씨트립 예약 노트에는 조용한 방이 필요하다고 분명히 적혀 있었습니다. 체크인 당일 아침 일찍 전화해서 조용한 방을 미리 예약해야 한다고 들었습니다. 11시경에 매장에 도착했을 때 첫 번째 사진에 나온 방에 예약이 되어 있었습니다. 에어컨 선풍기가 큰 소리를 냈습니다. 방에서 불과 5m 떨어진 곳이었습니다. 방을 예약한 손님에게 왜 그런 예약이 되어 있는지 정말 이해할 수 없었습니다. 방의 전반적인 위생 상태는 보통이었고, 타월은 매우 길고 커서 정말 역겹습니다. 화장실 문 손잡이가 제 손을 거의 부러뜨릴 뻔했습니다. 너무 날카로웠고, 호텔 TV는 더 이상했고, 설명서도 없었고, 리모컨으로 아무것도 작동하지 않았고, 문을 두드린 60세 노인은 아무것도 몰랐기 때문에 여러 번 요청한 후 방을 바꾸었습니다. TV 리모컨에 배터리가 없어서 계속 고생했는데, 한 시간 동안 버텼습니다. 전반적으로 완다 호텔의 서비스는 전혀 없었고, 프런트 데스크는 정중한 말을 하지 않았고, 특히 체크인과 체크아웃할 때 그랬고, 조식은 그저 보통이었습니다!
