Very Nice Family atmosphere Excellent Food Garden room: Great Location, Access but not much charm 😉 Beach scenery beautiful, but access into water not really easy with all the stones. Great idea to set sandbags to walk on it ☺️ Thanks to the whole family

New interier of studio, terrace Is big with beautiful sea view, big yard next to beach full of grass and wooden naturaln shade that helps you cool down, very nice beach bar with very good food quality and choice. Very close to most beautiful beaches and town Zante, supermarkets and restaurants. The hosts are friendly oriented and always ready to help. Hygiene is on high level.

An absolute gem, situated in a quiet cove of Porto Kaminia, the owner Sula and her family are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed in studio 34 upstairs, large bright and extremely modern and very clean. Comfortable beds, very spacious room with a great terrace overlooking the Ionian sea just a few meters away. All modern amenities in the studio,air conditioning, hairdryer, cooking facilities if you want to cook and the bathroom just perfect with a fantastic rain shower. Clean bed linen and towels every day and the cleaning ladies did a lovely job of tidying up the room.The restaurant and bar is fantastic, great to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a few lunches and dinners, the sea bream is very tasty as are all the dishes that are cooked here, great selection of beverages/ wines etc. There is also a family restaurant up the hill, every time we wanted to there one of the family would drive us up. This is a fantastic place to stay and relax. Sun loungers are available on the beach. I highly recommend anyone who go to Zakinthos to stay here. We will definitely be back. We had such a super week staying at Zante Fiore Studios. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm friendly smiles. Our very clean room had a great view over the gardens and out to sea across to mainland Greece. The beds were super comfy with lovely cotton sheets, the shower room was clean and modern, kitchenette ideal for our needs and the air conditioning didn't keep us awake at night and we liked that eco friendly fact that when you opened the balcony door the air-con switched off. The Taverna on the beach served breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and we can recommend the local wine and everything we tried on the menu was delicious! We loved this family run business, they and the team are all friendly, efficient and work so hard. We did explore the island that this was our favourite stop and home for a week.

Lovely quiet beachfront hotel with large room and fantastic sea view. Friendly staff and fantastic food - best tzatziki on the island!!!! We also found the staff charming - although sometimes felt a bit overly salesy which was not needed as they were one of our favourite places on the island - recommend fully!
