'FC미트윌란 조규성 선수보러 이용한 호텔인데 헤르닝에서 제일 깔끔하고 좋은 호텔인거 같아요! 무엇보다 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았어요. 10시에 도착해서 얼리체크인도 바로바로 진행해주시고 리셉션 지나갈때마다 웃어주시고 수영장, 사우나, 헬스장 등 이용에도 친절하게 안내해주셔서 호텔 때문에도 한번 더 와야겠다 생각했습니다!! 호텔 조식은 무난하지만 식빵이 진짜 너무 맛있어서 직원분한테 파는 곳까지 물어보고 빵집 다녀왔습니다. 늦은시간에 전자레인지 이용할 수 있게 도와주셔서 여러므로 호캉스 제대로 하고 갑니다~ 조규성선수 보러 헤르닝 오시는 모든 분들 여기 진짜 강추입니다-!'

'Sehr schöne Hofanlage mit schönen neuwertigen Zimmern, welche hell und modern eingerichtet sind. Die Kommunikation vor und während der Reise war nicht immer ganz eindeutig, insgesamt waren aber 2 der 3 Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich, ebenso war das Frühstückspersonal freundlich, aber vielleicht nicht ganz so geschult, wie man es bei solch einem Hotel erwartet. Das Frühstück war gut, die Qualität der Speisen war gut, lediglich die Ausführung war hier nicht so gut (z.B. war das Rührei oftmals halb kalt). Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein schöner längerer Aufenthalt.'

'Un excellent séjour ! Notre séjour s'est vraiment très bien passé. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable et super bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Côté table, la nourriture est très bonne ! Le seul petit bémol concerne les petits travaux actuellement en cours, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre expérience. Pour tout le reste, c'était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !'

'Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.'

'非常温馨的旅店，住得很舒服。餐廳服務生Mette特別熱心，我們到達的時候已經很晚了，她還為我們準備了晚餐。特別是幫我們找到了丟失的黃金掛件，極其感謝！餐廳有各種動物頭，還有一張斑馬皮，很有特色。'

'We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.'

'Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.'
