Pleasant stay in Ypsilanti! This property has all the necessary rooms and bathroom for our family. Frank was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and answered all questions in a prompt manner or call us himself. Property was renovated; rooms ample, had extra towels, paper towels and tvs in all bedrooms. Downstairs family was nice. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Parking was good. Might be good to have extra plates, bowls, coffee cups and silverware to use as to not always having to wash them. Also tissues in bathrooms. Overall, very pleasant stay and close proximity to UMich for graduation season. Thank you Frank.

Clean, beautiful home with lovely backyard in a nice quiet neighborhood! This was a great place to stay, and the house was lovely. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is a beauttiful little oasis. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are all new and updated, and the house was clean and well appointed. Would have loved a hairdryer and a few standard toiletries, but otherwise everything was perfect. The owner was great to work with, and we would recommend this property highly! My friend and I stayed at this home for a Michigan football game weekend, and it is a quick easy drive back to campus.

Great property for a short trip to Ann Arbor! The house & owner were great! It was such a close drive to Ann Arbor & some surrounding golf courses. There were a ton of food options close to the house as well. Would definitely recommend choosing this for a weekend stay!
