호텔 레지던스 U 파에솔루

Very, very poor service. As our ferry was cancelled and we were forced to leave one day earlier (after staying and paying for 2 weeks), we asked at the reception if we could have a refund for one night. She checked back with the management and told us on the next day that management approved and she only needs us to hand in the cancellation and our bank data per email. After doing so immediately, nothing happened. We asked again after 2 weeks and they told us the manager was on vacation for 3 more days and she needed to sign. So we waited 2 more weeks and asked. The manager was "still on vacation". We asked again after 2 months and they simply started ghosting us. If this is how you treat guests of several weeks then this is just poor. Mind you, 11 months have passed by and we never saw a refund. Then why did you approve in the first place? Sorry but never coming back as there is no integruity at this place. they "solve" problems by ignoring their guests.

booking week 1: when I first arrive the staff was kind to me and after It became a real nightmare. I have to tell that they put me firstly in one room in the second floor without lift and with dirty carpet with hair everywhere, I am allergic to it so I asked to change room and they did without complaining, so I arrived in the second room and then it was the toilet that was not working so I had to change again room, they put me in one studio at the 3rd floor again without lift, the smell was like if it was close since a year and there was mosquitos everywhere on the bed so I just got tired and decided to leave the hotel, but I already had an other booking for the following week and I said to them that I would not cancel if they just give a room with everything that work inside and mostly clean. booking week 2: so after what happened the first time they let me the opportunity to choose between two rooms and I chose one, and again problems!!! the water was stuck in the shower, the water from the shower was slightly going out, anyway I did not complain because I got tired, then the next day they did not clean the room, they did not change the towels so I went to the reception to ask new towel and the girl changed behavior and was laughing on my face. The next day I went in the reception to pay for the two night i slept and the girl did not say hello to me and was very rude, I did not receive any apologize after everything happened and she even to treated me very badly and rudely saying that she did not mind as it was obvious I would not come back to the hotel again. I am from and living in corsica, I stayed in a lot of hotels and never had this kind of experience. I was just asking for a room clean with everything that work inside and a respectful staff, but apparently my requests were too much. moreover, the breakfast it is so poor, I went both morning early because I had to work in the morning and there was completely nothing, no croissant, no milk, nothing, I kindly asked them to have some milk and obviously again it was taken as abnormal request. the place it is completely the opposite of what they show in the pics included the rooms and outside areas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE !

We visited U Paesolu in July for a week. Our little villa was clean, tidy and importantly cool! The staff were friendly and it was nice to have our own little pool to cool down in. The beach is an easy walk and much much nicer than the main beach in the town. In fact we felt it was a nicer beach than some of the higher profile places in Corsica. The main pool has a great view and we ate at the restaurant once and that was nice also. It was a good base to visit other areas too. Because the villas are quite spaced out it was quiet and peaceful. Also we did not have any issue with mosquitoes and barely saw any. Being British though we could have done with a kettle and had to survive on coffee all week.

Nosotros hicimos una reserva por internet en logitravel creyendo que alquilábamos un estudio con cocina, para 4 noches y sorpresa al llegar nos dan una habitación de hotel normalita, ( cara por el precio pagado) situada en la segunda planta sin ascensor y una escalera bastante estrecha. Mostramos nuestra queja, nos ofrecieron un estudio para pasar tres noches. Pagando la diferencia ( que con tasas incluidas subía 194€ mas) decidimos pagar y quedarnos en el estudio. Nos dejaron ver el estudio antes, estaba bien equipado, estudio 16 ,cuarto de baño un poco viejo ( toallas incluidas) .Habitación con dos camas algo pequeñas, un sofá cama, mesa con 4 sillas, televisor, aire acondicionado, armario, comodas. Una cocina con nevera congelador, lavavajillas, horno, fogones a gas,cafetera, platos ollas cubiertos etc. ( sin productos de limpieza, ni sal aceite ningún tipo de comida) Una pequeña terraza con vistas al mar y bastante aislado, con mesa y cuatro sillas, dos tumbonas, tendedero ( sin pinzas). Lo bueno de esto que al cocinar aquí puedes ahorrar dinero. Pasan a limpiar los estudios. El recinto tiene restaurante, piscina que no usamos. Se puede bajar en coche por dentro el recinto casi hasta la playa pudiendo dejar el coche a la sombra de un pinar y acabar haciendo un trozo de 5 minutos andando hasta la playa, cruzando una pasarela de madera un poco deteriorada, la playa es la de Pinarelu una buena playa con sombra no cubre, agua azul turquesa. La gente de recepción es muy amable, y trata de solucionar los problemas que puedan surgir. No hablan Español ( como en ningún Hotel de la isla que visitamos en nuestras vacaciones) pero chapurreando Italiano Frances e ingles nos hicimos entender, al final la estancia fue agradable.

