Alma is not only a soul of a house, it has a big heart. This is felt immediately in the cosiness of the reception areas, with lots of little nooks where you can retire with your coffee or tea- also included in the hospitality. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bath impeccably clean. The rooftop terrace, the extra kitchen for the use of guests, and the wellness (women only) are three more jewels in its crown. I want to emphasize the personal kindess shown by the staff. Without exception, these women are attentive, personable, and invested in maintaining the high quality of service that characterizes Alma. Two small footnotes: there is no air conditioning, and the rooms -while quiet- are susceptible to internal noises (footsteps in upstairs rooms). Alma is like being at home even while you’re away.

Alma Hotel. Easy tram ride from the main train station. Pleasantly large rooms (and bathrooms). Extensive breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. You also have access to the roof with chairs, tables, chaise longues and great views of Zurich.

Staying at the Alma Hotel was a pleasure. It was cozy, clean, modern with very good customer service. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty. I would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Zurich and have a trustworthy hotel.

Cosy and warm peacefull hotel So close to the city but a bit far by foot The styff was wonderfull the room was ok- you must always take care to inform about changing towels cleaning the room changing bed sheet... The major problem was parking but with a blue card per day its min in the city per night 15chf anywhere in the blue zone which is faraway from the center but in a region of the hotel Also be aware if you come late night flight the major problem is there is no ine there after 22h so take care of the digital kee and the procedures of enetering the hotel Could not see the lake from the room

Super pleasant location, amazing staff and warm atmosphere. you will find a shared kitchen, super confortable bed and a wellness center lady's only.. Breackfast is fine and complete. You will arrive in Opernhaus square in 10' walking

Very nice and quite room, friendly personnel at reception, fine breakfast with local organic products. One can easily reach all important locations in Zurich by the well developed public transport system.
