체크인 당일 너무 늦게 도착해서 조용한 방을 원한다고 해서 가장 안쪽 코너로 안내받았습니다. 문에 들어서니 커튼이 빡빡하지 않아 더욱 기분이 나빴다. 방을 바꿔달라고 했어요. 다행히 방을 바꾸는 속도는 꽤 빨랐지만 2층 발코니에 블록이 있어서 조명이 전혀 좋지 않아서 아래층으로 방을 바꿨습니다. 세 끼는 조식이 10시에 끝나서 하루가 없었어요. 점심과 저녁은 비슷했고 먹을 것도 없었습니다. 생선구이 말고는 해산물이 하나도 안보였어요. 사진은 기만적이었습니다. 놀 곳이 꽤 많은데 미끄럼틀이 있는 다른 풀의 물은 차가워서 전시만 할 수 있다.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. Convenient location, spacious room, friendly staff, nice environment, good breakfast, balcony with a view

The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also had the wonderful opportunity to try a traditional Moroccan-style breakfast prepared by the host, which was absolutely delicious and a truly memorable experience✨✨

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

리아드 벨리코스의 수영장과 스파가 정말 아름다워서 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 모로코 마라케시를 방문할 계획이 있는 모든 분들께 이 리아드에 머무는 것을 강력히 추천합니다. 헤바, 마르와, 마흐모드 그리고 이곳을 관리하는 분을 포함한 모든 직원들이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 손님들에게 매우 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 그들은 손님들을 존중하고 품위 있게, 그리고 세심하게 돌봐주었습니다. 객실과 시설의 청결 상태가 잘 유지되어 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 음식도 훌륭했고, 한여름 성수기에도 에어컨이 잘 작동하는 객실 덕분에 시원하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 수영장은 시원해서 물놀이하기 좋았고, 라운지는 편안하게 쉬면서 축구를 시청하기에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 😊 이곳은 리아드의 중심부에 위치해 있어서 모든 것이 가까이에 있었습니다. ❤️

우리는 거기에 문제가 없었습니다. 일반적으로 리셉션에 아무도 없어도 서비스는 좋으므로 정문과 방의 열쇠를 제공합니다. 제안으로 ”Riad Nouhal”이라는 표지판이 필요하지만 어쨌든 Google 지도의 위치를 따르면 들어갈 것입니다.

우리는 마라케시를 방문하는 동안 Riad Jibril에 머무르는 기쁨을 누렸고 얼마나 즐거운 경험이었습니다! 우리 호스트 Iheb는 진정으로 전설의 제목을받을 자격이 있습니다. 우리가 체크인 한 순간부터 체크 아웃 할 때까지, 그는 우리의 체류를 기억에 남게 만들었습니다. 5-star 호텔이 아닐 수도 있지만, 우리의 기대를 뛰어 넘는 독특하고 정통 모로코 경험을 제공했습니다. 전통적인 건축물이 있는 리야드 자체는 깨끗하고 매력적이었습니다. 하이라이트는 의심할 여지 없이 메디나의 번잡함에서 떨어진 평화로운 오아시스인 고요한 테라스였습니다. 어느 날 저녁, 우리는 테라스의 sheesha에 탐닉했습니다. 이는 약 70 MAD의 비용이 드는 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 우리는 또한 테라스에서 식사하는 즐거움을 누렸습니다. 그곳에서 우리는 각각 60 MAD의 매우 합리적인 가격으로 맛있는 타진을 즐겼습니다. 셰프의 요리 실력은 정말 인상적이었습니다. 매일 아침 제공되는 아침 식사도 전통적이고 가정적이었습니다! 우리의 체류를 진정으로 특별하게 만든 것은 Iheb과 직원이 만든 따뜻하고 환영하는 분위기였습니다. 우리는 손님으로 도착했지만 친구처럼 느껴졌습니다. 우리는 심지어 사랑스러운 두 마리의 거주 새끼 고양이인 소피아와 생강 새끼 고양이 리나에게 친구가 되었습니다. 그들의 존재는 우리의 체류에 매력을 더했습니다. Riad Jibril의 위치는 완벽했고 환전소 앞의 낙타는 훌륭한 랜드마크로 사용되었습니다. 리야드는 맞은편 골목, 두 번째 문에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 우리는 특히 밤에 방문하는 우리가 가장 좋아하는 장소인 Zeitun Cafe 근처의 Kasbah와의 근접성을 즐겼습니다. 카페의 등불이 켜진 테라스는 우리의 저녁을 더욱 기억에 남게 만드는 장엄한 전망을 제공했습니다.

오래된 스타일의 절대적으로 훌륭한 경험. 항상 도울 준비가 된 친절한 사람들이 운영하는 아름다운 건물. 작지만 아늑한 객실은 매일 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 아주 좋은 아침 식사! 어느 날 여행을 위해 일찍 출발했기 때문에 하나를 놓쳐서 정말 죄송합니다. 모든 직원은 항상 웃고 도움이되며 민트 차로 하루를 밝게 할 준비가되어 있습니다 (저녁 늦게까지). 의사 소통이 매우 잘되어 매일 그들과 작은 채팅을하는 것을 즐겼습니다. 그들은 또한 특히 젖고 추운 날 이후에 시도하기에 좋은 스파와 터키식 목욕탕을 가지고 있습니다. 나는이 호텔을 모두에게 정말로 추천합니다!
