First floor has a spacious cozy living room with a comfortable sectional sofa with a lot of plush pillows and a recliner. Watch your favorite show or movie on the 55" smart tv offering over 100 channels, free Amazon Prime and Netflix. Enjoy an evening playing the many family friendly board games and playing cards. There's also an electric fireplace that will keep the room toasty on a chilly night. A safe box is also available for your personal items. The kitchen is loaded with everything a cook can imagine. Complete set of pots and pans, silverware, utensils, plates, cups, toaster, blender, mixer and etc. Stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). Elaborate coffee bar with a coffee machine, electric kettle, regular and decaf coffee and tea, instant coffee, sugar, honey, creamer and stirs. Second floor has two bedrooms and one bath. First huge bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a futon that can be used as an extra bed, quiet reading area or relaxing while watching a good movie on Prime or Netflix. Business professionals will enjoy the spacious work desk with a light and a charging station for more than one smart phone or tablet. Also, there are two spacious closets and a full length mirror. Second bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed with a variety of soft to firm pillows to suit your liking. Bedroom has a large closet, Fire tv and a digital clock with built in phone charging ports. Bathroom is completely stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and towels, blow dryer and curling iron. Extra bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are located in the closet right outside the bathroom. Outside is a huge front covered porch with a dining table and chairs. At the other end of the porch is a sofa, coffee table and two chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Backyard is completely fenced-in with a deck and BBQ grill.
