L'albergo è in una posizione strategica di fianco ad un centro commerciale e la spiaggia è vicinissima. Dalla stazione sono 15 minuti a piedi e c'è anche il Mac Donald's. Tutti i ragazzi in reception sono stati gentilissimi e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Colazione molto ricca e varia. Vivamente consigliato 🤗 Grazie al vostro sito abbiamo trovato un'offerta buonissima

이 호텔에 1박만 묵었는데 예약이 꽉 차 있었기 때문이에요!): 위치는 훌륭해요. 라 스페치아 기차역에서 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 도보로 단 8분 거리예요. 짐을 가지고 가기에 편해요. 도심과 항구까지 걸어서 가는 것도 편하고 15분 정도밖에 안 걸려요. 위치가 좋아서 교통비를 내지 않아도 됐어요! 근처에 물을 살 수 있는 가게가 많고, 300m 떨어진 곳에 카푸르도 있어요. 지역 상점이 많은 안전한 지역이에요. 객실은 매우 넓고 깨끗해요. 침대는 편안해요. 이탈리아 사람처럼 쉬기에 좋은 발코니가 있어요. 기본적인 화장실 용품과 생수 2병도 제공해요. 화장실은 깨끗해요. 단점은 물압이 꽤 느려서 목욕 시간이 오래 걸린다는 거예요. 하지만 방이 크고 넓어서 그럴 만도 해요. 방도 매우 조용해서 숙면을 취하기 좋아요. 정말 잘 잤어요. 체크인 사무실은 호텔에서 약 100m 떨어진 다른 곳에 있어요. 같은 지역이 아니라는 점에 유의하세요. 플러스 포인트는 무거운 짐을 위한 작은 엘리베이터가 있다는 것입니다. 대부분의 이탈리아 건물에는 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 이곳을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다! 매우 편리하고 저렴합니다. 강력히 추천합니다!

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Nos gustó mucho en general, la ubicación perfecta. Cercano a restaurantes, puerto y a poca distancia del castillo.
