'가족과 마라케시에 다녀왔습니다. 2개의 방을 예약했으며, 1. 직원들이 매우 친절히고 2. 위치가 너무 좋았습니다(무료 주차 가능) 3. 가격도 적당했고(방사이즈 및 테라스가 좋습니다) 4. 시내 한복판임에도 불구하고 이중창을 사용하여 (모로코에서 처음봄), 소음이 거의 들리지 않았습니다. 5. 샤워실의 수압도 모로코 같지 않은 우수함이었습니다. 6. 티비에 기본 어플 사용(넷플릭스, 유튜브) 가능(아이들이 있어서 꼭 필요한 옵션), 사이즈는 조금 작아서 아쉬웠습니다. 7. 조식 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 결론: 나중에 마라케시에 간다면 또 방문할 생각이 있습니다.'

'Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family'

'I had a fantastic four‑night stay while in town for Marrakech half marathon. The service from the staff stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It made the whole experience feel smooth. The hotel is conveniently close to several restaurants and bakeries, which made grabbing meals and snacks incredibly easy, especially on busy race days. Being able to walk everywhere was an added bonus. It was an excellent stay, and I will return next year for another marathon event.'

'Travelled during ending Feb. Very cheap affordable hotel. Booked for 2nights -£95. Staff allowed us to extend check out time to late for free. About 15-20mins from city centre Has multiple outdoor pools for adults and children. Have children play area . Outdoor gym and indoor gym, tennis court and basketball court. Very decent hotel .'

'Good surrounding environment and decent hotel setup, everything is on par and up to standards. The only thing to note is that the hotel is slightly further from the attractions, can be tricky to get a taxi sometimes. Otherwise, all the staffs were really nice and helpful.'

'호텔 리셉션 직원이 불친절했습니다. 10일 전에 호텔을 예약할 때 조기 체크인을 특별 요청했는데, 호텔에서 아무런 메시지도 답하지 않았습니다. 이건 불합리한 서비스입니다. 가끔 조기 체크인이 불가능한 경우가 있다는 건 알지만, 호텔 측에서 알려준다면 다른 호텔을 예약할 수 있습니다. 마지막으로 제가 호텔에 도착했을 때 리셉션 직원이 객실 욕조 상판이 망가졌고 변기 문이 잠기지 않는다고 불평했습니다. 그러고 나서야 같은 방을 주었고, 3시간이나 기다렸다가 다시 돌려보냈습니다. 😡😡😡😡😡 답변이 없어서 리뷰를 남깁니다.'
