wonderful experience.even though an early check in was not possible,we were checked in on time and Richmond hotel gave us an free upgradation.Staffs are professionals.Hospitality and service was very good.very clean and aesthetically pleasing heritage vibes.Instagrammable.(I had already read in many reviews that its not possible to have an early check in hotels in pondicherry&it came true).

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

도로변에 위치해 있어서 찾기 쉽고, 직원들이 친절함. 호텔 내부가 중정으로 되어있어서, 중정에 위치한 실은 소음이 있으며, 이것 빼고는 전체적으로 양호했음

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

The staff ensured that all safety protocols were in place.   The spacious room was beautifully decorated and equipped with a comfortable bed, good-speed Wi-Fi, making my stay enjoyable and convenient.   The attention to detail regarding hygiene was particularly commendable. The room was spotless upon my arrival, and I noticed the housekeeping staff frequently cleaning common areas throughout the day. It was clear that the hotel prioritized the health and safety of its guests.   Overall, my experience at Shoreline Stays was outstanding. Excellent hospitality and nice food. Neat and clean swimming pool, Great staffs and very humble GM Mr.Dinesh who gave us Warm welcome with welcome drinks. Ms.Thangam took care of us as a special guest at Dining. Mr.Kithone was taking care of my kids at swimming pool.Special thanks to Dosa Master Mr.Ajithkumar and Receptionist Ms.Nandhini.

The residency is near to railway station. The place is good to stay. Lovely homely experience. People are very cooperative.

It was a great time spent over there.... The room was literally very nice and we really lead a lavish life, we really enjoyed. The location was also good but we didn't have the food there even though we stayed for 2 days but it was a great experience... The services and the amenities especially laundry was literally good and the rest of them were awesome, we were not feeling like checking out everything was so cosy and the staff were really helpful...
