호텔은 식물원 근처에 있습니다. 열 수영장, 2 개의 오픈 자쿠지 및 실내 스파는 멋진 분위기를 만듭니다. 손님이 철 (화산 스프링) 물을 가진 온수 수영장을 사용하는 동안 모든 것을 완벽하게 유지하기가 어렵 기 때문에 방을 청소하는 여성은 최고 등급을받을 자격이 있습니다. 좋은 아침 식사와 테라스.

Bel hotel , bien qu'un peu vieux. Les piscines interieurs etvexterieurs sont super. Par contre le restaurant, en particulier les buffets du soir, sont trés decevants et pas du tout au niveau de l'hotel.

끔찍한 방이었어요. 에어컨 위쪽에서 밤새도록 굉음이 울려서 잠을 이룰 수가 없었어요. Trip.com에서 아주 저렴하게 예약한 호텔에 대한 복수였죠. 4성급 호텔답게 조식도 평범했고, 생수 한 병과 쿠키 두 개가 호텔에서 선물로 줬어요.

아름다운 섬의 완벽한 위치. 바다가 보이는 방을 구하고 보트가 들어오는 것을 지켜보는 것이 좋습니다. 좋은 아침 식사 선택의 폭이 넓고 멋진 신선한 과일. 직원들은 모두 매우 유쾌하고 행복을 퍼뜨립니다.
훌륭한 수영장은 세심하게 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 비가 오면 온수 욕조와 뜨거운 사우나. R3 길 건너편에있는 레스토랑. 정면을 따라 마을과 정박지로 천천히 산책하십시오.

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

경치는 좋고 약간 편향되어 있으며 식사는 매우 불편하고 호텔 레스토랑은 나쁘지 않습니다. 아이들이 가는데 엑스트라베드가 없고 조식비 12유로 받았어요 이 5성급 호텔의 시설과 조식은 정말 부럽습니다 국내 3~4성급 수준이고 조식이 너무 별로입니다

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

NNodynessoThe check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!).
++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra.
-- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

리리뷰어The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

리리뷰어I had an excellent stay at Island Bliss. I was there for only one night, during a 19-hour layover in Ponta Delgada. The dorm room I stayed in was super comfortable, each bed having a lamp, 2 outlets, and a towel free of charge (which most places don't offer without a fee). The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty of room. Everything was very smooth. Self check-in is excellent and very convenient, especially since I was arriving late at night. I didn't end up using the kitchen, but it seemed well-organized and clean as I passed through it. After checking out, I was able to stay in the main seating area and download some shows for the plane, which was very nice of the owner. I should clarify that I stayed here in the off-season, which might be why I was allowed to stay after my check-out. I didn't have much time to explore Ponta Delgada, but it seemed to be a good spot, near several restaurants and botanical gardens. I would easily recommend this place to travelers, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at!

GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

FFabioDomingue£Tivemos uma óptima estadia neste hotel durante as nossas férias em família de três dias em Ponta Delgada! Desde a receção calorosa até ao conforto das instalações, tudo foi perfeito. Os quartos eram espaçosos, limpos e bem equipados, proporcionando-nos um excelente descanso depois de dias a explorar os Açores.
O pequeno-almoço era variado e delicioso, com opções para todos os gostos. A localização do hotel também foi um grande ponto positivo, permitindo-nos fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade.
Além disso, a simpatia e disponibilidade da equipa fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Sem dúvida, um hotel que recomendamos e para onde gostaríamos de voltar!

리리뷰어Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

KKB100Charming Hotel은 따뜻하고 매력적인 분위기의 아름답게 보존된 유서 깊은 건물입니다. 객실은 편안하고 매일 리필되는 유리병을 포함하여 기대할 수 있는 대부분의 편의 시설을 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 1층에서는 하루 종일 무료 커피를 제공합니다. 직원들은 매우 수용 적이었습니다. 수하물 보관소를 사용하여 체크 아웃 후 돌아와서 커피를 즐기고 출발하기 전에 파티오에서 휴식을 취할 수있었습니다. 아침 식사는 잘 준비되었고 하루를 멋지게 시작했습니다. 한 가지 주의할 점은 객실로의 접근은 계단으로만 가능하므로 무거운 짐을 싣는 투숙객은 이를 염두에 두어야 한다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 환상적인 위치에서 멋진 경험을 제공합니다. 나는 기꺼이 다시 여기에 머물 것이다.

리리뷰어We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.
