整體還不錯

The accomodation is well located in the Main Street. It was 100m walk from parking which was pretty full most of the time. The parking cost EUR 0.50 /hour between 8am - 4pm. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, all cooking facilities, however overall apartment was compact. Air Con in the living room flowed into the bedroom. The balcony was small and overlooked another apartment block / condensed living with clothes lines between the buildings - so not really an attractive outlook, with also an unkept area at the bottom between the buildings. There was no lift, and we were on the 3rd floor, so had 3 floors of stairs to deal with every time we went out. Mario who met us on arrival, was very kind to take our 2 x 20kg luggage up the three floors to our room. Mario was also very helpful with advise on recommendations on restaurants close by.

As soon as I booked this property I received a welcoming email and very clear instructions about location and check in! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly. We were lucky to have the luxury of an early check in! The room was clean, comfortable and had some extras like a fridge, a pot for heating water for tea, and coffee. A large complementary bottle of water was also in the fridge. The location was excellent. The room is on the third floor so there are stairs but, for us, that is not an issue. We had a lovely, comfortable stay here!

The apartment was beautiful and located in the middle of old Zadar. So many great restaurants and shopping in this area. 10 minute walk to the sea organ. There is lots of boat cruises to different islands, bike rentals also and much more. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mareta apartments we will be back

This property is engaged in deceptive advertizing. The room I got was nothing like the one advertized. The pictures were totally different! No balcony, one small window looking out to a filthy courtyard, 7 flights of stairs and a tiny room. Room provided coffee, silverware and dishes, a small closet, a rickety plastic chair and tiny desk, a double bed and noisy A/C. At $500 for 3 nights one can get much better in Zadar even during high season. Upon contacting Mario about why the room wasn't as advertized he said, "When you made booking that is the room that you picked(double room). The problem is we have more rooms and all the pictures of rooms are all together and the first picture is of different room". A clear case of deceptive advertizing. I can't believe I got suckered into this. But Zadar is an amazing place to visit...just wish I didn't fall for this crooked scheme!

great apartment, perfect for the three of us, friendly service, clean and comfortable, would definitely recomend and be more than happy to stay again

Apartment was really nice and clean. We did experience an issue with the Air Conditioning working which the property manager tried to help with but we weren't able to get it to work. Great position in the old town.

Sarah was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about the area. She had a very quick response time to any questions. The place was remodeled beautifully. The walking tour was fantastic. We really enjoyed Zadar!
