이 호텔에 머무는 동안 많은 긍정적인 점이 있었습니다. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원, 라운저가 있는 완벽한 야외 수영장, 맛있는 음식, Zell에서 가장 좋은 위치 중 하나, 편안한 객실 및 매우 높은 수준의 위생이 Zell am see 여름 카드에 추가되며 여러분은 힘들 것입니다. 별 5개 미만의 리뷰를 제공합니다. 예, 업데이트할 준비가 되었다고 말할 수 있지만 코로나19가 끝난 지 몇 년 밖에 안 남았으므로 생존이 첫 번째 목표라고 확신합니다. 우리는 멋진 한 주를 보냈고 음식만 맛본다면 꼭 다시 올 것입니다!!

The Berner is a beautiful traditional style hotel, with lake views and a garden setting making a perfect location for our Ruby wedding. Our lake view bedroom was spacious, comfortable and well appointed with lovely bathroom and loads of storage space. The service was second to none and the restaurant staff were attentive and really cared for our enjoyment of their excellent food. All in all a great stay in our favourite hotel.

Amazing! What a really pleasant experience, we were greeted by very friendly staff who I must say we're thoroughly professional and very helpful during our stay. Christof the owner seemingly never stopped in his endeavours to make sure all guests were fully informed on what was happening in and around the hotel. We have stayed at many hotels and can rate the Berner as excellent , our room the facilities and especially the food were amazing Looking forward to our next visit Rod and Mila

We have just spent a week in this wonderful hotel and we highly recommend it! The location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicous food, friendly and professional hotel staff and the overall family atmosphere was really on the top. Probably our best winter holidays ever.

A very comfortable family-run hotel with good food and a great location close to the citixpress lift. It's a short walk to the friendly town centre & the lake, with many bars and cafes. The real highlight was the very friendly and helpful staff. My wife hurt her knee early in our stay, and they could not have done more to help; booking taxis, arranging an appointment for a scan, etc. They arranged for a friend to bring our dinner up to our room one evening, found a stool so that my wife could sit in the shower, and it was all done with a smile. The hotel owner, Christophe, was always around making sure that everyone was comfortable. Some of the people in our party had dietary restrictions, and the kitchen had no problem accommodating them. The poor snow meant that the ski-in/out route wasn't in good condition, but in better weather it would have been easy to ski to and from the hotel door. I would very happily return for another stay.
