Great room spacious room. Had to call for it to be cleaned because I think they were short staffed ! Due to Ramadan the service was also very slow for room service but I think that is to be expected. We got the view of Bilal Masjid which was nice. It’s also walking distance to the Bilal Masjid which has a lot of shops surrounding it, so you can easily shop there. Overall good experience close to the mosque and that’s what we needed.

My stay at Sofitel Madinah was overall wonderful, thanks to its prime location next to the Prophet’s Mosque, luxurious and clean rooms, and serene, elegant atmosphere. Dining options were excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. A special thanks to Feras Almulla, who provided wonderful, attentive service and made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for a five-star hotel is the absence of a jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room, which I expected for this level of luxury. Despite that, Sofitel Madinah remains a top choice for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay in the holy city.

We stayed here for only 1 night because we were disappointed with our previous hotel. Turns out it's the best decision & we regret not doing it earlier. The location was excellent, just 3 mins walking to Masjid Al Nabawi. Although the room is quite small, we are very happy because of the cleanliness of the room & bathroom. This hotel should be rated more than 1-star. Will definitely stay here again in the future & recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

A really good choice for its price, no major problems, the reception responds immediately and is extremely helpful and respectful, we did face slight problems but they try to fix them within minutes, therefore i will not include them. general cleanness is good, bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is new so everything seems well put. The location is not that bad, around 7-10 minutes to reach The masjid’s doors when walking, although it might be difficult for older people and in the summer’s heat, Going for dhuhr and asr was tiring, you need to cover your head as there is a big portion without shade. Location is excellent, the room has connection doors and is in groups of 3 and noisy due to Neighbors. The noise of traffic comes to the room. Elevators are very busy. I would stay in another nearby hotel next time in Madinah

Honestly, this hotel is a great deal for the price. It’s way cheaper compared to other nearby hotels, but you still get a really comfortable room. The bed was cozy, everything felt clean, and it had a nice, relaxing vibe. The location is super convenient too—easy to go Haram and close to everything you need. What really stood out was the service. The staff were quick, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for something affordable without giving up comfort.
