Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h00 du matin et avons été très bien accueillis. Le réceptionniste nous a conduits à notre chambre avec le sourire. Dans la chambre, une bouteille d'eau, du café et du thé sont à disposition gratuitement.
Le jardin est très bien entretenu, le personnel du restaurant est très agréable.
Le parking est facilement accessible.

オールインクルーシブということで、食事もお酒もどこかしらのレストランで食べることができました。お勧めのレストランはVELA DI CANALEというイタリアンカフェ。
熱々のピザも食べ放題で、タイミングが合えば好みのトッピングでオリジナルも焼いてくれます。プールも広々していてゆっくりと過ごすことができました。また宿泊したいです。

나는 아침 일찍 도착했고 그들은 이미 많은 방을 준비했고 일반적으로 해변 옆에 자동차로 가득 차 있기 때문에 그 지역에서 매우 감사하는 전용 주차장이 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 깨끗했으며 체육관, 데크 및 바닥에 테라스가 있습니다. 0 사우나, 터키식 목욕탕 및 수영장이 있습니다. 리셉션 근처에 약간의 호기심을 생각했지만 다른 손님의 입구를 발견했습니다. 방은 매우 편안했고 방은 매우 편안했습니다.
해변 앞 위치는 일몰에 완벽합니다.

Como podem me perguntar como correu o meu séjour, como vocês sabem não fomos a Madeira se enganei me nas datas eu queria para Março e não fevereiro e a vossa resposta foi NÃO. Com Trip.com não reservo mais nada.

Отель старенький, но очень даже приятный. Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на залив. Чистота номера на высоком уровне. Территория отеля с ухоженными пешеходными дорогами на побережье. Вежливый персонал.
Удобное расположение отеля относительно аэропорта, можно даже пешком дойти спокойно минут за 30-40.
Минусы: Расстроил завтрак, скудный и невкусный. И могли бы хотя б воду в номер поставить. Мелочи, но с перелета это важно, особенно если прилетаешь глубокой ночью.

모든 면에서 꽤 좋습니다. 시설도 아주 좋습니다. 위치도 매우 좋고 서비스도 매우 좋고 아침 식사도 풍부하고 경치도 매우 좋고 장식이 매우 복고풍입니다.

Espaço fantástico, acolhedor que proporcionou um fim semana espetacular.
Desde a chegada na recepção muito atenciosa, pronta a disponibilidade em ajudar, como na sala jantar onde fomos muito bem recebidos, com serviço muito fantástico acompanhado excelente comida.
Os quartos estavam muito limpos com um miminho a chegada podendo proporcionar uma fantástica noite, de manhã encontramos um buffet maravilhoso acompanhado por empregado muito prestativo pronto em ajudar, acabamos por desfrutar por um espaço junto da piscina muito limpo e proporcionando momentos fantásticos.
Com certeza será um espaço para voltar e recomendar.

Great location in the Bay of a small fisherman's village. The view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful. Service was friendly and easy going. Public parking is available around the corner of the hotel (free from 8 pm to 8 am). Rooms and bathrooms are rather small but for us it was sufficient. Rooms are very quiet as windows to the small street are very well isolated. During our stay there was construction ongoing in the Bay (May 2023) which didn't bother us as we had breakfast before it started.

리리뷰어Tolles Hotel mit eigenem Spa Bereich und schönen Natur Pools direkt neben dem Strand. Viele Touristen in dieser Region vorhanden. Ich würde raten schon bereits vor Check-In Wasser etc. einzukaufen.
Sehr empfehlenswert für den Nachtpreis von ca. 150-170€ zusammen. Mehr würde ich jedoch nicht bezahlen.

VVerified MemberThis was a very decent and affordable hotel — nothing fancy or luxurious, but it covers the basics quite well. It’s clean, efficient, and does the job for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. One of the best surprises was that if you’re lucky enough to get a room with ocean views, it really adds a lot of value to the overall experience.
That said, there were some clear drawbacks. The room itself felt extremely tight, especially for two people with a couple of suitcases. There was very limited space to move around, which made things feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also quite small, and while functional, it lacked the comfort you’d hope for in a multi-day stay.
One highlight was the balcony. Though the interior space was tight, the room had a good-sized balcony where we enjoyed golden hour and sunset views — that part was genuinely lovely and added a sense of openness and relaxation we didn’t get inside the room.
The most significant downside for me was the parking situation. The hotel only has three official parking spots, which are always full. Given the area is busy and surrounded by in-demand places like grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and a laundromat, street parking is very limited and expensive. I had to park at a nearby garage, which cost 10 euros overnight.
As for the rooftop, the amenities there weren’t particularly impressive — nothing that would stand out compared to more upscale hotels. But once again, the ocean and sunset views from the rooftop are stunning and give you a brief illusion of being at a five-star resort.
All in all, this hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re not planning to spend too much time in the room. It’s a solid base for exploring the area, as long as you’re okay with a few compromises in comfort and convenience.

