We recently stayed at Mangia's Sardinia Resort for one week, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. When we arrived at around 3:30 pm, we were told our room was not yet ready, which we completely understood. The reception staff asked us to wait at the bar next to reception and said they would inform us as soon as the room was available. However, after waiting for two and a half hours without any update, we went back to reception ourselves, only to be told that our room had been ready for some time and they had simply forgotten to inform us. This was not a great start to our holiday. We also booked boat trips through the resort for Saturday and Sunday. We were asked to pay for the Sunday trip first because they weren't sure whether the Saturday trip would be available. We were told they would send us a message with an update, but we never received one. The day before, we had to go back to reception to ask again, only to find out that the reception and the boat excursion desk are managed separately, so the reception staff couldn't help us, and by then the excursion desk was already closed. Better communication between departments would have avoided this inconvenience. The resort has four restaurants, but three of them require advance reservations. By the time we arrived on our first day and tried to book, they were already fully booked for most of our stay. Since we were staying for seven nights, it was very disappointing that we were only able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants. Guests staying for a full week should have a better opportunity to experience the different dining options. Finally, we also had a disappointing experience at the Lime Bar. The kitchen officially closes at 5:30 pm, and we arrived at around 5:00 pm hoping to order burgers and sandwiches. We were told they could not accept any more orders because there were already too many in the queue, and they wanted to finish serving by 5:30 pm. It was frustrating to be turned away 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful and has great potential, the organisation and communication between staff and departments need significant improvement. Unfortunately, these repeated issues affected our holiday, and for that reason I cannot say we were fully satisfied with our stay.

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. El hotel, sin más… Como siempre, las fotos son mejores que la realidad, pero la relación calidad precio, no está mal. Está pegado a la estación de tren, así que si no te gusta dormir con el aire acondicionado (que es mi caso) igual va bien llevar tapones…  Lo bueno es que está a 10 minutos andando de la calle principal, aunque aparcar en verano no sé si será muy fácil ya que parece que comparten parking con la gente que va al gimnasio en el mismo hotel.

이 캠핑은 아름다운 자연 공원의 일부인 Porte del Porticciolo 지역의 아름다운 환경에 있습니다. 해변이 있는 거의 전용 만이 있으며 오래된 역사적인 타워의 아름다운 전망과 저녁에 아름다운 일몰을 눈앞에서 볼 수 있습니다. 캠핑에는 도움이 되는 직원이 있습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 작은 코티지는 귀엽지만 방음이 매우 약합니다. 대화가 정상적인 톤으로 되어 있어도 내 방에 연결된 방에서 모든 것을 절대적으로 도울 수 있습니다. 이 캠핑은 훨씬 더 많은 잠재력을 가질 수 있지만 일종의 구식 느낌이 들고 실망스럽습니다. 커피 장소 직원은 도움이되었지만 음식 선택은 매우 열악했습니다. 일요일 아침에는 정확히 1개의 크루아상, 1개의 크림 덴마크어 및 다른 것이 있었고 다른 것은 없었습니다. 또한 준비된 포장 토스트 선택. 솔직히 슬픈 제안. 캠핑에는 13-17 사이에 매일 문을 닫는 슈퍼마켓이 있으며 캠핑 지역에서는 의미가 없습니다. 레스토랑 직원은 매우 매력적이지만 피자는 저녁에만 먹을 수 있으며 점심은 없으며 카라프의 하우스 와인은 저녁에만 사용할 수 있습니다. 피자 선택은 매우 제한적이었고 최고의 맛이 아닙니다. 다시 말하지만, 매우 기괴합니다. 수영장은 오후 7시에 문을 닫습니다. 여전히 아름다운 저녁 태양이 오후 9시에 내려갈 때입니다. 저녁에는 실제로 꽤 즐거운 라이브 음악이 있었지만 그렇지 않으면이 캠핑 편의 시설이 열악하고 황폐하고 돈을 벌기 위해 만 만든 느낌이 듭니다. 코티지나 방에 에어컨이 있으면 이 사치품에 대해 하루에 40유로를 지불할 준비를 하십시오. 그래서 기본적으로 나는 나의 체류를 완전히 싫어하지는 않았지만 나는 돌아 오지 않을 것이라고 말했습니다. 수영장, 레스토랑, 상점, 커피 숍 및 비치 바의 사랑스러운 직원들에게 감사하고 직접 체크인도 매우 좋았습니다.

As camas não são muito confortáveis e o pequeno almoço tem muito pouca variedade para um hotel de 4*. Foi mencionado que se tratava de uma Lua de Mel e depois de termos passado por vários hotéis em Sardenha que demonstraram uma atenção e carinho maravilhosa, no Hotel Dei Pini nada se fez notar.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything is clean and pleasant, and the beach and the sea are absolutely wonderful. The natural surroundings are definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel. The rooms are clean, but the standard rooms are extremely small. There is hardly enough space even to put your suitcases somewhere. As far as we know, the hotel will soon close for renovation, which is probably a good idea. Overall, I would say that the hotel deserves its four-star rating. The service is good, as are breakfast and dinner, although sometimes the food presentation feels a little overcomplicated. What really disappointed us, however, were all the additional charges. For example, if you want bacon with your eggs at breakfast, you have to pay an extra €3. If you want three eggs instead of two, you have to pay another €1 for the additional egg. For a hotel in this price category, this feels unnecessary and is quite surprising. The same applies to the beach. Even though the hotel has its own beach, guests still have to pay for the sunbeds. We were told that two sunbeds cost around €50 per day. Considering that we paid more than €400 per night for the room, we found it very disappointing to be charged extra for so many basic things. At this price level, breakfast extras and sunbeds should simply be included. The location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, the water is wonderful, and the hotel itself is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the constant additional charges significantly affected our overall experience.

Beautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

You get what you pay for. Has all the basics, no frills. Staff friendly and assisted with my case as there is no lift. TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels. Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.  The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it! The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people. Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.

酒店的幾位前台都是彬彬有禮，頗具耐心，有點兒像英劇裏的管家，呵呵。 設施不錯，淋浴，熱水，提供洗護，小冰箱有各種收費飲料。床單、浴巾潔白乾凈，酒店很有環保意識，鼓勵連續使用。可從小陽台看到大海。 酒店位置超好，停車非常方便。向前走幾十米就是私人遊艇停靠處，可預訂出海遊。附近有旅遊中心，可購買來回船票去拉馬達萊納羣島國家公園遊玩。酒店旁邊有超市，蔬菜、水果、麪包都很新鮮。

Abbiamo pernottato una notte al con mia moglie, mio figlio e la sua fidanzata, e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Hotel moderno, elegante ma senza essere freddo: si respira professionalità e attenzione al cliente fin dall’ingresso. Camere spaziose, pulitissime e molto silenziose, perfette per riposare davvero. Letti comodi (cosa non scontata) e bagno impeccabile. Personale cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente, sia al check-in che durante il soggiorno. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata, adatta a tutti. Posizione comoda per muoversi in città, con parcheggio disponibile, che a Cagliari è un bel plus. In sintesi: hotel curato, serio, ben gestito. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio come in famiglia, ma con lo standard di un vero 4 stelle. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni.
