We had a most lovely trip to Motswiri Private Lodge. The accommodation was awesome. Very nice houses- African style - bush feeling :) the food was just fantastic, the staff, overwhelming, friendly, and we had the most wonderful game drives with Barry, although we had some heavy rains and thunderstorms. We definitely recommend this lodge and will come back again thank you very much.

2 day stay in Motswari: - Different location and dinner every night - Impromptu, local entertainment during dinner - Dinner with the guide - AM and PM safari - INCREDIBLE knowledge and passion from the guide and tracker we had - Clean, beautiful accommodation - Mosquito nets and insect repellant provided - Plenty of opportunities for quite reflection - Most importantly, phenomenal safari - Sean and Difference were our guide and tracker and they were patient, safe, passionate and extremely knowledgeable Cannot recommend this trio highly enough.

The lodge was an excellent start to our African safari experience. The accommodation was great and staff friendly and knowledgeable, with a special thanks to Lola and Mr.T our guide and tracker. The food was good and the lodge happily catered for one of the party that required gluten free meals. We saw all the Big 5 really close within the first 48 hours and so much more (hippo, hyena etc). Thanks for a wonderful time

Splendid staff, including Barry, our guide. Good game viewing. All very professional, and a lot of fun. Couldn’t believe that a lovely cake was produced for one of the party at breakfast, staff being advised of birthday only hours before. What’s more it was presented with wonderful song!

Amazing would recommend. This was our third Safari Lodge in South Africa and we loved it. The experience was amazing and well priced. Bring able to go off road is a must do, natural park safaris just can't provide a similar experience. The food and service were great. Rooms were large and comfortable. Being able to see animals at the watering hole was amazing. We celebrated a birthday and the Red Velvet cake they provided for the celebration was one offl the lost delicious birthday cakes we've ever had. If possible fly in and out of the air strips, quick and easy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Very private rooms with amazing patio areas. We saw buffalo and elephant from our room, within 10m of us. Game rangers are very knowledgeable and worked very hard for us to see rare sightings (leopard). The food is also amazing and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so special, we felt this was our second home. And to our guide ELLIOTT wow what a guy spotted a chameleon in the pitch black whilst driving ( and yes found us the crocodile in the lake ) it’s an experiment!! I’ve been around the world but truly they made this our holiday one to recall for years to come
