호텔은 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 편의시설도 좋고 수영장도 좋습니다. 그러나 직원들은 환대 교육을 잘 받지 못했습니다. 에어컨은 호텔 전체에서 작동하지 않았습니다. 어느 날은 룸서비스가 오지 않아서 방 정리를 위해 3번이나 전화해야 했습니다. 어느 날 테이크아웃 음식을 따뜻하게 해달라고 요청했는데도 거절했습니다. 호텔 정책상 객실에서도 외부 음식을 섭취하지 않는 것이 얼마나 황당한 일입니까!! 내 제안은 가능하다면 멀리 떨어져 있는 것입니다.

Очень хороший отель за свою цену. В номере было все, завтрак шведский стол, кафе при отеле работало в Рамадан. В целом мне понравилось, остановилась бы там еще раз

酒店的淋浴熱水幾乎是涼的，且不能調節。跟前台溝通提前退房一天也不答應。酒店位置在大學裏，周邊要走好久才走一間超市。去哪裡都要叫黑車。早餐還行。

Perfect for Solo. 5 nights. They treated me well and also spoke very good English.❤️

The Savoy is a very nice place to stay. Not too far from the Medina, right next to a mall.  The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much for them to make sure you have a great stay.  We stayed at Movenpick last time we came but we both preferred here.  Breakfast was great with a huge selection of hot and cold food and drinks, fruits, etc.  Morocco is a beautiful country with beautiful people - it won’t be our last visit. We will be back!!

During the following two days, our stay was overall fine. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options and generally everything you would expect. However, because there were many guests, breakfast time felt a bit crowded and slightly chaotic. Overall, it was an acceptable and decent stay, though there is still room for improvement in organization, especially during busy breakfast hours.

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

객실은 넓었고, 근처에 피자헛이 있었습니다. 늦은 밤에 체크인하고 다음 날 아침 다른 곳으로 이동했기 때문에 주변을 자세히 살펴보지는 못했습니다. 호텔 서비스는 좋았습니다.

나는이 호텔에 대한 열렬한 리뷰를 이해하지 못합니다! 욕실은 매우 작아서 돌아서는 것이 불가능합니다. 샤워 캐빈도 매우 작고 모든 물이 바닥에 흐르고 연못이 있으며 끔찍합니다! 더욱이 방의 물이 차가워지고 저녁에 두 번 전화를 걸어 그것에 대해 이야기했는데 그 후 조금 따뜻해졌지만 다음날 저녁은 따뜻하지 않고 다시 추웠습니다. 즉, 추웠습니다! ! ! 5 개의 깔린 수건에서 청소 한 후 왜 2 개의 큰 모든 것을 넣은 후 다시 전화를 걸어 물어야합니다! 호텔에는 슬리퍼가 없으며 차가운 타일에서 걷는 것은 매우 불편합니다!