Les hébergements, spacieux et décorés avec soin, offrent un confort irréprochable dans un cadre tout simplement enchanteur. Chaque détail témoigne d’une attention sincère portée au bien-être des hôtes. Dès notre première rencontre, Corinne Carli nous a accueillis avec une chaleur et une disponibilité extraordinaires pour organiser notre mariage, nous prodiguant de précieux conseils et nous ouvrant son carnet d’adresses, riche de véritables pépites. L’ensemble de nos invités a été unanime : ce lieu est d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière à Imène, notre bonne fée, qui a veillé avec une douceur, une énergie et un dévouement remarquables à la réussite de chaque instant, ainsi qu’à Aymeric, Marie, Lydia, Anissa, Julie, Anthony, Jérémy, Léandre et tant d’autres anges gardiens, toujours prêts à répondre à nos moindres besoins avec une gentillesse infinie. Toute l'équipe d'U Paesolu nous a entourés, nous et nos invités, avec une attention constante, une disponibilité sans faille et une générosité de cœur qui nous ont profondément touchés. Recommandations d'activités, assistance quotidienne, attentions délicates... chaque geste respirait la bienveillance et le désir sincère de faire plaisir. Grâce à vous, nous avons trouvé bien plus qu’un lieu d’exception : nous avons trouvé une nouvelle famille. Merci du fond du cœur pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous. Partis pour une semaine, nous avons réserver un studio dans cette hôtel, Résidence U Paesolu. Ce qui est sur qu'il faut avoir une voiture: l'hôtel est loin de tout commerce et restaurant. Les chambres sont pas trop mal mais mériterait d'être refaite en terme de déco (Style année 70, j'aime le Pin...). Il vrai que le prix n'est pas trop cher pour la corse. de plus, il y a 2 studio à réserver: le 15 et le 24. les autres sont nul. Pourquoi ? ces deux appartements ont une vue extraordinaire. Effet garantie au lever ;-). Le personnel est d'accueil est très sympa, disponible et arrangeant. Les équipements ménager sont plutôt bon, la vaisselle propre mais il faut tout prévoir (serviettes, savon, sel poivre etc ...) les draps sont fourni. le ménage est en option à 25 € l'heure (bien payée). Par contre, la literie est juste horrible. une semaine après j'ai encore mal au dos. un enfer ! pour ce qui est de l'eau chaude, il faut compter sur la réserve du ballon pour espérer prendre une bonne douche. La salle de bain est correct. Au final, nous avons réduit notre séjour, pour une qualité de prestation qui n'est pas du niveau d'un 3 étoile qui se rapproche d'un petit 2 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas eu d'animation ni eu accès à la piscine. Il faisait quand même un peu froid en mai. Je tiens quand même à souligné l'écoute de la direction qui a bien voulu nous rembourser les nuits non consommée ce qui est très rare dans hôtellerie. pour le reste (plage, éloignement, proximité de site sympa) tout a été dit dans les autres post. SVP, refaite la déco des studios, simple mais récent et chez vos lits ou tu du moins vos matelas. voilà
