체르마트에서 매우 추천하는 호텔입니다. 방은 크지 않지만 매우 편안합니다. 로비에 난방용 벽난로가 있습니다. 아침 식사가 매우 풍부합니다. 스위스 최고의 아침 식사입니다. 아침 식사를 주문하는 것이 좋습니다. 또한 수영복을 가져오는 것을 잊지 마세요. 호텔에는 스파 수영장이 있습니다. 기차역에서 조금 멀기 때문에 호텔에 연락하시면 픽업이 가능합니다.

우리는 매우 친절하게 환영받았고 모든 것이 우리에게 보여졌습니다. 방(405)은 매우 좋고 따뜻하고 깨끗했습니다. 아침 식사도 매우 좋았습니다. 여기에는 작은 스파 부서도 있었지만 우리는 방문하지 않았습니다. 가격 대비 성능이 좋은 호텔입니다. 우리는 돌아올 것이다!

One of the best hotels we experienced in ski resorts of Switzerland. Breakfast choice is amazing, we had such a perfect breakfast choice, like in a 5 star hotel. Rooms were very comfy (we had two), on one room we even got free upgrade. Ski rooms are super well equipped, with free suncream and lip balm. In this hotel every detail is carefully thought about. Even the minibar was for free, it was so great to have a glass of prosecco and beer after full day of skiing on our terrace. The location is also perfect, close to the slopes and city center. We will definitely come back

We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Bellerive in Zermatt. It is without doubt one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed at. We had two rooms and both were stunning. The view of the Matterhorn will take your breath away. Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the centre of Zermatt. Breakfast was very good with great choices and very high quality. The staff are amazing, every person was extremely helpful and friendly and we appreciated every effort they made to make our stay enjoyable. Zermatt is a magical place, Hotel Bellerive I can recommend to anyone.

The owners & staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The room had a unbelievable view of the Matterhorn and a very comfortable bed. And the walk to the main street were all the shops & restaurants were was so close. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the sky room and it had an amazing view. I was here for a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room! The room itself was great. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was wonderful and the balcony was the cherry on top. The amenities at the hotel were also an added bonus. After a long day of skiing a dip in the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. The staff was also very attentive and kind. They were very accommodating and picked us up at the train station and made us sandwiches for our train ride home! It was amazing! I recommend

Where to start....flawless service from start to finish. We were able to call the hotel from the train station to get picked up. Staff welcoming, warm reception from the gorgeous owner Katja who btw will make your cappuccino or hot cocoa and the brekky staff that caters the yummiest, high quality breakfast buffet. Period. We have stayed in 5 star hotels to great value hotels in 48 countries but I was still impressed to find fresh avocados every morning and kiwi fruit lol. Uber charming hotel just off from the main drag but yet close to a bakery, pub, a small grocery store, restaurants and shops. We were blessed with a beautiful, healthy and safe journey all over Switzerland on this trip. As luck was on our side, we were amazingly upgraded to a room with a Matterhorn view! Next time we visit, we will get the room with a view as it will be worth it. Our room gave a so comfy, warm and cozy vibes with all the amenities that you need including a nepresso machine and a tea kettle for your sirocco teas. Sleep was restful in our 2 night stay as the bed, pillows and comforter were heavenly. We were just happy to chill in our room or sit on the balcony with our teas in hand and just admire the great Matterhorn. The only niggle was the water would run out of the shower door when using the rain shower head and had to use the towels to dry the floor. We did inform the owner about it;) Thank you Hotel Bellerive staff for all you do. Overall, highly recommend and we will be back!

What a fabulous hotel - and experience!!! The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, the linens, luxurious, the staff are all exceptionally friendly yet professional, and the location is excellent - just a 5-minute walk off the main pedestrian area. Our room had a lovely balcony which added to our stay. A wonderful breakfast buffet is included and the selection was varied, plentiful, delicious and beautifully presented. It was like looking at a lovely painting at the offerings, including freshly-squeezed orange juice. Made-to-order eggs completed the menu. They have an amazing spa area but, unfortunately, we had to leave unexpectedly a day early so didn't get a chance to see or use it. But the exquisite attention to detail throughout the hotel insures that it would be an amazing plus to anyone staying there. Katja, the owner, exudes a warmth and welcoming nature that makes you feel "at home" the moment you meet her. We had a stressful health situation come up with family back home (in the United States) and Katja's compassion and going above and beyond in trying to help us will be remembered and appreciated long after we leave. I can't recommend Bellerive highly enough for your stay in glorious Zermatt.
