무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 영국 에식스 호텔

크리스마스 당일에 호텔에 체크인했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했고 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 하지만 조식 레스토랑 직원들은 매우 불친절했고, 패밀리룸의 추가 침대는 매우 불편했습니다.

It was a lovely hotel. Tho only issue was we could hear the lobby music till midnight, As we was on the first floor. The people were lovely and the beds were comfortable honestly best hotel beds I’ve slept in. The view from the hotel room was beautiful I would stay again 100%

We had a luxurious large room on the top floor overlooking the sports fields. It was immaculate. Had the pleasure of going to the bar and the lobby lounge. Both very enjoyable. Friendly quite well trained staff very impressive.

Everything was fine in till I open the window and the who thing came off meaning the window fall out and I was with my family on the 5th floor and it’s a family room 518 so that was dangerous for my family to be fair so please sort it out asap before someone makes a fat claim

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is ideally situated with lovely sea views, and the cleanliness throughout was absolutely spotless. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and very good value for money. Our room was comfortable and well cared for, and the whole place had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere with great attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a faultless stay.

My experience here at Harlow hotel was amazing the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming nothing isnt to much breakfast is incredible as the dinner is to I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends family

Good size room. Finished to a great standard. The room was great value, and the location incredible as it's right in the middle of Colchester high st.

많은 역사를 가진 훌륭한 호텔이며 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 친절하고 친근한 직원. 불행히도 적절한 시설이없는 두 개의 객실을 예약했습니다. 한 방에는 온수가 없었고 다른 방에는 고장난 샤워 시설이있었습니다. 불운이 있었을 수 있었고 호텔 경영진이이 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 의심합니다.

호텔 위치는 좋고, 리테일 파크 근처에 있어요. 해안가까지 차로 10분 정도 거리예요. 하지만 런던 외 다른 지역에 비해 호텔 방이 너무 작았어요. 공항 전망으로 예약했는데 창문도 너무 작아서 전망이 그다지 만족스럽지 않았어요. 호텔은 오래되었지만 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐어요. 호텔 내 편의시설은 많지 않았어요. 참고로 홀리데이 인에서의 여행은 정말 즐거웠어요. 사우스엔드온시를 다시 가게 된다면 다시 방문할 거예요.
