전반적으로 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.
저희 쪽의 유일한 큰 단점은 방음이 부족하다는 점이에요. 우리가 머물렀던 3박 동안 호텔의 다른 사람들(관광객 및 팀 직원)이 복도에서 소리를 지르며 서로 다른 시간(오전 1시, 오전 2시 등)에 잠에서 깨어났습니다. 절대 할 게 없어!
체크아웃할 때도 직원분이 방을 확인하러 가셨어요. 직원이 반납하지 말아야 할 작은 수건 2개가 없어졌습니다. 우리는 마치 그것을 훔친 것처럼 다소 불쾌한 생각을 했습니다!

Очень хороший отель за свою цену. В номере было все, завтрак шведский стол, кафе при отеле работало в Рамадан. В целом мне понравилось, остановилась бы там еще раз

酒店的淋浴熱水幾乎是涼的，且不能調節。跟前台溝通提前退房一天也不答應。酒店位置在大學裏，周邊要走好久才走一間超市。去哪裡都要叫黑車。早餐還行。

Great hotel with an international vibe ; doesn’t feel like Morocco/ Marrakesh once you get to the rooms though. It’s a little bit far from the Medina (about 45 min walk) so we took a taxi back and forth almost each time.
- the breakfast buffet was 5/5 really awesome and lots of choices .
- rooms have been renovated and changed so pictures online are wrong . We asked for a room change and got it right away.
- there are 2 areas with pools , it your room is in building 3 you don’t have the right pool view unless you want peace and quite .

During the following two days, our stay was overall fine.
The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options and generally everything you would expect. However, because there were many guests, breakfast time felt a bit crowded and slightly chaotic.
Overall, it was an acceptable and decent stay, though there is still room for improvement in organization, especially during busy breakfast hours.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff who speak English. Breakfast good enough. Beds comfy. Noisy street, but fine with windows shut and aircon on. Pool area in the sun between 12 and 2 (ish). Only a handful of sun loungers. Staff happy to open a bottle of wine for us to drink in our room, and they gave us 2 wine glasses. 30 minute walk to Medina. Lots of shops and restaurants close to hotel.

이 호텔은 꽤 전형적인 저가형 호텔입니다. 객실은 상당히 넓고, 주변은 상점들이 많은 아울렛 빌리지와 비슷합니다. 하지만 객실 내 일부 시설이 고장 나 있었습니다. 예를 들어 욕실의 수압 조절 손잡이가 고장 나서 샤워헤드에서만 물이 나오고 천장형 샤워기로는 전환할 수 없었습니다.

나는이 호텔에 대한 열렬한 리뷰를 이해하지 못합니다! 욕실은 매우 작아서 돌아서는 것이 불가능합니다. 샤워 캐빈도 매우 작고 모든 물이 바닥에 흐르고 연못이 있으며 끔찍합니다! 더욱이 방의 물이 차가워지고 저녁에 두 번 전화를 걸어 그것에 대해 이야기했는데 그 후 조금 따뜻해졌지만 다음날 저녁은 따뜻하지 않고 다시 추웠습니다. 즉, 추웠습니다! ! ! 5 개의 깔린 수건에서 청소 한 후 왜 2 개의 큰 모든 것을 넣은 후 다시 전화를 걸어 물어야합니다! 호텔에는 슬리퍼가 없으며 차가운 타일에서 걷는 것은 매우 불편합니다!

리리뷰어Ryad agréable, ambiance calme car éloigné du centre d’activité de Marrakech. Petit déjeuner compris varié selon les jours mais peu en quantité. Petite incompréhension du système de la douche avec eau super brûlante ou super froide faut prendre le bon timing. La terrasse était agréable. Très bon hôtes mais devrait prévenir que certain service sont payant ( bouteille d’eau , jus , et divers service ). Piscine extérieur non chauffé . Dans l’ensemble c’était une expérience agréable .

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

우리 호스트 Iheb는 진정으로 전설의 제목을받을 자격이 있습니다. 우리가 체크인 한 순간부터 체크 아웃 할 때까지, 그는 우리의 체류를 기억에 남게 만들었습니다. 5-star 호텔이 아닐 수도 있지만, 우리의 기대를 뛰어 넘는 독특하고 정통 모로코 경험을 제공했습니다.
전통적인 건축물이 있는 리야드 자체는 깨끗하고 매력적이었습니다. 하이라이트는 의심할 여지 없이 메디나의 번잡함에서 떨어진 평화로운 오아시스인 고요한 테라스였습니다. 어느 날 저녁, 우리는 테라스의 sheesha에 탐닉했습니다. 이는 약 70 MAD의 비용이 드는 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 우리는 또한 테라스에서 식사하는 즐거움을 누렸습니다. 그곳에서 우리는 각각 60 MAD의 매우 합리적인 가격으로 맛있는 타진을 즐겼습니다. 셰프의 요리 실력은 정말 인상적이었습니다. 매일 아침 제공되는 아침 식사도 전통적이고 가정적이었습니다!

Riad Jibril의 위치는 완벽했고 환전소 앞의 낙타는 훌륭한 랜드마크로 사용되었습니다. 리야드는 맞은편 골목, 두 번째 문에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 우리는 특히 밤에 방문하는 우리가 가장 좋아하는 장소인 Zeitun Cafe 근처의 Kasbah와의 근접성을 즐겼습니다. 카페의 등불이 켜진 테라스는 우리의 저녁을 더욱 기억에 남게 만드는 장엄한 전망을 제공했습니다.

리리뷰어Amaizing gem of a place. Profesional but friendly staff at every corner. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us and so were the reception staff, all of them were so attentive and friendly. The room cleaners left the bedroom spotless everyday.We had a Hammam massage to die for. The two masseurs were so good, that I have to give them 10 out of 10. I had a good few massages in my life, but NEVER one that can equal the one we had the other day. The Facials were 10 out of ten. Nothing absolutely nothing we can find fault with, the only thing I'm disappointed with is myself, as I can only remember the name of one member of staff Abderrahim the night receptionist, but they were many others both female and male that took so much pride in their job. We will definitely be back to definitely have another Hamman . Best hotel by far in the last 5 years. I'm sorry I cannot post more photos.

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

Mmskmr95624写真の通りとても綺麗で色鮮やかな内装です。部屋にミネラルウォーターや風力の強いドライヤーがあったのがありがたかったです。朝食も非常においしいです。
ただ、リヤド周りの治安はあまりよろしくなく、道案内の詐欺師がうろついています。女性一人で泊まる場合は移動時に気をつけたほうがよいと思います。各種観光地までも距離があります。
マッサージも受けましたが、とても良かったです。どのスタッフも丁寧に対応していただきました。