Excelente localização na calheta, mesmo em cima de uma praia de areia dourada, com acesso direto do hotel. Ideal ter carro pois fica a 30min do Funchal.
Vale a pena pagar extra para ter quarto com vista de mar
A qualidade e quantidade da comida cumpre com o tudo incluído, assim como as bebidas.
Animação diária e variada.
Bom spa com piscina aquecida, turco, sauna e duches frios.
Zona da piscina exterior muito agradável, com bastantes espreguiçadeiras e bem conseguida.
Ping Pong gratuito, bilhar pago (€3/hora).
Muito boa relação preço/qualidade.

FFabianThe dining room -I was there for the breakfast- is an old one, not so inviting. The breakfast-selection is not so good, as a vegan or vegetarian you can't choose much (only beans & bread), the coffee is okay but not tasty, the juices are not fresh & sugary.
There is no big pot for cooking, for two persons it would be good to have one.
The bed is good, the fan does its job, the bathroom is big enough, the balcony practical.
The location is near to the busline, 30min to walk to the center & there is the Lido promenade (with some places to swim) to the next small city with a small light tunnel for pedestrians, there you can hear/see the surf :)
The opening times for the pool are too late in the morning and too short (8.00-20.00).
The female staff at the reception with the glasses (saturday evening), didn't manage my wake-up-call for the next morning (the staff at this day showed me that he had no notice for a call), thats not a good one, because sometimes you have to depend on it.

Wouldn’t be as big of an issue but there’s also very little mobile network connection, therefore use of Data was ever limited..
Breakfast - is okay, you could tell a lot of items are stored and reused days later (pastries, fresh fruits)
Pool is okay but sunbeds are uncomfortable and you can’t get a towel in morning (10am…)
Hotel management could easily make this in a 5* property with just basic additional amenities and being less greedy with add ons..
Overall for a supposedly 4 star hotel it’s more like 3.
However
Staff are quite nice and helpful
Rooms are crazy spacious (probably double what average same price hotel will get you in Portugal)
Location is good, a little further from city center (about 75min walk) but in front of a nice empty black sand beach

LLukinioHotel Review – Royal Orchid
We had a lovely stay at the Royal Orchid. The hotel is beautiful, and our room offered a wonderful partial sea view with palm trees and the ocean in sight — truly relaxing.
However, there is room for improvement, especially regarding breakfast. Many items were processed, such as canned pineapple and artificial juices, which did not meet our expectations for freshness and quality.
The cleaningservice was was great, the overal service from receptuon was disappointing. The hotel enforces very strict rules, and the staff applies them even more rigidly. At times, it felt more like being in a school than on vacation. We would have appreciated a more customer-oriented and flexible approach, especially in a leisure setting.
However we enjoyed our stay, the room and the spa.

JJoe the world citizen이 호텔은 3개의 호텔 중 하나입니다. 리셉션은 꽤 먼 Hotel Rocamar에 있습니다. 방은 넓고 간이 주방이 있지만 장식은 약간 단순하고 구식입니다. 발코니는 바다가 보이는 거대합니다. 1 박당 7.50 유로의 호텔 전용 주차장이 있습니다. 그렇지 않으면 길가에 무료 주차장이 있으며 밤에는 무료 주차가 가능합니다. 체육관, 수영장, 사우나, 한증막은 무료이지만 오후 6시에 문을 닫는 것이 매우 불편합니다. 내부에는 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 객실에 포함하도록 선택할 수 있습니다. 나는 그들이 크리스마스와 새해를 위해 프로그램을 했다는 것을 듣게되었습니다. 리조트에 머물고 섬을 돌아 다니지 않고 싶은 사람들에게 적합합니다.
