The Area The condo association has a pool, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, childrens playground, fantastic beach, pool table and other great amenities for all our guests to enjoy. Grab some beach chairs and a cooler from the condo and take them down to the beach. Two or three small families can easily share a stay. There's so much living space, but can you find the hidden terrace? The upper balcony has a barbecue grill, seating area, and a table to enjoy great meals at home. Light some candles and take in the sea breeze with a sky view. Vacation with your friends or families just steps away from the private beach and relaxing pool. What else can you ask for... Guest access The complex has a swimming pool for guests and residents of the complex with lounge chairs, tables and big umbrellas. It has a tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball court and a fun and safe playground for younger kids and private access to a golden sand beach steps from your door. It has two assigned parking spaces ID’s as 36-37 right in front of the building. Security: -The Penthouse Condo complex is gated with security personnel when you initially enter the gated community, you will need to give the security guard the condo's address and our family name. You will then be allowed to enter from here on out. - Guests will be provided with remote control for the main gate entrance. Please do not lose it, you will be charged $200 at the end of your stay. Please let us know if the clicker doesn't seem to work, it may need a new battery. You can purchase a bag of ice for $2. Beach: - Guests will be provided with a key to the gate to access the beach. The key is hanging by the front door for your everyday use, please do not lose this or you will be charged $ 45. - Beach towels, chairs, and coolers are available for guests to use during their stay.
