The hotel’s location is great , if you’re looking for a short stay , the place is alright

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

In the first instance, I was thinking is it a mistake - considering the inner lane… but this place gives you positive surprise - super clean, smart interiors and super new washroom makes you feel happy.

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Nice spacious outdoor swimming pool with a Spa facility.for reasonably priced traditional Ayurvedic massage. Rooms are also very spacious. Some of the decor is starting too look a bit tired.

Loved the stay. Food was fabulous adding to the taste were various cakes and pastries including Indian sweets. Staff courteous and descent

I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have been here few times. I totally love the location close to the shopping street and the beach. However this time the room was okay. Bathroom had no lock and fridge was not working. It was a let down after I complaint they tried something but the fridge was not working. The property is showing its age. Since it's a peak season it is so crowded. The breakfast was the other reason to book again.

The hotel is located at the heart of heritage town, and all the important attractions are within walking distance. The room, albeit small, was clean and well-kept. The room lacked proper ventilation but it didn’t matter much since i hardly spent any time indoors. The host is very amicable and he immediately responded to housekeeping requests. The bathroom is smaller than i expected, but it’s fine. Gets the job done. It is a good place for an economical stay for people who are travel-ling for 1n/2d.
