. 각 객실은 매우 고립되어 있지만 위치가 매우 중요합니다. 일부 객실은 벽을 향하고 있고 다른 객실은 매우 개방적입니다. 우리에게 주어진 방은 레스토랑 근처, 콘서트 홀을 바라보는 방이었고, 아침에는 낙타 퍼레이드도 볼 수 있었는데 정말 멋졌어요!

We had a great stay, although the room was a little bit small. The restaurant’s window facing the mosque offered an amazing view. The breakfast menu was great, and the staff and service were excellent. We met Ali and the other team members — they were always friendly, greeting us and being very helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was Its very clean,newly renovated opened in october 2025 we booked junior room 1 kingsize bed in the other room you get 2 single beds plus sofa which can be added as an extra bed if needed come with 2 bathrooms, bedsheets very clean with soft pillows plenty of storage with double wardrobes, iron and ironing board the hotwl staff service was exceedingly exceptional from the duty manager mr Hussain Rauf and Abdullah their front of house staff are just so awsome always helping you in any way. Lifts are good rarely any ques i strongly reccomend this hotel with excellent breakfast package with extended BF from 6am-12.am location iis excellent into the mosque from gate 327 the elaf taiba hotel is directly behind Movin pick hotel,close by laundrette shop and money exchange.i would like to thank Trip.com for making sure my hotel was booked smoothly and they have helped me with some alterations of theb hotel rooms, trip.com has 24 hr twlwphone service for all your bookings i have not seen any other company so dedicated to resolve and maintain customer satisfaction.i would both Elaf Taiba hotel and trip.com 10/10

Très propre. Très confortable. Le seul bémol les pigeons envahissent un peu les fenêtres. Les douches mal faites pour évacuer l’eau. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très spacieux
