The service is absolutely fantastic and the personnel lovely, helpful, caring, perfect. They have a great sense of customer service 🤩 The breakfast is amazing with everything you desire even flat white with soja meal and keto friendly meals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and i was BLOWN AWAY to be quite honest!!!! This by far the best, most enjoyable stay i had in a long time. We came in early. There was a misunderstanding that I thought we would get picked up by Omnia vehicle but they send a taxi to pick us up (cutest taxi there is). We were greeted at the streetside and dropped our luggage down, before we decided to hit the day. We were back at the property around 5PMish. We were a little confused which lift to take to the lobby and eventually found our way there. We were warmly greeted by the nicest lady and seated us to enjoy their welcome drinks and snack. Check in was smooth and efficient. We decided to have dinner at their restaurant. The food was amazing! The room was amazing. Modern, clean and you can tell the room was done with a great taste, well thought out decor and quality bedding. The bed and the pillows were awesome. The bathtub and to be honest everything about the room was great. They also provided laderach, cookies and chocolates, which was a real treat for my kids. But, the best of all was the jaw dropping view from the balcony overlooking the city, whilst falling snow, certainly not an ordinary view in my neck of the woods. I could have just stayed in balcony all day, sipping coffee and enjoying the view. What an unforgettable experience for me and my family. The swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi was also impressive. I have to give a shoutout to the management team. While i was checking out, i witnessed one occasion where a non-guest came to the reception and asked the reception whether they have any available room to stay. The reception told that the property was full house and thanked the non-guest for his interest to stay at the property. She gave a box of chocolate as a token of apology to him and he appreciated her gesture. I think that this occurrence reflects very highly the high standard of hospitality that the property upholds! Kuddos team! If i could offer an input for the hotel is to have more variety at breakfast. But other than that, truly wonderful, best hospitality, great housekeeping team, a homecoming feeling!

We stayed in the Tower Suite. Beautifully designed, offering modern comfort with breathtaking Matterhorn view. The quality of the breakfast and friendliness of the staff makes a great start of the day. Highly recommended mountain lodge, whether indulging in spa treatments or exploring the surrounding natural beauty, The Omnia promises a truly unforgettable retreat.

It was our second time at the Omnia. Top notch service, comfortable rooms. They know how to make the best time for everyone. Unique location makes it stand out. One can walk out and be at the main street right away. Hotel amenities are the best. Convenient for skiers.

Had a third visit to THE OMNIA already. For me it's the greatest example of - the combination of excellent service, - great quality and taste of food, - convenience of the location - beauty of the surrounding views Starting from the first communication with the hotel before your arrival, continuing with the amazing experience during your stay and ending with the checkout&post checkout communication with the hotel. It's all pure perfection for me. I've travelled to more then 60 countries already and have some background to compare with. And I'm sure that every experienced traveller should definitely add stay at THE OMNIA to their wish list :)

We stayed for the Easter holidays at the Omnia in Zermatt. I was stunned by the experience: All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The director of the Omnia, Mr. Eckert was voted for and awarded "Hotelier of the Year 2023" in Switzerland. This is highly deserved. Rooms are luxurious and the wellness area is amazing with the view of the Matterhorn from the whirlpool. Breakfast offers a big selection of delicious food and fresh juices. We certainly will return to the Omnia!

We had a very happy and lovely stay at the OMNIA. With a larger family of five, the OMNIA gave us a modern suite that provided us plenty of space and a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The team greeted us with a warm smile when we arrived and each day as we passed the reception. Breakfast was impeccable, the pool and spa luxurious, and the spa services excellent. The modern feel of the hotel high up above the town of the Zermatt and convenient location made our stay very comfortable. Whenever we have a chance to come back to Zermatt, the OMNNIA will be our pick.

We were a family of seven and stayed in three separate rooms for 2 nights. Next time we’re staying for longer!! My son and daughter-in-law are repeat guests at the OMNIA and told us how the service is extraordinary! Well, they were right! They got upgraded to a Tower Suite! Nice! We enjoyed the welcome Champagne out on the terrace while breathing the crisp clean air in 30-degree Fahrenheit weather. Divine!! I don’t recall the names of any of the staff members, but every single one we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The OMNIA breakfast was very delicious with a variety of buffet options and menu items. You don’t need to ski to enjoy Zermatt! Shopping and restaurants are all nearby! We liked the OMNIA so much that we plan on returning!
