Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend.

우리는 마라케시를 방문하는 동안 Riad Jibril에 머무르는 기쁨을 누렸고 얼마나 즐거운 경험이었습니다! 우리 호스트 Iheb는 진정으로 전설의 제목을받을 자격이 있습니다. 우리가 체크인 한 순간부터 체크 아웃 할 때까지, 그는 우리의 체류를 기억에 남게 만들었습니다. 5-star 호텔이 아닐 수도 있지만, 우리의 기대를 뛰어 넘는 독특하고 정통 모로코 경험을 제공했습니다. 전통적인 건축물이 있는 리야드 자체는 깨끗하고 매력적이었습니다. 하이라이트는 의심할 여지 없이 메디나의 번잡함에서 떨어진 평화로운 오아시스인 고요한 테라스였습니다. 어느 날 저녁, 우리는 테라스의 sheesha에 탐닉했습니다. 이는 약 70 MAD의 비용이 드는 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 우리는 또한 테라스에서 식사하는 즐거움을 누렸습니다. 그곳에서 우리는 각각 60 MAD의 매우 합리적인 가격으로 맛있는 타진을 즐겼습니다. 셰프의 요리 실력은 정말 인상적이었습니다. 매일 아침 제공되는 아침 식사도 전통적이고 가정적이었습니다! 우리의 체류를 진정으로 특별하게 만든 것은 Iheb과 직원이 만든 따뜻하고 환영하는 분위기였습니다. 우리는 손님으로 도착했지만 친구처럼 느껴졌습니다. 우리는 심지어 사랑스러운 두 마리의 거주 새끼 고양이인 소피아와 생강 새끼 고양이 리나에게 친구가 되었습니다. 그들의 존재는 우리의 체류에 매력을 더했습니다. Riad Jibril의 위치는 완벽했고 환전소 앞의 낙타는 훌륭한 랜드마크로 사용되었습니다. 리야드는 맞은편 골목, 두 번째 문에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 우리는 특히 밤에 방문하는 우리가 가장 좋아하는 장소인 Zeitun Cafe 근처의 Kasbah와의 근접성을 즐겼습니다. 카페의 등불이 켜진 테라스는 우리의 저녁을 더욱 기억에 남게 만드는 장엄한 전망을 제공했습니다.

오래된 스타일의 절대적으로 훌륭한 경험. 항상 도울 준비가 된 친절한 사람들이 운영하는 아름다운 건물. 작지만 아늑한 객실은 매일 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 아주 좋은 아침 식사! 어느 날 여행을 위해 일찍 출발했기 때문에 하나를 놓쳐서 정말 죄송합니다. 모든 직원은 항상 웃고 도움이되며 민트 차로 하루를 밝게 할 준비가되어 있습니다 (저녁 늦게까지). 의사 소통이 매우 잘되어 매일 그들과 작은 채팅을하는 것을 즐겼습니다. 그들은 또한 특히 젖고 추운 날 이후에 시도하기에 좋은 스파와 터키식 목욕탕을 가지고 있습니다. 나는이 호텔을 모두에게 정말로 추천합니다!

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

It is located right next to the sea and Madina. The restaurant offers a nice view and serves very nice food. The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.

Trip.com을 통해 예약 한 후 최근에 여기에 머물렀고 전반적으로 정말 편안하고 독특한 경험이었습니다. 위치: 빌라는 마라케시 도심에서 약 30분 거리에 있으므로 확실히 조용하고 시골 쪽입니다. 메디나의 혼돈에서 벗어나고 싶다면 훌륭하지만 이동하려면 택시나 교통편이 필요하다는 점을 명심하십시오. 분위기 및 속성: 장소는 평화로운 휴양지처럼 느껴집니다. 수영장 지역은 아름답고 잘 관리되어 있으며 녹지와 야자수로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 휴식을 취할 수 있는 많은 라운저와 그늘진 장소가 있어 시원한 하루를 보내기에 적합합니다. 아키텍처는 소박한 모로코의 매력을 가지고 있으며 아늑한 분위기를 더하는 작은 빌라 스타일의 객실이 있습니다. 객실 및 편안함: 객실은 단순하지만 편안합니다. 초호화는 아니지만 깨끗하고 건물의 전반적인 미학과 일치하도록 멋지게 디자인되었습니다. 전형적인 호텔보다 개인 빌라에 머무르는 것 같은 느낌입니다. 서비스: 직원들은 친절하고 도움이되었지만 서비스는 때때로 약간 느긋한 느낌을 줄 수 있습니다(솔직히 장소의 분위기와 일치합니다). 음식 및 시설: 풀사이드 설정은 휴식을 취하기에 좋지만 음식 옵션은 더 큰 호텔에 비해 제한적일 수 있습니다. 식사를 계획하거나 더 다양한 음식을 위해 도시로 향하는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 전반적인 경험: 아름다운 수영장과 평화로운 환경이 있는 조용하고 미적인 휴양지를 찾고 있다면 이것이 확실한 선택입니다. 행동에 가까이 있는 것을 선호한다면 조금 너무 멀게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 평가 : ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) 휴식을 취하기에 좋지만 위치는 모든 사람에게 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.
