화이트 올리브 엘리트 라가나스 - 올 인클루시브(White Olive Elite Laganas)

Really modern and clean hotel, multiple pools make it so easy to dip in whenever you want. The food is very good quality however if you're a fussy eater you may struggle as they don't always have Chicken nuggets, fries etc. Two members of staff who especially shone were Paulina and Romeo, who were energetic and so kind to us throughout the stay, so much so that they made my holiday!

The bar is hopeless, as is the food... and I guess that's all, don't go here with small children! people walk around drunk at night and make noise like cattle... wasted time! Poor hotel, no activities for children, no variety of food, definitely no fruit, food left from the previous day. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The sunbeds were occupied with towels and you couldn't use them, stay away from this hotel!

Very modern en nice looking hotel! The location is perfect and via a small street the beach is within 100 metres of the hotel. The three pools are amazing and sunbeds are always available. The hotel staff was very helpfull and provided us with various tips for exploring the island. The food was good in comparison with other all-inclusive concepts we experienced before. The diner options changed everyday and all food was very tasteful and mostly warm. We also loved the bar with plenty of cocktails to choose. Mid-summer there are a lot of groups of young English boys and girls. They might cause some disturbance at the pool in the afternoon and when they return from the ***** in the middle of the night and/or early morning. The rooms are unfortunately not soundproof enough to block these noises.

This is mine second time in Zakynthos in this beautiful hotel . Ive been in june 2022 and i liked it very much design and crew. The crew is very lovely and helpfull . i can't find any bad thing about the service, hotel or food . The food is amazing and everyone will choose something for yourself . The buffet is full in breakfast , lunch and dinner , you can drink all day in pool bar or talk to the friendly staff. as I wrote before, we are here for the second time and I was very happy to see some of the same waiters for the second time . One more time - the crew is amazing . I would like to came here for the next year and I recommend this hotel everyone who wonder . the atmosphere here is indescribable and it is my best time. will definitely be back again

The best holiday ever!Very nice location and near the centre for shopping and enjoying the time👍 Beach is very clean 🥰Good for families with kids ! Hotel Is super clean with great services! The manager is looking after everything all day so don't be worry 😁 The crew is very polite and serious 👌👌👌 Very good healthy food brings available all day 👍 We will be back for sure!🥳Thank you for everything 🙏🖤

Rating would have been a 4 ,very clean and modern complex,staff amazing and very polite,but as a lot of other complaints it’s mostly about the food and as a hotel chain you will have to listen !! The food is bordering on just very lukewarm to cold and it’s not jus me you’ve had a number of complaints about it and yet you always just reply in an automated message,not good enough 2nd main point We were having a lovely holiday until what can I say a hoard of guests arrived on Sunday morning as to what I think was a convention ,as soon as these guests arrived the hotels main objective was to keep these people happy and were given preferential treatment to the rest of the guests to the point that the rest of the guest guests couldn’t even get a table and chairs anywhere near the bar and were left to sit on sun loungers beside the pool the rest of the night😡also hearing managers telling staff to keep the convention happy at all times with alcohol and there own music(bad decisions),I would’ve been nice to warn us about the noise and drunkenness that would prevail!!

We came late September and on arrival was met by Sire on reception who was wonderful throughout our stay helping us with any questions we had and opened the shop on an evening where we bought some nice gifts to bring home. The pool area is lovely and clean and plenty of space for everyone. The drinks on the all inc pool bar were brill and had a lot of choice, yes you have to pay for some premium drinks but there’s plenty to choose from anyway. And the pool bar staff were great fun throughout. We really enjoyed breakfast and ate every day, plenty to choose from, yoghurt, fruit, breads, cheese, cereal, bacon etc. We also enjoyed lunch, lovely fresh salads to choose from as well as hot dishes which varied daily from local foods to pizza, pasta, burgers. The pool snack bar was also really good with different choices daily. We only ate on an evening twice. Once we really enjoyed and the other not so much but this was just down to preference and we like to eat out on an evening and explore the area. The only thing I would say is that for a 4/5 star hotel they don’t have a fresh cooking station like most hotels which would have been a nice touch. The rooms were lovely and clean, bright and fresh. Good sized balcony and a great pool view. We didn’t see any entertainment on an day or an evening but this didn’t really bother us, however if your booking a hotel for this then it doesn’t happen here.

We loved the hotel, nearby the city and beach. Everyday the rooms got cleaned, fresh sheets and towels also everyday. Nothing but good about the food, everyday different. And the staff, we've never met such nice people, very kind, very helpfunctie, they always make a small talk with you. We are coming back, that's for sure and we recomend this hotel to all of our friends and familie. Thank you for everything, it was wo derfull.

We rarely have time to sit and write a review but on this occasion and having just come back from our 10night honeymoon and having had such an incredible time we feel we owe it to all of the staff at white olive elite! Thank you so much. Each and every member of the staff were exceptional, hard working, kind, friendly and very attentive. (A special thanks to our cleaner also who was a little gem each day) The meals each and every day were delicious (so much so we chose to eat at the hotel each night of our stay) having previously accepted that over the ten nights we would likely chose to eat out a few times…….we never did once!! My wife is a former holiday rep, well travelled and yet was still in awe of the beautiful island and the service provided by the hotel and staff! A lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean and in a lovely location, what more could we wish for! Thakyou again for making our honeymoon a holiday we will never forget, we can’t wait to visit again!
