We were guests when this hotel was the Maldron. I couldn't fault them. But now it's changed hands The receptionist was so unfriendly and so ignorant to us and 2 young boys that were looking for help. Just basically not making eye contact, refusing to answer, and when she did answer, it was short with an angry demeanor, like were bothering her. There was no hello, thank you or enjoy your stay ..just the bare communication. Also.. The manager in the bar refused to heat the babys bottle in the microwave because it was against health and safety regulations. Even though the Maldron staff were more than happy to help. They microwave baby food and bottles for me on a few occasions. The manager tried to convince me that I could possibly have something dangerous in the bottle. When I told him if they don't heat it, I won't come back, ..he sneered at me in a look that said ..well I don't care. He gave me an option after alot of arguing to heat it up in their cup with the coffee warmer. We also asked for a quiet room. The receptionist gave us a noisey room I could hear doors next door slamming. Kids shouting and loud walking ftom the lift to the rooms. We were right next to the lift. I was very disappointed. We returned because last time we loved it. But we won't be returning again with that attitude.

Was a lovely venue. Nice room. Clean. Nice staff. Unfortunately I was staying over the weekend. Had noted that there was live music, this was lovely but thought after closing time this would abate. Unfortunately the live music turned to dance music and went on past 2 am . If you’re looking for a party hotel. This is the place for you. Not for families or with your elderly mam. I decided to swap hotels but had prepaid for two nights. Asked to speak to the manager ( who came on over the phone with a member of the bar staff). I politely explained we had had no sleep and were weren’t made aware music would be playing,full blast till 2 am, I asked for a partial refund, for the night we wouldn’t be staying, was told no. Disappointing.

이 호텔은 사랑스럽고 활기찬 에너지, 친절한 직원, 좋은 체육관 및 레저 센터, 주차장 이용 가능을 갖추고 있습니다. 여기에 머물 계획이라면 Reeds 레스토랑은 패키지 거래(약간 실망)를 통해만 접근할 수 있다는 것을 알아두는 것이 중요할 수 있지만 바는 모든 손님에게 좋은 음식을 제공합니다. 불행히도 남편과 내가 가진 주요 문제는 매우 불편한 침대였습니다. 베개와 매트리스는 꽤 딱딱하고 불편하게 느껴졌고, 머무는 동안 불편함으로 인해 둘 다 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 불편한 침대 외에 우리는 호텔에 깊은 인상을 받았지만 침대의 품질에 따라 다시 여기에 머물기로 선택하지 않을 것입니다. %#@#

러브 화이트 호텔, 4번째 방문. 시내 한가운데에 있는 환상적인 위치. 선택의 폭이 넓은 멋진 아침 식사. 우리가 머무는 첫날 밤 레스토랑에서 식사를 즐겼습니다. 두 번째 밤 우리는 호텔에서 2 분 거리에 재스퍼 레스토랑에 갔다 (적극 권장). 모든 직원은 호텔에서 매우 만족하고 편안한 침대, 좋은 밤잠을 자십시오. 흰색에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

All the staff were very nice and attentive.  Some but few weren’t well trained - a soiled damp towel for removal was left on the visitor’s bed Although the hotel has been revamped, it still looks tired in places.  Windows need replacing.  Doors are chipped,  Hangers for clothes all chipped.  Small complaints but after redecorating these glaring oversights are now glaringly obvious

We stayed for 3 nights in the Wild Room storm chaser. The owners kindly let us bring our small dog. The cabin was small but had the essentials. Lovely area with views over the sea. We walked down to the beach opposite which was practically empty - so good to get away from it all. Really enjoyed our stat and would highly recommend.

침실은 아름답고 깨끗하며 넓습니다. 샤워가 약간의 안전 위험이었기 때문에 욕실은 업데이트를 사용할 수 있었지만 수압/열/청결은 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들은 믿을 수 없었고 매우 도움이되었습니다! ! 우리는 이틀 밤 레스토랑에서 먹었고 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 나는이 호텔을 모든 친구들에게 추천 할 것입니다.

Friendly welcome on arrival with everything explained, helpful with carpark at rear & the room spacious & clean. Bed was comfy & we had a restful night. Unable to try the breakfast as we had to leave early. Will be back for a longer stay & would use again as we also recommend this lovely place. Thanks for having us.

The payment that was taken by trip.com in advance of our arrival was not identified by Dunrody House. So i was charged for our room by trip.com and by. Dunbrody house. Charged doubled. Dunbrody House is special. Once this double paymwnt is sorted. The staff are lovely, food gorgeous and ambience fabulous.

Staying in Bunclody for a few days with my Dad, visiting family. Bunclody is somewhere you'll probably only stay if visiting family or playing golf, and the location of this hotel is ideal for both. Short walk to everything nearby, clean hotel, good for the price - no complaints here.
